Product Description of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:
High-performance pipeline ball valve is Raymond(RMD)hightech products,as switch control equipment,it is mainly used in natural gas, oil, gas, liquefied natural gas pipeline transmission system and other industries, its anti-sulfur products containing hydrogen sulphide, impurities and high corrosion are suitable for the long-distance natural gas pipeline.
Design Features of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:
Body of high-performance pipeline ball valve is forged structure. The connection type for body and vice-body can be BB(bolted connection)and WB(welded connection). The WB(welded connection)and the LWB(Fully-welded extended stem)structure isadopted for buried ball valves,as shown below.
High performance pipeline ball valve series has the feature of strength, high perfect sealing, maintenance-free, long life and so on. The production of this series ball valve adopts the international advanced ball valve design and manufacturing technology, selects high-quality materials in accordance with the standard selection of materials and combines with advanced materials forming forging technology. At the same time, with the years of ball valve design and manufacturing experience, the use of advanced processing and manufacturing equipment and production and processing technology, through the first-class inspection and testing equipment and instruments, perfect quality assurance management system and excellence in the production of high-performance philosophy can ensure the quality of valves. This series of valve has the performance of a high strength, defect-free forging body, excellent sealing performance, even at maximum pressure difference(full pressure),it will still be able to ensure that seal without leakage, after frequent switching action to realize a safe usage in the transportation of oil, natural gas, coal gas, and other special medium transportation pipeline.
The special structure of valve seat seal of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:
Floating structure means seat reciprocally can move along channel direction,so as to guarantee the ball and seat are tightly sealed.
(Ⅰ)Valve seat structure suitable for different occasions and sealing requirements
Valve seat can be designed as a standard single-piston effect and specific dual piston effect,Figure1 shows single-piston effect-inletside seal;Figure2 shows Dual Piston effect-outlet-side seal;Figure3 shows special dual piston effect sealing structure
(Ⅱ)Multi-level structure of the valve seat seal
As shown in Figure4,there are two elastic O-ring in the valve seat ring-ring A and ring B.Sealing ring A spring-loaded through the valve seat so that the sealing surface of sealing ring A tightly fit with ball surface to form an initial seal. When there is pressure in the system medium, the piston force
produced by the piston force produced by the piston effect of size difference makes elastic deformation of the ring A Ershi sealing surface and ball more closely fit the surface to form a re-sealing;meanwhile,due to ring A in the medium resulted in elastic deformation under pressure so that the sealing ring B is also closely fit the surface of ball for the formation of the second stage seal. When the system medium pressure increasing,it will have an enormous pressure in the valve seat ring A and ring B,so that the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, and then the metal valve seat ring surface and the ball surface sealing together to form a third level of metal to metal seal.
(Ⅲ)The assisted valve seat sealing equipment
Based on the actual service condition, medium requirement, sealing requirement, etc.,the assisted valve sealing equipment will be considered to be necessary or not.The assisted valve sealing equipment is a one-way valve installed outside of valve body that can prevent medium leakage and can inject sealing grease into valve body by external force. When the assisted valve seat sealing equipment is required, valve seat ring shall be design and processed with injection grove and hole to connect the assisted valve seat sealing equipments.Such equipment can prevent the medium by the sealing of injection of rease.Refer to Figure5 for reference.
Multi-level structure of stem sealing
Figure6 shows the stem multi-level sealing by adopting"O"ring, flexible graphite and grease injection;"O"ring achieves the first level stem sealing;Replaceable flexible graphite realizes the second level sealing by the compression of packing sleeve and packing flange; And the third evel sealing is realized by installing assisted sealing injection valve to the packing box,and by designing with the injection groove and hole to connect with the stem injection valve, which can inject grease.
Unique and safe seat structures of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:
Ball valve fireproof design is implementation of the API607,API6FA standards.According to service conditions and user requirements, ball valve can be designed as a fireproof structure.
(Ⅰ)Fireproof structure of seat
As shown in figure7,there is composite fireproof ring, which are combined with graphite and stainless steel wire in the seat.Once the soft ring is burnt out in case of a fire, the fireproof ring and seat ring will form a piston structure through the spring to load the valve body. That will push and closely contact the metal seal surface of the seat ring to the body surface,So as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the burnt place of the seat ring, and prevent the fire from expending.
(Ⅱ)Fireproof structure(body and bonnet)
The seal gasket for bolt connecting valve body and valve bonnet, are used fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.Gasket compression load through the bolts and ultimately, ensure the valve body and valve cover between the metal to metal contact,so that the valve can with stand more high load, but also improve the fire safety of the valve. But for the full welded ball valve, the valve body and cover is welded structure, that fundamentally eliminate the possibillity of leakage of the valve housing.Even in the case of fire damage, there will be no leak.
(Ⅲ)Fireproof structure(body/packing and stem)
The body and packing connection gasket adopts fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets. The stem packing adopts flexible graphite to ensure no leakage in case of fire.

- Q: I have a Jupiter double horn. The thumb valve will randomly stick down and not want to come back up. It however only does this when I play a scale or am in the middle of a song, so when I ask the director or an instrument repair person to help, they think I'm crazy and see nothing wrong with it. Also, the first valve is slightly bent sideways towards the second valve. I got it used and it came like this. It is not horrible, but that makes it significantly slower than the other valves and sticks a LOT. All repair shops do is take my money and claim they've fixed it when they have done nothing. It is so frustrating. What should I do? And the oil doesn't help with either of these things, which is even MORE frustrating.
- thats easily particularly straightforward for brand spanking new horns, somewhat hand-crafted ones. The valves are nevertheless very tight and there would be steel debris nevertheless interior the tubing/valves from manufacture, it in basic terms desires to be taken to a competent restoration save and wiped clean thoroughly. previously you do this in basic terms attempt putting oil on the lower back and desirable (decrease than valve cap) bearings, and take out each and all the valve slides and positioned some mild oil (Al Cass works constructive) oil into the valve itself. in the event that they nevertheless draw close then take it to be wiped clean. and FYI concert activities on incredibly new horns isn't a competent concept, apart from mechanical subject concerns, you're able to desire to take time to get used to the device and its pitch dispositions. in view that probably is unquestionably no longer your final horn, in basic terms evaluate that next time.
- Q: Im looking for a new BBb tuba. i would like six valves at 4+2. but if not looking for 6 valve BBb tuba
- I don't know how long you've been playing tuba but 6 valve BBb tubas are virtually non-existent. No current brass instrument manufacturer will have that in their line-up. Tubas with 6 valves are already rare and are pretty much limited to F tubas. If you want a 6 valve BBb (I don't know why you even need/want that many valves) then your best option would be to buy a 5 valve BBb tuba and having it modified to include a 6th valve. Either way, expect to pay a minimum of $10000 (ten thousand) for the instrument.
- Q: HAS ANYONE HAD VALVE REPLACEMENT (WITH PIG VALVE) OPEN HEART SURGURY. WHAT WAS THE RESULTS? HOW DO YOU FEEL NOW?
- my brother had it done in 1977 he chose the pigs valve because he was so young(19) and it has the most longevity. the only problem he had was alot of scar tissue developing around the attached portion and that should regularly be monitored. he lived another 11 years that he wouldn't have otherwise best of luck to you
- Q: I play the trumpet and I took it home for Christmas Break. On Friday I am playing Amazing Grace at Church for New Years Eve, but the problem is my valves on my Trumpet is sticking and I don't have any valve oil for it. Is there any other oil that I can use for the Valves? It will be really great! Thanks :)
- Unscrew the the valve cap on the main suitable decrease than the button. attempt to softly pull the valve out. you could might desire to paintings it backward and forward until it loosens up you could upload some oil around the the sting of the valve cylinder. as quickly as you have all 3 valves out sparkling all the debris off of the valve, you ought to use an sos pad to get a number of the heaver stuff off. Wipe each ingredient off with in straight forward terms somewhat of lighter fluid and a sparkling rag. sparkling the valve bores including your snake. Stuff a rag down each hollow to get the stuff the snake loosened up. Reoil the valves and the cylinders and reassemble.
- Q: I wanna do it myself My dad knows how But i must buy the parts I have a rmz250 and i was wondering if u can jus buy valves and seals and jus put them in without grinding since the seals are new i heard u must gring the seals to get the valves to sit flush againt the metal serface but cant u jus buy new seals and retainers and put that in plus the valves and ur done?
- It all depends upon the wear in the cylinders of the engine. Usually they are honed and made smooth again prior to installing the new rings, seals, etc.
- Q: A friend of mine who is 26, was just told by her doctor that she has aenlarged heart valve. Is this really serious? Will she need surgery? Why can't I find any info on the internet? Please help I'm really worried. Thanks
- there are two valves in the heart, a bicuspid valve (two flaps) and a tricuspid valve (three flaps). A valve serves to prevent the back flow of blood in the heart, keeps it all flowing in one direction. An enlarged or incompetent valve would obviously be unable to do it's work properly. How serious the issue is depends entirely on the extent of enlargement. Enlargement is usually a result of uncontrolled blood pressure issues, but can also be genetic. As she is seeing a doctor about this, suggest that you let the doctor worry about it.
- Q: My sump pump shut-off valve is very noisey. I wrapped insulation around it, but it still clunks. The clunk can keep me awake.
- If you mean the discharge check valve, it will clunk when the level switch trips the pump. The head or weight of the water trying to flow back into the crock causes the check valve to slam closed, making a clunking sound. This is pretty common and normal.
- Q: where on the motor is the valves location
- The idle air control valve can be found under the throttle body. In order to get to it: 1. Disconnect negative battery cable. 2. Remove air intake from throttle body. 3. Disconnect throttle body cable. 4. Disconnect sensor connectors from IAC valve, and throttle position sensor. 5. Remove 4 bolts from throttle body using 10mm socket wrench. 6. Take throttle body, turn bottom side up, remove 4 mounting screws from IAC Once you do that you have removed the IAC. Reverse the steps to put it back on starting at number 6 and working your way back to number one How do you replace an air idle control valve? Replacing an idle control valve can be a daunting task. For your specific application, we recommend to ask in our car forum for advice. Here we will describe the basic process for replacing your idle control valve. Please note that for different cars and trucks the process will not be the same. Steps to replace your idle control valve You will want to begin by first gaining access to the idle control valve. In order to do this you will need to remove the air filter assembly, along with the air mass sensor and the air mass meter boot. Once you remove this whole assembly, you should have easy access to the throttle body. Remove the four bolts that secure the throttle body to the intake manifold. Usually on the bottom of the throttle body, on fuel injected cars, there is a idle control valve. To remove the old valve, simply unscrew or unbolt it. Bolt on the new valve, and reinstall everything. Make sure you replace your throttle body gasket at this time.
- Q: I'm thinking of buying a used 2006 Volkswagen Jetta. It has a 1.5 liter 20 valve engine, and I really don't know what that means. That's good, right? And is this a good used car to buy?
- Are you sure its a 1.5 liter 20 valve engine? Jetta's of that year came with a 2.5 liter 5 cylinder engine (which would have 20 valves, 4 valves per cylinder.) Basically what valves do is some open to allow air to enter the cylinder, and then some open to allow the combusted mixture of air/fuel to exit. Most vehicles (to my knowledge) have four valves per cylinder nowadays, I know it was less in the past, but I think just about all have four valves per cylinder now. Five cylinders is just one more than four, one less than six. Oh, and Jetta's are actually quite nice vehicles. I would definitely pick one up if I were in the market for a used car, and found one at a decent price.
- Q: I have a road bike that has schrader valve tubes and my current tire is rated to 90 psi max. I ordered some new tires that are 100 to 120 psi max. Will the schrader valve tube hold that kind of psi? I dont really want to buy converters and new tubes right now.
- Yes they will hold.
