Operations Conditions
1. The medium temperature should not be over 60oC, the density 1200Kg/m3, and the pH value within 5-9.
2. During running, the pump must not be lower than the permitted lowest liquid level.
3. Rated voltage 380 V, rated frequency 50 Hz. The motor can run successfully, only under the condition the deviations of both rated voltage and frequency are not over ± 5%.
4. The maximum diameter of the solid grain going through the pump has not to be larger than 50% of that of the pump outlet.

- Q: My boyfriend told me that my car needs a new water pump. He said this because when you start the car, it sounds like trickling water is coming from somewhere in the engine bay. The car overheated once before and he put coolant in it, ever since then, it hasn't overheated. But last week he told me that I shouldn't drive it at all because the pump is about to go. I went out today and started it to see if I can hear the quot;grindingnoise that I read about online and all I hear was the trickling sound. It's rainy outside so I can't tell if the pump is leaking water from the quot;weepquot;. Is it the water pump? I want to make a two mile round trip to go pick up sushi and the place is a mile there and a mile back. Will I seize my engine or get stranded if I make this tiny trip? Is it my water pump?

I thought that was hilarious... theres a difference between good parts and cheap parts... I thought you were smart until you came out with AUTOZONE WILL HAVE WHAT YOU NEED. Do yourself a favor and stay away from cheap chinese autopart stores. I work in a shop and we have people come in ALL THE TIME with their broken water pumps from them. Spend the extra money and get yourself an AMERICAN MADE quality part. Your local mechanic should be able to help you out with that. Good Luck, and don't believe everything you hear.
- Q: i a wayne above ground pump i need to know how to run all my water lines
- A lot depends on your location from the well. Best bet for water lines is 3 feet below ground level This the frost line, where water will not freeze in the pipe. If above ground you need to make sure the pipes are below the level of the pump and the tank. The reason is: you will have to drain the water every winter to stop freezing pipes. Underground is best if you run water to your home, so you will have a constant supply of water without frozen pipes. Also throughout the winter cold snap, keep a 60 watt lamp in your well house on to stop frost from forming. This give off a little heat and saves on frost related repairs. Lag all pipes visible pipes to at least 4 of lagging material. Best of luck.

I just see some pink fluid around the seals, nothing is dripping. toyota dealer didnt make a big deal about it, just said i should get it done soon. heck they didnt even tell me, i just saw it on the receipt.other mechanics said the same thing. quot;whenever u want to do it we'll do it.is it not an hugely important mechanism or what? how long can i go without doing it? the first symptom would be the engine getting a little hotter? its been like that for 5-6 months.

- Q: I've been hearing a noise from my truck that sounds like a fan blade is rubbing against something metal but I could never figure out what it was and my truck seemed to be running fine. I recently replaced my radiator and now my truck is overheating. Was that noise my water pump going bad and now it's shot?
- wiggle the fan blades and if they move any it is a bad water pump, they will also leak a little bit under the main shaft of the water pump housing, there is a hole on the bottom and top just for this reason, the metal squealing is the impeller in the water pump, it wont last long now

- Ok lets go down the check list. 1) Is your cut off switch working good? Turning on and off at proper set pressure. (I don't know what you may have yours adjusted to. Mine is on at 70 off at 95.) 2) Is your expansion tank (or pressure tank) water logged? Knock on it. Does it sound full or partially full. Full is bad. You will need to shut off the water pump, close off any outgoing ports to the rest of the house, open the drain valve nearest that tank, and press your finger into the shraider valve at the top (the thing that looks like a tire stem valve). Drain the tank only. Then turn the water back on. 3) Do you have water softeners hooked up? Listen closely to the discharge tube. (this may be where it is coming from). IF you hear a leaking it is because the valve spring inside and washers need to be replaced. 4) do you have any other whole house filters? If so check the discharge tubes of them. 5) Do you have a reverse osmosis filter? IF so this is supposed to drain and you will hear it constantly. 6) Look for any water puddles 7) IF all these fail, then replace your water pump.

- Go to Autozone and buy a repair manual for it. In that repair manual, it will tell you how to replace the water pump. All you need to do is buy the parts and tools that are needed for that. The manual should tell you what tools you need also.
