1. Brief Description

This JLM series of pump is a new type of highly efficient energy-saving household pumps,widely used in

domestic household, well, tap water, vegetable garden, irrigation, water supply and water heater. It is and

ideal solution for constant water supply in the circumstances of insufficient water pressure.

2. Working Conditions

Electric pump should be able to work normally and continuously under the following conditions.

1.WZB-A type transmission medium temperature of not more than 0-100°C.

2.Medium PH value between 6.5-8.5.

3.The solid impurities in the volume ratio no more than 0.1%, particle size less than 0.2mm.

4.The power frequency is 50Hz, voltage of single-phase AC 220V, 380V three-phase AC.

Voltage fluctuation range of 0.9-1.1 times the rated value.

5.When the temperature is below 0°C ,should make anti freezing, when the pump is not use, open

the waterproof screw on bottom of the pump body, drain water, in order to avoid cracking of pump body.

Reserve: Before JLm automatic use, make sure the pipeline without leakage.

Stainless Steel Multistage Booster Centrifugal Pump5. FAQ

1       Do you have self-priming pumps?

Yes, our product portfolio also includes two ranges of self-priming pumps: self-priming electric pumps and self-priming side channel pumps.

2       Is it really necessary to fit a bleed valve for the boxes?

It is always best to have a bleed valve as the gas produced by the fermenting sewage is potentially hazardous.

3       If I increase the power of the motor, must I also increase the power of the inverter?

You must select the size of converter that allows maximum absorption of the electric motor.

Q: does anyone know how a water pump works????????????
There are many types of water pumps. What type are you interested in?
Q: can stress from to much weight cause the engine to get hot and cause your water pump to leak out the weep hole? and what else causes it to leak?
WELL THERES ALOTE OF THINGS BUT THE MOST LIKELY IS MILES ALOTE OF MILES THEN THEY WILL FALL APART I FOUND BEING I WORK ON CARS THAT ABOUT EVERY 50,000 MILES CHANGE THE WATER PUMP AND YOU HAVE NO PROBLEMS
Q: I have a submersible pump outdoors for the water to my house. Indoors is a holding tank and pressure gauge. It seems the pressure gauge keeps slowly declining down to 20. Then when the toilet is flushed, the gauge kicks on and climbs to 50. Then left alone for a while the gauge again declines to 20. Do I have a leak somewhere? If so , where? Does the ballast inside the holding tank need to be pressurized? If so, how where? I seem to remember years ago, my husband did something with a bicycle tire air pump. Makes sense? Thanks
If it's going down while nobody is using water then the check valve or foot valve is leaking through when the pump is off. It should pump it to a determined PSI then shut off. I suppose there could be a leak somewhere in the line, but I suspect the check valve. It's pretty common. ....the ballast does need to be pressurized but I doubt that's your problem. If that was bad you would have severe water hammer.
Q: In 2005, the water pump, export pressure in recent years decreased year by year, the running current is increasing, there are 4 pumps are like this. Professional personnel advice please!
The outlet pressure decreases, indicating a decrease in speed. The increase of the current shows that the load has increased. Generally speaking, the resistance of rotating parts increases. Check that the bearings of the pump and motor are damaged as soon as possible. As soon as you replace it, you will be able to return to normal. If this is done for a long time, the motor is likely to burn out
Q: I'm not too familiar with computerized cars, just wondering if the water pump going out would cause the car not to start?
Drain coolant, would would desire to eliminate coolant reservoir, next pull belt tensoner back and eliminate belt remembering the way its routed. next eliminate the bolts on w-pump pulley eliminate outer ring of bolts on pump. sparkling gasket setting up new one ,.bleed air from equipment to pevent overheat.desire that's stable.
Q: We use this water pump for about 2 years, and in the last week the circuit breaker trip when we turn on the pump. What should I check first for the problem?
Is it a circuit breaker or a GFCI that is tripping? If a circuit breaker then the pump motor could be frozen or is binding, circuit maybe over loaded because there in now something else plugged into it or the circuit breaker is wearing out. If it is GFCI (and on a pump it probably should be) then you have a ground fault condition in the pump motor or the wiring. In which case I would suggest hire an electrician to sort out the problem.
Q: I just had my water pump replaced and a coolant flush. 35 miles later, my MAL light came on and my mechanic said my thermostat needs replacement. Should this have been done with the water pump work, or could the work have caused the thermostat problem?
I agree with Scott.Truth is though the water pump is a completely different issue than a thermostat. The only relation they have is both are part of the cooling system. If it had been me doing the water pump i wouldn't have changed the thermostat either
Q: First I need to take off the belt, remove power steering pump, remove water pump bolts (the bolts are various length), remove water pump pulley (from old pump), install pulley on new pump, install new pump (with gasket and bolts in the right holes), install power steering pump, install belt. Is this the correct order? Can somebody throw any tips at me (somebody who has done it on this vehicle). It's a 2001 WJ with a 4L.
The centrifugal pump is the most popular water pump in mining industry, it’s could be driven by the electric motor or by diesel engine. This water pump consist shell, impeller, and flange. It gets the advantages of simple structure, easy for maintenance, with high capacity and high lift meter. Application: The centrifugal pump is widely used in mining, coal, metallurgy, building material industry, and other industries which need transfer water or other liquid.
Q: first off i should say it is below freezing here....with that said, the water pump pulley is not turnning so.. the fan belt busted which leads me to believe the water pump is frozen...... right?i am currently traveling and have little money to spend on a new water pumpis there any way that anyone may know to dethaw a frozen water pump without damaging it?... i should say, the motor is running great, no cracks or leaks from the cold.
dethaw LOL! That would mean freeze it right? Apply heat to thaw.
Q: I have gotten oil in my coolant, and coolant in my oil..It might be the head gasket, no doubt, but many people said (online forums) that my bike, has issues with the seal that is separating oil pump from water pump. They go bad, and when they do, the oil mixes with coolant and vise versa. Now, I am seeking from professional help, on how to take out both of the pumps, without messing up timing, and also without messing up anything else. I have removed the entire exhaust system, dropped the oil pan, and i can see the oil/water pump pretty good. What i do not know is how to remove it properly. Any help is help, I have searched and searched on google and forums on how to perform this task, but couldnt find any specific help on how to remove the pump. Thank you!!!!!
Take pictures make notes if you don't have a manual.
