pipeline ball valve-reduced bore High-performance

Product Description of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

High-performance pipeline ball valve is Raymond(RMD)hightech products,as switch control equipment,it is mainly used in natural gas, oil, gas, liquefied natural gas pipeline transmission system and other industries, its anti-sulfur products containing hydrogen sulphide, impurities and high corrosion are suitable for the long-distance natural gas pipeline.

Design Features of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Body of high-performance pipeline ball valve is forged structure. The connection type for body and vice-body can be BB(bolted connection)and WB(welded connection). The WB(welded connection)and the LWB(Fully-welded extended stem)structure isadopted for buried ball valves,as shown below.
High performance pipeline ball valve series has the feature of strength, high perfect sealing, maintenance-free, long life and so on. The production of this series ball valve adopts the international advanced ball valve design and manufacturing technology, selects high-quality materials in accordance with the standard selection of materials and combines with advanced materials forming forging technology. At the same time, with the years of ball valve design and manufacturing experience, the use of advanced processing and manufacturing equipment and production and processing technology, through the first-class inspection and testing equipment and instruments, perfect quality assurance management system and excellence in the production of high-performance philosophy can ensure the quality of valves. This series of valve has the performance of a high strength, defect-free forging body, excellent sealing performance, even at maximum pressure difference(full pressure),it will still be able to ensure that seal without leakage, after frequent switching action to realize a safe usage in the transportation of oil, natural gas, coal gas, and other special medium transportation pipeline.

The special structure of valve seat seal of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Floating structure means seat reciprocally can move along channel direction,so as to guarantee the ball and seat are tightly sealed.
(
)Valve seat structure suitable for different occasions and sealing requirements
Valve seat can be designed as a standard single-piston effect and specific dual piston effect,Figure1 shows single-piston effect-inletside seal;Figure2 shows Dual Piston effect-outlet-side seal;Figure3 shows special dual piston effect sealing structure
(
)Multi-level structure of the valve seat seal
As shown in Figure4,there are two elastic O-ring in the valve seat ring-ring A and ring B.Sealing ring A spring-loaded through the valve seat so that the sealing surface of sealing ring A tightly fit with ball surface to form an initial seal. When there is pressure in the system medium, the piston force
produced by the piston force produced by the piston effect of size difference makes elastic deformation of the ring A Ershi sealing surface and ball more closely fit the surface to form a re-sealing;meanwhile,due to ring A in the medium resulted in elastic deformation under pressure so that the sealing ring B is also closely fit the surface of ball for the formation of the second stage seal. When the system medium pressure increasing,it will have an enormous pressure in the valve seat ring A and ring B,so that the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, and then the metal valve seat ring surface and the ball surface sealing together to form a third level of metal to metal seal.
(
)The assisted valve seat sealing equipment
Based on the actual service condition, medium requirement, sealing requirement, etc.,the assisted valve sealing equipment will be considered to be necessary or not.The assisted valve sealing equipment is a one-way valve installed outside of valve body that can prevent medium leakage and can inject sealing grease into valve body by external force. When the assisted valve seat sealing equipment is required, valve seat ring shall be design and processed with injection grove and hole to connect the assisted valve seat sealing equipments.Such equipment can prevent the medium by the sealing of injection of rease.Refer to Figure5 for reference.

Unique and safe seat structures of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Ball valve fireproof design is implementation of the API607,API6FA standards.According to service conditions and user requirements, ball valve can be designed as a fireproof structure.
(
)Fireproof structure of seat
As shown in figure7,there is composite fireproof ring, which are combined with graphite and stainless steel wire in the seat.Once the soft ring is burnt out in case of a fire, the fireproof ring and seat ring will form a piston structure through the spring to load the valve body. That will push and closely contact the metal seal surface of the seat ring to the body surface,So as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the burnt place of the seat ring, and prevent the fire from expending.

()Fireproof structure(body and bonnet)
The seal gasket for bolt connecting valve body and valve bonnet, are used fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.Gasket compression load through the bolts and ultimately, ensure the valve body and valve cover between the metal to metal contact,so that the valve can with stand more high load, but also improve the fire safety of the valve. But for the full welded ball valve, the valve body and cover is welded structure, that fundamentally eliminate the possibillity of leakage of the valve housing.Even in the case of fire damage, there will be no leak.
(
)Fireproof structure(body/packing and stem)
The body and packing connection gasket adopts fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets. The stem packing adopts flexible graphite to ensure no leakage in case of fire.

Q: after my hot water tank shuts off about 1/4 cup of water comes out therelief valve. i changed the relief valve. the tank is 6 months old
Do you mean the heating (burner or heating coils) shuts off. If that is the case then you may need an expansion tank. If there is a reverse flow valve at your meter (most locations now require this feature to prevent back flow of water to the main line.) the pressure in your system can build up higher than normal when the hot water tank is heating. Most systems have a small expansion tank installed near the hot water heater to deal with this problem.
Q: what does mild sclerosis of aortic valve means? Why does it happens and what is its curethanks
Sclerosis means hardening. Aortic sclerosis, a degenerative aortic valve disease with thickening of aortic valve structures by fibrosis and calcification initially without causing significant obstruction, is the most common cause of AS in elderly patients. Over years, aortic sclerosis progresses to stenosis in as many as 15% of patients. Aortic sclerosis resembles atherosclerosis, with deposition of lipoproteins, active inflammation, and calcification of the valves; risk factors are similar. Aortic stenosis is the narrowing or obstruction of the heart's aortic valve, which prevents it from opening properly and blocks the flow of blood from the left lower chamber of the heart to the aorta. The aorta is the main artery leaving the heart. Aortic insufficiency is a heart valve disease in which the aortic valve weakens or balloons, preventing the valve from closing tightly. This leads to backward flow of blood from the aorta (the largest blood vessel) into the left ventricle (the left lower chamber of the heart). Causes of increased afterload that can cause LVH include aortic stenosis, aortic insufficiency, and hypertension. Primary disease of the muscle of the heart that cause LVH are known as hypertrophic cardiomyopathies, which can lead into heart failure.
Q: My friend had heart surgery and it was pretty serious. She got a new heart. Days later they checked her and discovered that she bursted a heart valve. The doctors say it's one she can live without. That really concerns me. The valves connect directly to the heart. Please help.. Will she be ok if she doesn't get it replaced?
If she has a ruptured heart valve it needs repair or replacement. The valves serve a critical role in maintaining normal flow of blood through the heart. Without the valves blood will backflow and cause buildup and many problems. Maybe she is stable and can wait for surgery at a later date? I'm not aware of a situation where you can live with a ruptured valve. I hope she is in good care.
Q: What is the best procedure to check/adjust valve clearances? This engine is a perkins diesel inside of a cat generator. I know that he exhaust valve is .018 and the intake valve is .008.
Adam S, you're both right and wrong as far as needing to adjust valves. I changed 2 shims in 100,000 miles on my Kawasaki KZ1000, but my 1300 Kaw touring bike with nearly identical valve train needs checking and adjuuting every 6,000 miles or so. Go figure. Kneedragger, since your bike requires manual adjustment, you're valve train is either going to have a rockerarm type system with threaded screws and locknuts (easy) or use shims of various thicknesses to adjust the clearance (harder). Some have the shim on top of the 'bucket that covers the valve spring. With these, you will need a small, rather inexpensive tool specifically made for your model engine to compress the spring, allowing you to remove the shim. Other engines have the shim under the bucket, requiring you to remove the camshaft to change the shim. No special tools needed here, but reinstalling the camshafts correctly is absolutely vital. While this proceduere sounds rather intimidating, just remember that checking is all that may be necessary and no adjustments will need to be made. To check clearances, the idea is to turn the camshaft to that the cam lobe is pointing away from the valve and then measure the clearance with a feeler gauge and see how that compares to the recommended clearances. On shim type, clearances nearly always tighten and if the clearance is too little, you will need to install a thinner shim. I write down the clearance for each valve each time I check the clearances. If one valve tightens up faster than the others, this will give you a heads up to a possible future problem. Or, you may find they are ok this time but at the next check, you find some that need adjustment and will decide to take it to the shop that time. After a few checks and recording the clearances, you'll get a pretty good feel for how often you need to check them again. If you decide to do it yourself, by all means, get a shop manual.
Q: I believe my EGR valve is bad. I am having symptoms of a bad one. If I unplugged it and took my car for a drive would the symptoms improve, if in fact it is a bad EGR valve?
To give you a good answer what kind of car is this? Make and model. There are two different types of EGR mechanical and electrical. What are the symptom that lead you to believe its the egr valve? And no unplugging it would no improve while leaving it disconnect and driving on it.
Q: How much would it cost to get a new valve cover gasket on a 1993 Nissan Quest van?? I know of a van for sale, but they said it might need a gasket soon. How much plus labor, average, do you think it'll cost? Thanks!!

Q: 1991 Buick Spirit smokes early for five minutes in morning, from exhaust. Tried every carburator and gas cleanative fluid. Mechanic says Valve job'.
Probably just the valve stem seals need replacing. NOT a entire 'valve job'. The seals help scrape oil off of valve stem to lower the amount of oil weeping into cylinder when engine is running or turned off. As the rubber ages, it cracks and loses its elasticity and doesn't wipe the stem properly. This is a lot cheaper versus a full 3-angle valve job which requires removal of the heads.. Get a second opinion.
Q: HI ever one i have a 1969 1500 beetle engine i have just but 1600 piston and barrows on it but when i but the rockers on i have no valve gap at all. ive wound out the adjusters all the way and i still can not get a feeler gauge between the rocker and the valve. Please help cheers Adam
you MUST have the cylinder you are adjusting at TDC before adjusting the valves on that cylinder. take the dizzy cap off and rotate the engine clock-wise until the the rotor is pointing toward the #1 cylinder (the front at about 5 o'clock where the little notch in the case of the dizzy is) there is also a little V shaped notch in the crank pulley. this has to be aligned with the crack in the case at the top of the pulley. then take the valve cover off the right side of the motor and adjust the 2 valves toward the front of the engine (front is front of car) these are the intake and exhaust valves for the #1 cylinder. after you get them gaped to .006 snug the jam nut down. then rotate the crank EXACTLY 180 degrees counter-clockwise this will get you to TDC for #2. then adjust the back 2 valves on the right side of the motor (back is back of car) these are valves for #2 cylinder. then put the valve cover back on. rotate the engine another 180 degrees counter-clockwise, this will give you TDC for #3 which is the front left of the motor. adjust them and rotate the crank another and final 180 degrees counter-clockwise for #4 cylinder put the valve cover back on with new gaskets of course and you are done
Q: Can a clogged EGR regulator valve cause my car to stall out and die when it's idling at red lights? If I give it a little has it wakes the car up and keeps it from dying. One mechanic told me it was clogged up and that it can cause that issue. My boss says there's no way that's the problem... I say we've fixed cleaned or replaced just about everything else...Is this true or is the mechanic just trying to pocket a bit more $$??
Before I answer I am not specifically an auto technician but have worked on my own cars my whole life even rebuilding a 350 chevy small lock motor so I know a few things ???? ,,,, yes a malfunctioning egr valve can cause this issue but can be a number of things causing you motor to not get the right fuel/air mixture including a bad oxygen sensor, I suggest finding a second opinion to actually look at and test what is causing it
Q: i have a nos tank that my grandfather gave me and i was wondering if i could get a scuba valve and put it on there so i can fill my paintball tank up with the air so i dont have to go buy a scuba tank
srry but if u do that it works very poorly so i would buy that scuba tank
