Stainless Steel Multistage Booster Centrifugal Pump5. FAQ

1       Do you have self-priming pumps?

Yes, our product portfolio also includes two ranges of self-priming pumps: self-priming electric pumps and self-priming side channel pumps.

2       Is it really necessary to fit a bleed valve for the boxes?

It is always best to have a bleed valve as the gas produced by the fermenting sewage is potentially hazardous.

3       If I increase the power of the motor, must I also increase the power of the inverter?

You must select the size of converter that allows maximum absorption of the electric motor.

Q: does any one know were a water pump is located on a 97 nissan altima? and where can i get a good deal on one?
[with the car jacked up] Follow the rubber pipes coming out of the radiator. You should eventually find a metal device that is connected to your serpentine belt (fan belt). This device is your water pump. The purpose of the pump is to run cool water through the engine to cool it off. It needs to be replaced if it is making noise or if your car heats up too much. hope this helps! :)
Q: What is the function of open circulating water pump and shutdown in thermal power plant?
Open pump and closed pump, circulating water pump seems to be the full name of the pump, the industrial pump is to provide industrial water. Both open and closed pumps provide cooling water on the side of the machine, just because the requirements for water quality are different. Closed water is desalted water, while open water is recycled water.
Q: can anyone show me the steps on how to remove the water pump on a 1995 dodge intrepid 3.5l engine?
nicely I absolutely have a ninety seven and the water pump became 80.00 put in by me. It has the three.3 V6, extremely straight forward to do oil transformations spark plugs air filter out it really is a o.k. equipped vehicle. replacing the timing belt will be a really stupid theory - that guy is commonplace with no longer some thing about vehicles in any respect. see you later as you stay remote from both.7 litre engine you'd be superb. Mine is now at 165000 miles unique engine/trans I in simple terms replaced the front wheel bearings and struts. Totalling 275.00 - I put in. Then 40.00 for the alignment.
Q: An engineer is given the job of designing the water system for a tall building. He decides to locate the pumps at ground level and feed the entire building from there. If the top floor of the building is 236 m above ground level, what must the pressure be at pump level?
23.6 E5 Pa
Q: I want to know how to start up a water pump so i can move up to my camp.
There's a few different kinds of water pumps. If you're referring to a hand-pumped well water pump that doesn't work, then it's generally lost it's prime. Some well pumps are constructed so you pour a quart or so of water into the pump and stroke the handle up and down until the water rises in the well. Other kinds of well pumps you have to take the hand pump off and pour a bucket of water into the well hole. It just depends on what kind of water pump you have.
Q: My water pump is starting to leak. The shops are quoting $250- $300 to replace but I can buy a water pump at the auto parts store and install myself for less than $100 but I don't know what all is involved with this repair or if I should try (my only experience with car repair up to now is recently replacing the alternator). If anyone has done this please let me know what you think. thanks
you can make it even easier by purchasing a hayne's manual for your car when you buy the water pump. you will need it anyway so you can have the proper torque specs and sequence when reinstalling the new water pump. so if you don't have a torque wrench you will need to rent one. the first step of course will be to drain your cooling system. then use masking tape and a sharpie to number any connectors or hoses you have to remove to access the water pump. once the old one is off make sure to clean every trace of gasket material from the mating flange. then when you are ready to reinstall put a thin coat (use you fingers to spread)of rtv silicone to each side of the new gasket this will help hold in place. then here's where you will need the book insert the bolts and tighten them in sequence shown to the proper torque unless you want to chance cracking the new pump housing. on a car this old if it has not already been done now would be a good time to replace hoses (esp. if they are soft) and your thermostat since you've already got the cooling system drained. once everything is reassembled start the engine and begin pouring in the new coolant, if there are any bleed screws open these it's very important to get all the air out of the system if there are no bleed screws you can leave the cap off the radiator or expansion tank (you'll need to anyway) since one you think its filled when the thermostat opens its all gonna drain down and you'll have to top it off again. here is a good time to pay attention as it approaches normal operating temp be ready to start pouring as soon as the level starts to drop that will help keep more air from getting in. any questions feel free to e-mail me
Q: This was asked a year ago, so just wanted to see if there were any new answers for me. And any detail of how it can be a quot;do it yourselffix would be great. We are having major surge lately and the tanks pressure gauge reads 50 if that helps. Thanks!
So you have been fighting with this for a year? And you haven't been able to fix it? And you want to keep trying rather than hire an expert? Well, you are stubborn I have to admit that. Hire a well guy. In 10 minutes he will tell you what the problem is and what it will cost to fix it.
Q: Hello online mechanics! You guys have saved me a lot of money on my car, so now I have a new question! I have a 97 Ford Contour and lately since it's been cool in NJ, I've been hearing a tapping coming from the timing belt cover, but when the car warms up, there's no sound. I took the car to my mechanic and he says that I need to have the timing belt replaced, the pulleys adjusted, and the water pump changed. The price for doing the timing belt was $400 (including adjusting the pulleys) and $700 for the timing and the water pump. My question is ; do I need to do the water pump? He says that if you do the timing belt, that you should do the water pump too, but should I if there's nothing wrong with it ( as far as I know) and I'm not looking for the added expense? I thought if it ain't broke don't fix it still applies to things, or am I mistaken? Thanks guys gals! In these tough economic times, I'm not looking to spend any more than is necessary!
make sure you have coolant in,or a couple month with out would burn the seals, sound like lifters as its goes away when hot (expand) try buying lukas oil stabilizer as it thicker and also lube better and run smother
Q: Why is water pumping cool water is normal, but when pumping hot water pressure and flow are very small?
Not sure about the LZ what is the specific type of hot water pump pump but it is flow and small pressure must be produced liquid vaporization of liquid vaporization two general situation is the pump pressure alternating is under positive pressure immediately into negative pressure is two high temperature liquid into the pump and to absorb mechanical heat due to the higher temperature is the centrifugal pump if so when the liquid from the inlet to the outlet end of the impeller is thrown when in the state of negative pressure and lower boiling point even if did not reach 100 degrees will boilIf the water pressure and flow rate of small vaporization significantly not only reach the requirement of the pump itself also has a lot of damage caused by mechanical damage is suggested to view the instructions to use if this situation is to contact the dealer in the allowable range of temperatureIf no water is not only the problem of vaporization conditions can be detected under normal pressure inlet check instructions when pumps are used in the allowed suction height within the position and I don't know if the pump there may be no open suction valve or discharge valve and pump parts prior to use at the beginning of irrigation is the first inside in order to produce self suction irrigation
Q: I have a Chevy Express Van 3500, i believe that the water pump is leaking, how long would it last before major breakage?
Fix the pump. One of the easier do-it-yourself jobs. I'm a girl and I can do it.
