- Only for criminal offences. Such as statutory rape, raping a child, murder etc. a civil offence however needs charges pressed for you to go to court this si things such as damage to a neighbours fence, assault, damage to a mailbox ina street etc.

- Ficus plants are always a problem when pressing. The main reason is that they have latex in their tissues and many of them have relatively thick leaves. Not only do they turn brown (or even black) but the leaves usually drop off the stems. There are a few ways to make good Ficus specimens but the ones I've heard of require alcohol (enough to dip the plants in) and you'd need to be able to apply dry heat to your press for a few days at least. So, if you don't HAVE to have a Ficus, use something else (weed from your lawn would be easiest).

You can also do things such as: explosive dumb bell bench press explosive pushups (work GREAT) explosive bent over row (antagonistic pair) explosive cable rows Another great tip make sure you are doing real heavy low rep sets this will help build muscle up. Your muscles are designed to break down and then build up to loads they were put under. so do 80% of your max for 3 reps for 4 sets and etc. Make sure you are getting adequate nutrition as well to help those muscles grow

- Yes you should try to press charges. That is the simple answer. Its going to be harder at this point since you didn't report it right a way. A lot of the evidence that law enforcement would need will have gone. But I would still try. Who knows, he might have done it to someone else, more recently. And your testimony in her case or hers in yours can get this guy off the streets. From personal experience, guys that wont take no for an answer have done it in the past and will do it again.

I havent tried the trublend powder but i have tried the true match and i love it! i use it to set my foundation and it makes it look flawless. Ofcourse you have to apply the right amount using a brush not the sponge cause the results may be cakey.

- How are you gripping and where on the bar are you gripping. When you come down with the bar, it should be on your nipple line and press up and slightly back, almost like an arch. You WILL almost always feel your shoulders being worked on BP, but the pain should not set it. I would lower the weight and work my way back up by getting more strength. Simply pyramid. For example 135lbs x 12 reps 145lbs x 10 reps 155lbs x 8 reps 165x 6 reps 145 x Failure This exact routine will help build strength and size and will give you a nice pump to engorge those muscles with blood and nutrients, meaning if you eat a meal or take a protein shake right after, it will easily be delivered into the muscle fibers. This is just an example, do it to YOUR OWN strength levels. Don't try and be braveheart on the first set because the rest of your regiment will fail. Good luck.
