pipeline ball valve-reduced bore High-performance

Product Description of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

High-performance pipeline ball valve is Raymond(RMD)hightech products,as switch control equipment,it is mainly used in natural gas, oil, gas, liquefied natural gas pipeline transmission system and other industries, its anti-sulfur products containing hydrogen sulphide, impurities and high corrosion are suitable for the long-distance natural gas pipeline.

Design Features of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Body of high-performance pipeline ball valve is forged structure. The connection type for body and vice-body can be BB(bolted connection)and WB(welded connection). The WB(welded connection)and the LWB(Fully-welded extended stem)structure isadopted for buried ball valves,as shown below.
High performance pipeline ball valve series has the feature of strength, high perfect sealing, maintenance-free, long life and so on. The production of this series ball valve adopts the international advanced ball valve design and manufacturing technology, selects high-quality materials in accordance with the standard selection of materials and combines with advanced materials forming forging technology. At the same time, with the years of ball valve design and manufacturing experience, the use of advanced processing and manufacturing equipment and production and processing technology, through the first-class inspection and testing equipment and instruments, perfect quality assurance management system and excellence in the production of high-performance philosophy can ensure the quality of valves. This series of valve has the performance of a high strength, defect-free forging body, excellent sealing performance, even at maximum pressure difference(full pressure),it will still be able to ensure that seal without leakage, after frequent switching action to realize a safe usage in the transportation of oil, natural gas, coal gas, and other special medium transportation pipeline.

The special structure of valve seat seal of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Floating structure means seat reciprocally can move along channel direction,so as to guarantee the ball and seat are tightly sealed.
(
)Valve seat structure suitable for different occasions and sealing requirements
Valve seat can be designed as a standard single-piston effect and specific dual piston effect,Figure1 shows single-piston effect-inletside seal;Figure2 shows Dual Piston effect-outlet-side seal;Figure3 shows special dual piston effect sealing structure
(
)Multi-level structure of the valve seat seal
As shown in Figure4,there are two elastic O-ring in the valve seat ring-ring A and ring B.Sealing ring A spring-loaded through the valve seat so that the sealing surface of sealing ring A tightly fit with ball surface to form an initial seal. When there is pressure in the system medium, the piston force
produced by the piston force produced by the piston effect of size difference makes elastic deformation of the ring A Ershi sealing surface and ball more closely fit the surface to form a re-sealing;meanwhile,due to ring A in the medium resulted in elastic deformation under pressure so that the sealing ring B is also closely fit the surface of ball for the formation of the second stage seal. When the system medium pressure increasing,it will have an enormous pressure in the valve seat ring A and ring B,so that the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, and then the metal valve seat ring surface and the ball surface sealing together to form a third level of metal to metal seal.
(
)The assisted valve seat sealing equipment
Based on the actual service condition, medium requirement, sealing requirement, etc.,the assisted valve sealing equipment will be considered to be necessary or not.The assisted valve sealing equipment is a one-way valve installed outside of valve body that can prevent medium leakage and can inject sealing grease into valve body by external force. When the assisted valve seat sealing equipment is required, valve seat ring shall be design and processed with injection grove and hole to connect the assisted valve seat sealing equipments.Such equipment can prevent the medium by the sealing of injection of rease.Refer to Figure5 for reference.

Unique and safe seat structures of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Ball valve fireproof design is implementation of the API607,API6FA standards.According to service conditions and user requirements, ball valve can be designed as a fireproof structure.
(
)Fireproof structure of seat
As shown in figure7,there is composite fireproof ring, which are combined with graphite and stainless steel wire in the seat.Once the soft ring is burnt out in case of a fire, the fireproof ring and seat ring will form a piston structure through the spring to load the valve body. That will push and closely contact the metal seal surface of the seat ring to the body surface,So as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the burnt place of the seat ring, and prevent the fire from expending.

()Fireproof structure(body and bonnet)
The seal gasket for bolt connecting valve body and valve bonnet, are used fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.Gasket compression load through the bolts and ultimately, ensure the valve body and valve cover between the metal to metal contact,so that the valve can with stand more high load, but also improve the fire safety of the valve. But for the full welded ball valve, the valve body and cover is welded structure, that fundamentally eliminate the possibillity of leakage of the valve housing.Even in the case of fire damage, there will be no leak.
(
)Fireproof structure(body/packing and stem)
The body and packing connection gasket adopts fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets. The stem packing adopts flexible graphite to ensure no leakage in case of fire.

Q: We have an oil steam system. There are Dole valves - 1A on each of the radiators. We bought new ones. They don't seem to be working. They look like a bullet shape with a screw in (on the side of the bullet) to the radiator. On the top of the bullet is a slit with numbers 1-10 on a dial. A picture we saw on the web showed a plastic piece of tubing in the screw part which looks like it goes into the radiator. If we remove the valve, the radiator gets hot with steam coming out of the hole. With the new valve on, the radiator barely gets warm. We're in Piscataway, NJ 08854. H-E-L-P.
First off these are vents , the valves are at the bottom of the radiator where the pipes come in. Sounds like the vents are either closed or broken. Try turning the adjustment screw if that doesn't work I recomend replacing the with vent from a company called ventrite the valve you are looking for is a vent rite #1. These are adjustable vents used to balance the heat throughout your unit the dial at the bottom is labeled 1-8 start with all of them on 8. Now when the radiators heat up if you find some are getting hotter faster turn those down a notch and check again in a day or so.
Q: Hi,I have a 2002 Honda Accord with 115k miles which recently gave a ECL. The Honda dealer identified this a P1457 and says that the EVAP bypass solenoid valve needs to be replaced1) is this referring to this valve?

Q: how do i adjust the valve lash my book sys to torque to 136 in lbs but my wrench is only in ft lbs
valve lash is a small gap between the rocker arm and the valve stem as the engine heats up the gap gets tighter due to expansion of valve train parts. To set the lash correctly find the gap that is recommended and use a feeler gauge to set. loosen the jam nut that holds the adjustable screw and set the screw to point where the guage has a slight drag on it. all this is done at the rocker arm and takes practice to get the feel of it. This must be done while the valves ARE CLOSED and the engine rotated to the correct position for that cylinder. Once the gap is set using the feeler guage, hold the adjustable screw still and tighten the jamb nut to the in./lbs. speced. In./lbs are a smaller value than ft/lbs. Find a torque wrench that has the smaller increments. If your not sure, find someone who HAS done this before and get them to assist you. Again, it must be done with the engine rotated to the correct spot. Usually around TDC for that cylinder being adjusted. Once set, test again with the feeler guage and see if the lash changed during the tightening of the jamb nut. If so, set again till lash has a slight drag. This means that you can slide the feeler guage in the gap and its not to loose nor to tight
Q: so here are the details. i've been using my trumpet for about 6-8 years now and 1 if not 2 valves get stuck on my trumpet. the problem is not the oil as i have over oiled them too and no go. its that when i try to put my valves back in their place and twist them they don't stay in place, move ,and making either my valves stuck or making my trumpet not do a sound. what should i do? repair shop or buy a new one? i hear the clicking sound when i put them back but still all that does is either make my valve more sticky
Your first step is to clean the valves and the casings. You'll need a casing brush or soft cloth you can run through the casing to clean them. Start with warm soapy water (dish washing soap) then clean them with alcohol--if you don't have alcohol use a water with a little vinegar added. You may need to let the valves soak a bit to loosen everything up. Remove the soap and alcohol from the casings and the tubing--rinse the valves and pat them dry. Inspect them for damage, if none is found then oil the valves and re-install them. If that doesn't work take it to a shop. Don't try lapping your valves yourself.
Q: behind the valve cover of the #1 and #2 cylinder there are 2 intake and 2 exhaust valves I need know (cylinder #1) which is the intake and which is the exhaust. thank you in advance.
The intake valves are the two rocker arms in the center of the passenger-side head. The exhaust valves are the rocker arms on either end of the head. For the #1 cylinder, the exhaust valve is the one closest to the flywheel side of the engine, and the intake valve is the next one towards the rear of the car. For example, if you're underneath the car and looking at the head, this is the pattern: Ex #2, In #2, In #1, Ex #1.
Q: My boyfriend just went to his heart doctor and his tricuspid valve is leaking because of his pacemaker wire. They are saying that its moderate to severe. We are trying to decide on what moderate to severe really means. They said the same thing when he was at the doctors in June.
There are different levels of regurgitation (valve leakage) that can occur: mild, moderate and severe. He needs to speak to the doctors so they can explain what that means in his specific case.
Q: My mum (73, non-smoker, not overweight) has been diagnosed with 2nd degree aortic valve stenosis 5 years ago. Now deteriorating. Her cardiologist sees her every 6 months and strongly recommends surgery. She is too scared as dad died during a coronary bypass op. Any tips how to gently make her feel better about the op? She heard on the radio that some valve replacements can be done via catheter, not necessitating open heart surgery and heart-lung-bypass. Is that true for aortic valves and is it likely to become mainstream soon? She lives in Germany, so I guess good centres would be Munich, Wuerzburg and Heidelberg. Any views very appreciated!
Unlike the mitral valve which can often be repaired, the aortic valve usually requires replacement. Once the decision is made to proceed with surgery, choices regarding the type of artificial valve (prosthesis) used should be considered. In broad terms there are two types of artificial valves or prostheses: mechanical valves and biological valves. A number of excellent mechanical replacement valves or prostheses are available today. Most surgeons have a particular preference for one valve over another related to technical factors (how they are sewn into place), however from the patient's point of view there is little if any difference between valves. The principle advantage of mechanical valves is their excellent durability. From a practical standpoint, they do not wear out. The principle disadvantage is that there is a tendency for blood to clot on all mechanical valves. Therefore patients with artificial valves must take anticoagulants or blood thinners for the rest of their life. There is also a small but definite risk of blood clots causing stroke. The decision on the type of valve used should be made in conjunction with your cardiothoracic surgeon and your cardiologist. Ultimately the choice will depend on a patient's preferences, lifestyle, and individual risks as determined by age and other medical conditions. I advice you to consult surgeryplanet, which is a global healthcare facilitator. They can give details about this surgery and the good centers for the surgery.
Q: In place of actual valve oil, can I use WD40? How about baby oil? Are there any household products which work?
This Site Might Help You. RE: Trumpet valve oil substitute? In place of actual valve oil, can I use WD40? How about baby oil? Are there any household products which work?
Q: Dr says I have a leake heart valve. Should I be concerned?? He doesn't think so but I am worried. Should I get a second opinion? I am 53 and a diabetic. Has any one ever had this problem?
i've got had this very comparable concern 4 yrs. in the past, which grew to become into actual got here across 20 yrs in the past. If the back pass of blood in the mitral valve is extreme and the midsection starts off to amplify, then the only ingredient which would be performed is a valve replace, which i did and stay an exceedingly regular existence now. look ahead to fatigue, dizziness and shortness of breath. If those issues ensue frequently, make an appointment along with her heart expert at modern.
Q: The water inlet valve on my Kenmore washer leaks. Is there an easy way to replace it? Last time it broke they charged me over $100 to fix it.
Do a Search Kenmore inlet valve. very cheap. or better yet go to Home Depot and pick one up if your warranty has run out. They will soak u for labor everytime when u can easily fix it yourself.
