- Get a strong spotter. And do the heaviest weights you can possibly bench. Even if it means only doing one rep. Get in the rep, and take a break. This causes you to strain and push your muscles to their max. It makes more tissue tear, but when it repairs/heals, you will have bigger and stronger muscles. But I must say, don't get too carried away because it can be very risky.
- Q: I wanted to try flower pressing for an art project and after pressing for two weeks, most of them turned out great. Some of the thicker, bigger flowers are still damp though so I was wondering if there's a quick way to dry them out?

- Q: Hey ^_^I am looking for some good, light-shaded pressed powder that has good coverage and isn't cakey/chalky. I am very pale so brands that have pale shades would be good for me and I do have a few blemishes but not major so good coverage would be needed. My one at the minute is quite cakey and you can easily see the powder so I would like one that is good at blending in. I live in the UK so please don't suggest ones that can be only found in walmart or another american shop but if it's online and the shipping is cheap, I could probably get it. - Q: Last week, I was doing military presses incorrectly. I brought the bar down to touch my chest (which was extended outward), rather than around my chin.The neck day, I awoke with neck pain. - If you do manage to get a press pass (unlikely, see answers above) then you must practice camerawork at simlar gigs before you go to the concert. Local bands, local discos, anywhere that has passable lighting effects and has live musicians playing. That will help you not waste your time whe 1 D are on stage. Make sure your batteery is fully charged, and that your camera memory card has plenty of space. One further tip, sorry to have to mention it. Dress fairly soberly, and wear slacks, not a dress or skirt. If you are on your own backstage you will be sexually vulnerable.
- Q: Isn't the push press basically the same thing as the military press just with a small squat?
- A push press is done by using your knees to get the weight started and pushing it up about 1/4 to 1/2 of the way where a regular or regulation military press is done without any use or help from the knees and it's pressed solely with your arms and shoulders from a stand still position. In the push press it's more like a jerk than a press.
