- No. In order to press charges, police would have to have the perpetrator in custody and there be significant evidence with no doubt that this was the guy that was doing it. You can report it and the police might come fill out a report and possibly ask your neighbor some questions. But without proof, there is no solution. Maybe having the cops nose around about it will be enough to deter any future problems though.

- Always, ALWAYS go regular free weight bench press. Free weights are the most effective because the movements are not controlled...they are not as safe as machines per se, but what's a spotter for eh? I bench 185lbs (barbell) right now. If I were to use a Smith machine, I could probably do 225lbs due to the extra support. Decline bench pressing seems to be easier than incline for some reason. My favorite has and always will be the regular flat bench press, but I do understand what you mean by decline feeling easy. The standard, flat bench press is the #1 upper body exercise though.
- Q: What is the difference between bench pressing with a bar and benching with a machine? I use a machine and bench 180lb, but my friends tell me it's easier on a machine than it is a bar. I've done both at 160lb before and I don't notice a difference.
- When bench pressing with free weights, secondary muscles are involved in balancing the weight, where as with a machine, these secondary muscles are not involved. using a machine is fine, but in order to build greater density and strength, free weights can be a little bit better. Remember when benching with free weights, ALWAYS have a spotter!
- Q: I have a 1995 Honda Accord...I had a friend change my brakes and rotors - But to find out he couldnt change the rotors, Cuz they are pressed on....I told another guy mechanic that says he is able to get them off - Is there a way he can, I dont want to be left witht he same problem then have to go take it to a shop and spend 3 times as much.
- All those folks who answered that no Honda's have press-on rotors or that there is no such thing have clearly never seen a 93-97 Accord. Those models use rotors which are indeed pressed on to the hub as you have already discovered, then bolted on for good measure. Instead of the usual 1-hour replacement like 99% of cars that use floating rotors these book for 3.5 hours. Big fun. If your mechanic guy is a real mechanic guy with real tools like a hydraulic press then yes, this should be routine stuff for him. This is not a do it in the backyard kind of job. There are several technique's for separating the rotor from the hub. At my shop the preferred method is to unbolt the entire knuckle and put the whole works in the shop press.

- Q: I am having the hardest time getting my cookies right when using my press. I've got a really tasty recipe that works well in the press if I click the lever TWICE rather than just once. Clicking it twice creates a cookie that is way too big and not as crispy as I would like. Does anyone have tips for me to get my cookie to stick to the pan with just one click on the press? - Most hotels will provide an iron in your room but you can keep things pressed by layering the shirts with tissue paper when you pack; also there is usually an elastic-type pull-out line of sorts in the hotel bathroom where you can hang your shirt on its hanger while you are showering, and the steam from the shower will steam out the wrinkles. Certain fabric blends show wrinkles less than others--- try a couple of different rayon or nylon and cotton blends till you find something that you are comfortable in and doesn't show the wrinkles. Do not count on being able to hang your garment bag on the plane--- many planes no longer have little closets and when they do, they are reserved for first-class passengers (although with that much travel, you should have free upgrades to first class pretty quickly). A small aerosol bottle of Static Guard helps a lot too!
