- there isn't a supplement that will do what you are asking... just keep on practicing your bench, and don't neglect your back either! your back stabilizes your body during a heavy bench, so increasing your rowing weight will lead to a higher bench. but remember that bench press doesn't mean jack if you don't know what you are doing on the football field...remember you are training to be better at football, not better at bench pressing. also start squatting instead of leg pressing. most people can leg press a house but can't squat 135...

- I work in sports TV and I've never heard that term. Do you mean press release? Media Guide? A press release is a fax/e-mail sent by the media relations department to the press. It's usually an announcement that they want the media to cover or it's a a generic statement if there's some sort of controversy. Most of the time, these releases are posted on team's websites. They're usually not that informative. A media guide is a book with stats, rosters, bios, and any other information that will make the media's job a little easier. Again, most teams are posting these on their website and anyone can access them. They're not all that interesting unless you're a stats junky.
- Q: Hey ^_^I am looking for some good, light-shaded pressed powder that has good coverage and isn't cakey/chalky. I am very pale so brands that have pale shades would be good for me and I do have a few blemishes but not major so good coverage would be needed. My one at the minute is quite cakey and you can easily see the powder so I would like one that is good at blending in. I live in the UK so please don't suggest ones that can be only found in walmart or another american shop but if it's online and the shipping is cheap, I could probably get it. Last of all, not something major expensive as powder only lasts me a couple of months as I have oily skin, not majorly though.Thank you ^_^
- well i live in the uk too, and i use rimmel stay matte pressed powder. its quite cheap and i am also quite similar to ur description. u can get the rimmel pressed powder at boots, sainsburys and even asda! hope it helps :)x

- a press is a big machine that presses out components like panels for a car door etc, the setter is a person that sets the machine up for doing this, like getting the measurements right and the press parts all in the right place ready for manufacture

- I dont really know of any completely natural pressing mediums out there. My best advice would be to press the eyeshadows you want to use in smaller batches with the 1 part glycerin 3 parts water recipe you described. That way you can at least try it and see how long its good for before pressing large amounts of eyeshadows. Or even try it out on an old mineral eyeshadow you have lying around to see how it works.
- Q: So after I press my flowers in a book for about a month and take them out, how do I preserve the color?I've read so many answers but nobody seemed to have answered this. I don't expect my orchids to be vivid after pressing them but is there a way to make them fade LESS? Or do they not fade at all once they're pressed?Also, does anyone have suggestions about how to ARRANGE and CREATE something with the pressed flowers? - No, because you have no idea who did it. Even if there are camera's in the parking lot, the police are not going to be bothered with a couple of door dings. My question is why did you park in a parking space where the other person had parked over the line. I realize you didn't want to walk any further than you had to, but now you have two door dings.
- Q: pressed shift too long and now i cant get it to type normallygt;gt;gt;those arrows are supposed to be dotsgt;gt;gt;and the enter button wont enter on msn it just makes it shift downgt;gt;gt;
- Windows has a really stupid program called Sticky Keys. if you pres shift 5 times it will pop up, you can disable it if you want. Some people like it but it messes up your computer.
