AS and AV tearing submerged drainage pumps are developed based on the advanced techniques imported from the ABS Company in Germany, especially suitable for transporting liquid containing hard solid and fibrous things andliquid that is very dirty, viscous and slippery. All pumps are equipped with adjusted tearing outfit that can tear long fibred sewage, sacks, strips, cloth straps and so on and then discharge them. Therefore it won't be jammed working in sewage, no need to fix a sieve on the pump and it's very to operate.

AS and AV series can be equipped with double-guideway automatic coupling installation system according to customers' demands, which can bring conveniences to fixing and maintain and it's no need for men to enter the cesspool.

Flow Rate Range:15-60m3/h
Head Range: 4-20m
Operation Temperature: 15℃-60℃
Matched Power: 1.1-7.5KW
Flow-through Material: Cast Iron

Q: my water pump has gone south on me and I want to repair it myself any ideas on how to will be greatly appreciated, do to space between the water pump of the engine and the chasi or body of the van that makes working on thi vehicle kind of difficult any knoledgeable instruction will be welcome. thanks for the help. Q: Our CRN series pumps used in the 414V 480V 60Hz 60Hz power supply, what would be the effect? Is not the head can be reduced, there is no water pump and lift what voltage relationship?
In the case of power, W=F*S. That is, the work done per unit time pump = the gravity of the water flow * the displacement of the waterIt can be seen that:1, the power is certain, the head and the flow is inversely proportional.2, the greater the power, the greater the product of the head and flow. Therefore, when the flow is minimum, the pump head is the maximum; when the head is the minimum, the flow is the maximum.
Q: I'm trying to make water pump with solar energy. I need to have good water pump. Could you find good websites to find DC 12v water pump, or is there any place that I can get it?
Think okorder /... On the first page alone, there are half a dozen good-looking websites.
Q: starting from the water pump, and returning to the water pump
this question is stupid. GOOGLE IT LOL
Q: I was looking at a water pump and the specs said 110 Foot Max. Total Head and 20 Foot Max. Suction Lift. Can someone please explain this? Thanks.
Head is the height over the pump location that a pump can push water, suction lift is the depth it can lift it from. Picture a 130' well with the pump 20' from the bottom and 110' from the top- in that case it will pump it... but without a volume factor (how much is going to flow) it's impossible to determine whether you'll get a trickle or a flow with those conditions. The store or manufacturer should be able to supply that info. Also the heights are relevant to sea level (or actual location above sea level) not necessarily the pipe length.
Q: The plumber has disappeared on us with 99% of the job done. Our new basement remodel has baseboard heating installed, a water pump attached to the furnace/boiler, but no heat downstairs because their is no thermostat. I haven't checked to see if he did any wiring. (Wouldn't that be an electrician's job?) I've ordered a wireless thermostat kit, and I'm assuming installation instructions for the base are included, but it hasn't arrived yet. What should I do to get that pump pumping hot water to keep us nice and cozy?
Back away from that furnace and call your plumber.
Q: I intend to construct a DIY base camp shower and dish sprayer. I have been searching for an appropriate submersible water pump to plug into a small inverter to a 12-volt cigarette lighter power pack (car jump starter). I need to attach adapters for a hose with a shower head and think that approximately 1+ gallons of draw per minute is practical. I would possibly use a five to six-gallon reservoir, heating water on a car-camping propane stove. My biggest concern is amp draw. Maxi-Jet NJ-400 Submersible Utility Pump, $21, is a powerful aquarium pump with an adjustable flow up to 1.8 gpm.
A Coleman product failed?!! Them's fightin' words! ;) I'm a big fan of Coleman. Perhaps thinking outside the box will help. All you need is a water pump which will run off 12 volts. Have you considered simple products designed to pump fuel, like from the aux tank in the back of a pickup? All you want is a gallon per minute, which is pretty slow for a fuel pump, but they are durable, cheap and run on 12volts. But you'd have to run a control box (electric) into the shower to turn it off and on. Wires are the bane of the camper! How can we eliminate complex wiring and electrical systems? Since this is DIY (does that rhyme with DUI? ;), perhaps a junkyard fuel pump from a car would do the trick? Pretty low flow and electrically driven since some darned fool lately decided the pump belongs INSIDE the gas tank. Never could see the logic of that.... You do know (of course) that extension cords lose power over distance. This is especially the case with 12v since there isn't much juice to begin with. How close will the car be to the shower? 10' is nothing but 50' will impede efficiency. I dare not question your motives for wanting a hot shower, that's one of the best invention of mankind. But I will ask how much trouble is it worth? Something wrong with using fire to heat water, mixing it into a 5 gallon bucket to get the temp right and shower as one would in a bathroom with a tub but no shower, using the water pitcher method of pouring it over oneself occasionally during the shower? Ya ain't got a girl in there, or under your wing, do you? Consorting with females would be a violation of the mountain man code, unless one is rescuing damsels in distress.
Q: My car overheats in hot temperatures I have try everything except replacing the water pump and radiator how can I tell when its time to change each one and is it a do-it-yourself job
Generally you don't need to replace a radiator unless water is running out of it. As for the water pump, if it was going bad your car would overheat when it was parked and running. Also it really isn't a do it yourself project, that is something you are better off paying a mechanic to do.
Q: My car randomly decided to dump fluids the other day. Now, the engine overheats after 5 minutes of driving it and the check engine light comes on. I put more coolant in it and noticed it began to drip underneath the car. I'm hoping it's a leak but being my car is 10 years old and I've never replaced either the water pump or the head gasket I figure it's about due time unfortunately. About how much would this cost me to have done at the garage?
It seems excessive to have to remove the engine to replace a head gasket. But I typically work on American cars, and I've seen the inside of an Altima, it is quite cramped. If I were you, I'd search google for replace head gasket procedure nissan altima and see what it comes back with.
Q: i have a 1990 honda accord, 2.2l 5 spd standard, and my water pump went on it, and i was wonder if there is a diagram out there somere on how to replace it or how to take it out, cuz it is in the most stupidest spot ever, if you know were i could find a diagram on how to do so could you please help me?
You don't want to do it. Water pumps that are driven by the timing belts should not be done by amateurs since precise alignment of the camshaft(s), crankshaft, balance shaft, water pump is critical. You should really take it to a trusted mechanic otherwise you can put yourself in a world of hurt if you attempt it on your own. Does the term new engine mean anything for you? Not being rude, just honest.
