- It all depends on the size of your hands and fingers.Maybe buy the regular kind and a petite one and see which one fits best. If one doesn't fit you can always return them. - you must have gotten it wet somehow. or, if it gets pressed too much or if something got caught in there, it'll stay in that position as if its being pressed. just buy a new one. i have an 'after glow' one for 30 dollars at walmart. or if you're too cheap: (i dont advise this AT ALL) but you can take out that button carefully make it where-as you have to literally touch the machinery button in the controller. [be careful if you do cuz if you mess up, you're SCREWED)

- I see what you are going through because I am going through the same thing. I do dumbell chest flies and dumbell chest presses, lateral raises, each consisting of right now 3 circuits of 20 reps of each exercise(3 times a week) and for me i did not start seeing results not until after 3 weeks . answering your question you should be seeing results at around 3-6 weeks. because it depends on many factors e.g what you are eating? how many times you do your exercise a week? and your body type. I would also suggest you doing 20-30 reps of lateral raises into your work out. going to your second question.as far as protein drinks i have the same fear as you have. that is why i don't drink it right now.(eventually I am going to give it a try) but I hear it doesn't make you fat. I helps you repair give nutrients your muscle tissue during your off workout hours. I hope that this information helps you. and remeber don't expect your body to look the way you want it to be over night. it takes a long time to get it there.

- The press is always responsible for what it prints no matter the source. To here the press tell it they are the guardians of truth and liberty not the hounds of profit and gossip. I'm not a journalist but I would certainly weigh anything I would print against the harm it might do. Maybe journalist aren't as idealistic as they once where. If a journalist leaked a defense related story that was perceived to damage the US during WWII he/she would have been shot.

- Loose powder is basically powder that comes in a jar, that you can shake out onto a brush. Pressed powder is powder that is in a compact, usually they come with a mirror and a little powder puff to apply it. You can use either one, it really doesn`t matter. It`s a personal preference. I like pressed powder myself because it`s easier to use and you don`t have to worry about powder flying all over the place, LOL! If you get the pressed powder, go with: Maybelline Dream Matte powder because it makes the skin look airbrushed and flawless. Hands down, BEST pressed powder in the drugstore. If you get Mineral Loose Powder, go with Physcians Formula Mineral Wear Talc Free Powder because it`s great for sensitive skin and comes with a little brush. Hope I helped!!
