S single stage double suction centrifugal pumps are late-model energy-saving horizontally split pumps newly developed by us on the base of the old style double suction pumps at home and abroad. They are used to handle clean water or other liquids similar to water in physical and chemical properties.medium temperature not exceeding 80 ℃.This series of pumps are applicable for factories, mines, urban water supply and drainage, power stations, farmland irrigation and drainage, and other water conservancy projects.

The instruction of the structure:

The inlet and outlet of this type of pumps are below the axial lead of the water pump and are vertical with the axis line. When repair and examination, there is no need to disassemble the inlet, outlet pipe and the motor. Seeing from the direction of driving, the pump is circumrotating clockwise. (We can change it into counter-clockwise).
The main components of the pump are: pump body; pump cover, impeller, axis, balanced suction seal loop, axial bush, and etc.
The pump body and pump cover consists of the working room of the impeller. On the water inlet flange and outlet flange, there is pipe tap for installing the vacuum meter and pressure meter. Under the inlet flange and outlet flange, there is pipe tap for pouring the water.
The impeller after quiet balance checkout is fixed on the axis by axial bush and the axial bush nuts on the both sides. Axile nuts can adjust the axial position.
The pump axis is supported by two single low annular ball bearings. The bearing is in the bearing body, installed on the two ends of the pump body. Lubricate it by butter.Balanced suction seal loop is used to reduce the water in pressure room of water pump leak to water jet room.
The pump is directly driving by flexible shaft coupling. It also can be drove by gas engine.
The axis seal is flexible sealant (We can adopt mechanical seal structure).

Q:I want to replace a water pump for my friend. I can't find any books on this car. I'm not sure how to replace this pump. Looking at new water pumps there lookes like 10 bolts, but on my chevy truck there was only 4. I don't know if all holes take a bolt or not, or if I need to take something out before I take the water pump out.Anyone ever changed a water pump on this car? or know what book or website I can look at which will give me an idea.
autozones web site has some good instructions on most popular cars
Q:I know that the water pump is belt driven, so it would be easy to connect it to my bicycle. What I am wondering is if I can pedal fast enough to make it work. Does anyone know how fast I would need to pedal to operate the pump?
Pretty fast. Engines operate at 600-6000 rpm and the pump pulley is a little smaller than the drive pulley, so it is spinning even faster. That said, 600 rpm is plenty fast enough. You can attain that easily by applying pulley to rear tire tread, raising tire off ground and pedaling. To apply bike chain to pulley would give a disappointing water flow.
Q:Yesterday morning I was looking under my hood and I noticed that I was leaking water. It looked like the leak was coming from the water pump.I had to get to work, which is close by so I topped off the radiator and went to work. When I got to work I looked under the car and saw no leaking. I figured the radiator had ran dry although the car hadn't overheated, After work I started to fill the radiator to get home. I saw that I had leaked a little fluid but not much. I topped it off and picked up my son then went home. No overheating. No leaking. Today I've ran several errands and I've had no problems. What do you think was going on with my water pump yesterday?
you do not purchase an element like that from OKorder. you purchase it from autozone or a save the position you are able to take it again if it truly is no longer the right one. bypass to the autozone website, save your vehicle it is going to pull up what's accessible for that area grant you with a cost. then you actually can bypass purchase it on the shop. i love their web site too because you are able to type in 'sensor' it is going to pull up each and each of the sensors for that vehicle. That facilitates at the same time as attempting to be sure out what it would want to be. Btw, you want to scrape the engine block floor incredibly good with a razor blade a putty knife in all likelihood use some type of solvent to sparkling it or you'll remorseful about it. do no longer purchase a remanufactured water pump both. you'd be redoing it in 5 yrs. Oh i meant you may want to in case you hardly ever rigidity the vehicle, yet no longer in case you rigidity it commonplace.
Q:My 2001 300M is behaving oddly. Occasionally it will gradually overheat after I have driven around for 15 or so minutes. Yes, occasionally. I took it to my mechanic who changed the thermostat and hoses. I then drove it on a trip on the interstate and over a mountain (140 miles ) It was fine with no signs of overheating. Then the next day when I drove to work in the city, the stop and go traffic had it overheating near the end of the trip. I've been able to keep it from going in the red by using the heater. After this happened most of the days, but not all, I took it back to the shop. He reported that the fans were working correctly and the only thing he could come up with is a weak water pump. He stated that when it did get hot, he was able to bring the temp down just by rev'ing the engine a little.Does that sound right? Any other ideas and how to test?
Ok when a water pump is not working of is going out it leaks water or coolant but not because the thermostat is new mean it works trust me that happend to me. Try this leave the thermostat out and test your car. But more important ones you put any liquid in to the radiator make sure you take all the air off from the engine because if you don't it will seem that its full and when the the car runs the water Level will drop and affect your engine.
Q:Okay heres the deal Its knockin and I tthink the water pump is going would this be a cause of this and when it heats up it knocks but when its cold it doesnt knock also once it gets hot it shuts off and starts to smoke what could this be is it maybe the waterpump when I try to re start the car after it shuts it self off it only just clicks wount turn over thanks
I'm sorry to tell you, but from your description it sounds as if you have major internal engine damage. A water pump just won't cause the symptoms you are describing. I'd have to say your engine is close to seizing up entirely - the knocking sounds like rod knock in the bottom end of the motor.
Q:i need the location of the water pump or for the thermostat thank you
The water pump is timing belt driven and is under the plastic timing cover on passenger side. These water pumps have a history of breaking, due to the fact they have a plastic impeller and it shears off the shaft, which causes the engine to overheat. First you want to remove the thermostat and then check the water pump. Follow the lower radiator hose to where it connects to the engine. That flange is where the thermostat is at. After you remove the thermostat you can shine a light in the hole and put your finger in there, if the impellar of the water pump moves, it needs to be replaced. If it does, then you might as well replace the timing belt and tensioner, seeing how you have to remove it to get the water pump off.
Q:my pump went out and i can't afford to have it fixed at a shop.
Go to the parts store and buy a Haynes Manual... it will show you step by step how to take it apart.... My guess would be most of your time will be spent lying on the ground....
Q:What is a fair price to have a water pump with belts replaced on a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer?
My 2002 Trailblazer water pump went out. I was able to get a local mechanic to install it (after I bought the parts for $150.00 The fan shroud and clutch have to come off. You need a special tool also. I think the dealer wanted about 700 bucks. I had the guy do it for 150 I bought the water pump (about 40 bucks) and he replaced the serpentine belt since he had to take to old one off.
Q:I'm going on a week long hiking trip and need safe water. What brand and model of water filter/pump should i get? Whats good quality for a low price?
The okorder /
Q:2000 3.3L engine. I understand, depending on engine year, it can be a very difficult job. Is this the one or is it much more difficult on the 3.0 L ? One involves timing belt ? Help ? Thanks' Ken
This okorder /... Look on the front of the engine and see if it is there with a pulley and normal belt on it.
