pipeline ball valve-reduced bore High-performance

Product Description of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

High-performance pipeline ball valve is Raymond(RMD)hightech products,as switch control equipment,it is mainly used in natural gas, oil, gas, liquefied natural gas pipeline transmission system and other industries, its anti-sulfur products containing hydrogen sulphide, impurities and high corrosion are suitable for the long-distance natural gas pipeline.

Design Features of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Body of high-performance pipeline ball valve is forged structure. The connection type for body and vice-body can be BB(bolted connection)and WB(welded connection). The WB(welded connection)and the LWB(Fully-welded extended stem)structure isadopted for buried ball valves,as shown below.
High performance pipeline ball valve series has the feature of strength, high perfect sealing, maintenance-free, long life and so on. The production of this series ball valve adopts the international advanced ball valve design and manufacturing technology, selects high-quality materials in accordance with the standard selection of materials and combines with advanced materials forming forging technology. At the same time, with the years of ball valve design and manufacturing experience, the use of advanced processing and manufacturing equipment and production and processing technology, through the first-class inspection and testing equipment and instruments, perfect quality assurance management system and excellence in the production of high-performance philosophy can ensure the quality of valves. This series of valve has the performance of a high strength, defect-free forging body, excellent sealing performance, even at maximum pressure difference(full pressure),it will still be able to ensure that seal without leakage, after frequent switching action to realize a safe usage in the transportation of oil, natural gas, coal gas, and other special medium transportation pipeline.

The special structure of valve seat seal of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Floating structure means seat reciprocally can move along channel direction,so as to guarantee the ball and seat are tightly sealed.
(
)Valve seat structure suitable for different occasions and sealing requirements
Valve seat can be designed as a standard single-piston effect and specific dual piston effect,Figure1 shows single-piston effect-inletside seal;Figure2 shows Dual Piston effect-outlet-side seal;Figure3 shows special dual piston effect sealing structure
(
)Multi-level structure of the valve seat seal
As shown in Figure4,there are two elastic O-ring in the valve seat ring-ring A and ring B.Sealing ring A spring-loaded through the valve seat so that the sealing surface of sealing ring A tightly fit with ball surface to form an initial seal. When there is pressure in the system medium, the piston force
produced by the piston force produced by the piston effect of size difference makes elastic deformation of the ring A Ershi sealing surface and ball more closely fit the surface to form a re-sealing;meanwhile,due to ring A in the medium resulted in elastic deformation under pressure so that the sealing ring B is also closely fit the surface of ball for the formation of the second stage seal. When the system medium pressure increasing,it will have an enormous pressure in the valve seat ring A and ring B,so that the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, and then the metal valve seat ring surface and the ball surface sealing together to form a third level of metal to metal seal.
(
)The assisted valve seat sealing equipment
Based on the actual service condition, medium requirement, sealing requirement, etc.,the assisted valve sealing equipment will be considered to be necessary or not.The assisted valve sealing equipment is a one-way valve installed outside of valve body that can prevent medium leakage and can inject sealing grease into valve body by external force. When the assisted valve seat sealing equipment is required, valve seat ring shall be design and processed with injection grove and hole to connect the assisted valve seat sealing equipments.Such equipment can prevent the medium by the sealing of injection of rease.Refer to Figure5 for reference.

Unique and safe seat structures of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Ball valve fireproof design is implementation of the API607,API6FA standards.According to service conditions and user requirements, ball valve can be designed as a fireproof structure.
(
)Fireproof structure of seat
As shown in figure7,there is composite fireproof ring, which are combined with graphite and stainless steel wire in the seat.Once the soft ring is burnt out in case of a fire, the fireproof ring and seat ring will form a piston structure through the spring to load the valve body. That will push and closely contact the metal seal surface of the seat ring to the body surface,So as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the burnt place of the seat ring, and prevent the fire from expending.

()Fireproof structure(body and bonnet)
The seal gasket for bolt connecting valve body and valve bonnet, are used fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.Gasket compression load through the bolts and ultimately, ensure the valve body and valve cover between the metal to metal contact,so that the valve can with stand more high load, but also improve the fire safety of the valve. But for the full welded ball valve, the valve body and cover is welded structure, that fundamentally eliminate the possibillity of leakage of the valve housing.Even in the case of fire damage, there will be no leak.
(
)Fireproof structure(body/packing and stem)
The body and packing connection gasket adopts fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets. The stem packing adopts flexible graphite to ensure no leakage in case of fire.

Q: Need some info. Ok, four valves per cylinder is better than two valves per cylinder. Fine, why did Ford REVERT to only 3 valves (my guess is to save cost SOHC)? Audi and VW are using five valves per cylinder on some cars, does this offer any advantage over a four valve engine? Maserati even experimented with a six valve per cylinder!!!! (see link) http://www.maserati-alfieri .uk/alfieri26.htm but abandoned it (my guess is cost again?) Why are we stuck at four valves or would more valves actually render more horsepower? Pop some ideas best answer to reasonable answer...
There are multitudes of problems to resolve and strike a balance... ...In a zero valve, 2 cycle operation , clearing the cylinder of exhaust and recharge it is as basic as it comes..... ...In valved, 4 cycle operation, one valve each for exh and intake, has the least add-on linkages/cams , but limits the speed and completeness of clearing the exhaust and fully recharging the intake. By adding additional valving, the rapid removal of exhaust and recharging is accomplished, at great expense for add-on linkages/cams etc, and great loss of power...since you have many more items to accelerate and decelerate. The ideal valving, is to effectively remove the cylinder head for exhausting, and replace it for charging, but it would be a mechanical nightmare......therefore, compromises are made...2, 3, 4,6,....total head ???cost.. st...vs performance.
Q: hey...im kinda confusedis cochlear an artificial valve???and if not..what is an artificial valve??
Hello, i found this information online, hope it will be helpfull... ?Artificial valves can be used to replace damaged valves in the body that are no longer functioning to keep blood flowing in one direction only. ?Most artificial valves have a fabric ring surrounding them, which allows a surgeon to sew the device into place during implantation. ?Where appropriate, artificial valves are constructed from collagen-rich materials, such as pericardial tissues which have been obtained from pigs or cows and treated (to denature any animal proteins), to minimise the risk of rejection by the human body. Other materials used are cobalt-chromium alloys, low-temperature carbon and titanium alloy with pyrolytic carbon discs or balls.
Q: What is motor operated valve (MOV) please answer me if anybody have experiance in instrumentation filed, please explain overhauling and troble shooting
Motor Operated valve is a valve where the Actuator Part of the Valve is replaced by a motor instead of pneumatic . MOV are normally used for Larger Process lines where the Pneumatic pressure is not enough to provide torque or pressure for the Valves movement. Since Motors have good torque they are used to open or close the valves, these are also called as electrical Actuators. Please be more specific about the Problem you face so that i can advice you on the trouble shooting also.
Q: I have a mountain bike that my brothers left me. the tire in the front is a normal s valve, the one in the back is a presta valve. now this was ok because it was fully pumped up, but then it popped on the road, so i got a new tire ad put it on and was all ready to pump it up but when i tried to pump it no air would go in. so i looked at it a while and i figured out the top unscrews, so i unscrewed it and put the pump back on and started pumping, but after a while i figured out that no air was going in the tire and now i'm very confused.
You have to re seat the pump nozzle and try again. Sometimes you have to push down on the valve to unseat the stem, it gets stuck fast and wont let air in.
Q: My vehicle has 160,000 miles and has burned 2 quarts of oil at 3000 miles. Someone told me to change the PCV valve because sometimes a bad PCV valve can cause oil consumption. I appreciate your assistance.
This okorder /.. It will be on either the left or right side of your motor and it will be on top of the valve cover. This would not cause you motor to consume that much oil. You have a high mileage vehicle so you your piston rings and internal seals are worn out. There is really nothing you can do besides an engine overhaul. If you strongly feel its the PCV you can pick one up for a couple bucks, but it wont solve your problem. My suggestion is to keep driving and just keep an eye on the oil level. Carry a quart or 2 in your truck and just add as needed.
Q: I took my 2nd valve out to wash it (i couldn't find my oil, but it worked fine) and I've tried making the number face the mouthpiece, yet it still is messed up and won't let me play a lot of notes.
see if there is a slight protrusion on the valve. probably on a piece of plastic near or above the spring of the valve? that should fit in a notch in the trumpet valve tube. Just insert your valve partly in until the protrusion is resting on a ledge-like part. Then turn your valve around the tube gently until you hear a click when the notch goes in. You are right, the number on the valve usually faces the side where the mouthpiece is. Make sure your other valves are also placed in there correctly. If all else fails, ask the person who's teaching or taught you to play trumpet. or go to a trumpet store. Enjoy practicing!
Q: I bought my first car recently. but it has a high idle and smoking problem, i already replaced the spark plugs. I've been reading about the exhaust gas re-circulation valve. but i cant find it. where exactly is the EGR valve located in a 1999 KIA Pride?
all EGR valves should ( unless a very odd engine) on exhaust manifold. they will have a tube outlet returning back to inlet manifold and a control mechanism on it ( electrical connection) . these valves are known to carbon up and fail both due to soot.heat .wear etc. very possible this is the problem. a temporary fix can occasionally be found by soaking over night in cleaning fluid such as easing oil or petrol etc and washing out but this sort of fix never lasts. be aware these valves are not cheap.
Q: Im 17 with a Bicuspid Aortic valve and hypertension (around 160/85). Only other family member with teenage hypertension is grandfather. Im on 2 different types of hypertension medication which only brings blood pressure down to 138/75. It still jumps to 157/85 on medication. I have leakage of my valve that has not gotten worse or better since starting the medication (first checked in September, medication started in Novemberish, now April). No stenosis yet. Any idea what im looking forward to in next couple years? Or is this stuff spontaneous?
Could go either way. since you are on medication, could be the leakage is contained.
Q: I bought a Bb trumpet from Ebay (I know, probably not the best idea) and when it arrived it was really good, except the valves. They wouldn't go down (or up) really well, so I oiled them, and it helped, but it still won't go up properly (it might go up halfway, then suddenly stop, then go up slowly). The valves sound like they're scraping the side a little, and valve oil doesn't do much good. I don't know what brand it is, so don't ask. Another thing, is there such a thing as over-oiling?
There's a good chance that the casein is bent from being dropped. Or the valve guides are wore out. Hopefully the later because it's the least expensive. New ones can be ordered. If the casing is bent maybe a repair tech can do some straightening or possibe have the casing re-honed.
Q: I am a 55-year-old female going in for mitral valve replacement surgery, and I need to decide on which valve to get: bovine or mechanical. If you have any experiences or know anyone who's had either of these types of valves placed in their bodies, please elaborate on the experience. I want to know the pros and cons of each.Thank you.
My aortic valve (amongst other things) were replaced/repaired during an emergency aortic dissection surgery. My surgeon chose the mechanical valve for me. I am hopeful that it will last a long time (I am only 26) so that I can minimize the need to undergo replacement surgeries. Yearly, I see my cardiologist -- they do a CT scan and check to ensure the valve is functioning properly. The valve does have a loud click to it -- it's something that you notice a lot when you first get it, but after a little while you hardly notice it.
