- Q:I just bought a YUDU. Instead of heat setting the ink by ironing, I was told to get a heat press, it would be faster and easier.
- no, a steam press and heat press are different. heat press is ultra high temp heat - no steam. ironing can still be used with the yudu....but the quality level will be well magnified with a heat press. the designs will hold 10x longer than ironing. you can find some good deals OKorder.
- Q:I've been wanting a bench press for a while now and 2 days ago my dad bought me one. When my mom saw it, she was being a ***** about it and told my dad to return it. I got really pissed after that because he promised me he'll get me one. I guess it's because it's big. So now I'm stuck with the barbell and 2 25 pound weights. - you can do a floor press. probably the big difference is range of movement. with a bench your arms can go a little lower so that the barbell touches your chest. can't get that low with a floor press. i live in an apt. and a bench would take up too much space so i just do floor presses. i used dumbbells and just do one arm at a time but if i had a spotter(someone to hand me the barbell and take it off after i finished) i would use a barbell. i actually prefer doing a standing press. i don't know when in real life i will be laying down to lift something.

- 1. Stand behind it. 2. Switch the wiring around to reverse polarity. 3. Move it to below the equator. 4. Pray very hard for God to change it. 5. Tell it that it is no longer politically correct to run in forward. 6. There is no reverse on a drill press.

- I can help if you give me more data such as the power of the press (how many watts), but lets say is up to 1200W heater, then you will be able to connect it anywhere, the grounded outlet is a safety issue if you live USA all your outlets have ground (take care only on the orange ones, as they need special connection). In regards where to put the press, far away from water, preferably use non flamable cover such as glass for the table or the place where you ar to set the press. take care for burning your hands/arms as the press might become hot enought to hurt your skin. regards,

- Switch it up and bench free weight dumbbells on a standard bench. It forces you to balance the weight you are benching, not just push it up.

- It just means press them down with your fingers (as opposed to pressing them with an iron). If it doesn't work when the crochet is dry, you might have to wet it first, and block it with your fingers. That means to lay it out and pin it to the pattern measurements, and press down all shapes to lie flat.

- Weighted or elevated pushups will certainly help a lot, the bench is where you will do most of the muscle building though. low reps with high weight is how you develop muscle mass, just remember to take some protein supplements after you work out to help build up that muscle. good luck to you.
- Q:Do you really need to buy a 4 color printing press to print more than one color on a shirt? Can't you just buy a 1 color printing press, do the first color, take off the screen, put the next screen and do the second color? Third color?
- You can defiantly just use a single colour press, however this will take up a lot more time and also reduce the quality as it will be difficult to align the press in the same position as the previous colour, this would probably contribute to a lot of waste too. It would depend on your clients, are you going to have a lot which are after 3 or 4 colour printing or are you going to be catering for those who are after fewer colours?
