- i think you shud check out a book called Make-up book, cause it has all you need to know about a jungle of cosmetics and it has it all. you will learn so much about pressed powder and stuff. that is what i did. all you have to do is go to this site and look for makeup book then download it .its awesomeee !: ) i love who wrote it.

- you need to rest for get some ATP back, so take a 20-30 sec rest in between bench pressing sets bench pressing = more strenuous than pushups, and they target the same muscles so you're actually doing less weight when you do the pushups. in other words, if you weigh 150, and you're bench pressing 200 x15, then u do a set of pushups, say 25...the pushups will act as a lesser weight...so do them later in your workout, by the time you're done you should barely be able to do 4 sets of pushups.
