pipeline ball valve-reduced bore High-performance

Product Description of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

High-performance pipeline ball valve is Raymond(RMD)hightech products,as switch control equipment,it is mainly used in natural gas, oil, gas, liquefied natural gas pipeline transmission system and other industries, its anti-sulfur products containing hydrogen sulphide, impurities and high corrosion are suitable for the long-distance natural gas pipeline.

Design Features of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Body of high-performance pipeline ball valve is forged structure. The connection type for body and vice-body can be BB(bolted connection)and WB(welded connection). The WB(welded connection)and the LWB(Fully-welded extended stem)structure isadopted for buried ball valves,as shown below.
High performance pipeline ball valve series has the feature of strength, high perfect sealing, maintenance-free, long life and so on. The production of this series ball valve adopts the international advanced ball valve design and manufacturing technology, selects high-quality materials in accordance with the standard selection of materials and combines with advanced materials forming forging technology. At the same time, with the years of ball valve design and manufacturing experience, the use of advanced processing and manufacturing equipment and production and processing technology, through the first-class inspection and testing equipment and instruments, perfect quality assurance management system and excellence in the production of high-performance philosophy can ensure the quality of valves. This series of valve has the performance of a high strength, defect-free forging body, excellent sealing performance, even at maximum pressure difference(full pressure),it will still be able to ensure that seal without leakage, after frequent switching action to realize a safe usage in the transportation of oil, natural gas, coal gas, and other special medium transportation pipeline.

The special structure of valve seat seal of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Floating structure means seat reciprocally can move along channel direction,so as to guarantee the ball and seat are tightly sealed.
(
)Valve seat structure suitable for different occasions and sealing requirements
Valve seat can be designed as a standard single-piston effect and specific dual piston effect,Figure1 shows single-piston effect-inletside seal;Figure2 shows Dual Piston effect-outlet-side seal;Figure3 shows special dual piston effect sealing structure
(
)Multi-level structure of the valve seat seal
As shown in Figure4,there are two elastic O-ring in the valve seat ring-ring A and ring B.Sealing ring A spring-loaded through the valve seat so that the sealing surface of sealing ring A tightly fit with ball surface to form an initial seal. When there is pressure in the system medium, the piston force
produced by the piston force produced by the piston effect of size difference makes elastic deformation of the ring A Ershi sealing surface and ball more closely fit the surface to form a re-sealing;meanwhile,due to ring A in the medium resulted in elastic deformation under pressure so that the sealing ring B is also closely fit the surface of ball for the formation of the second stage seal. When the system medium pressure increasing,it will have an enormous pressure in the valve seat ring A and ring B,so that the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, and then the metal valve seat ring surface and the ball surface sealing together to form a third level of metal to metal seal.
(
)The assisted valve seat sealing equipment
Based on the actual service condition, medium requirement, sealing requirement, etc.,the assisted valve sealing equipment will be considered to be necessary or not.The assisted valve sealing equipment is a one-way valve installed outside of valve body that can prevent medium leakage and can inject sealing grease into valve body by external force. When the assisted valve seat sealing equipment is required, valve seat ring shall be design and processed with injection grove and hole to connect the assisted valve seat sealing equipments.Such equipment can prevent the medium by the sealing of injection of rease.Refer to Figure5 for reference.

Unique and safe seat structures of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Ball valve fireproof design is implementation of the API607,API6FA standards.According to service conditions and user requirements, ball valve can be designed as a fireproof structure.
(
)Fireproof structure of seat
As shown in figure7,there is composite fireproof ring, which are combined with graphite and stainless steel wire in the seat.Once the soft ring is burnt out in case of a fire, the fireproof ring and seat ring will form a piston structure through the spring to load the valve body. That will push and closely contact the metal seal surface of the seat ring to the body surface,So as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the burnt place of the seat ring, and prevent the fire from expending.

()Fireproof structure(body and bonnet)
The seal gasket for bolt connecting valve body and valve bonnet, are used fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.Gasket compression load through the bolts and ultimately, ensure the valve body and valve cover between the metal to metal contact,so that the valve can with stand more high load, but also improve the fire safety of the valve. But for the full welded ball valve, the valve body and cover is welded structure, that fundamentally eliminate the possibillity of leakage of the valve housing.Even in the case of fire damage, there will be no leak.
(
)Fireproof structure(body/packing and stem)
The body and packing connection gasket adopts fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets. The stem packing adopts flexible graphite to ensure no leakage in case of fire.

Q: My sprinkler valve I just put in leaks from the top knobs you turn to allow water to pass through to the 3 main pvc pipes. I turn the water on on the main water line, open the little black twisty knobs to allow the water to pass through to the irrigation lines, but water leaks out through all 3 black twisty knobs. What do I need to do?!?!?!
You are turning on electric valves, manually, with the bleeder valve (little black twisty thing). It is normal for this to happen. This valve can turn on and off a zone, but it also releases air from within the lines causing water to spit out with it. After the air is out, you can twist it down enough to stop the leak and still have that zone remain on.
Q: Ball valves are much more reliable. Also, if you have the gate valve for the main shutoff, is it against code to put a ball valve right after it, so you have a working shutoff when the gate valve fails?
no as long as the gate valve is there. gate valves are pressure rated and seal better and are made from hardened steel so it will usualy seal when others have a seat [made from brass] that can wear out and leak even ball valves have a ceramic or plastic seal and are made from brass or soft steel
Q: I don't know exactly what it is called...the water valve from the wall to the toilet is leaking. All of the parts need to be replaced. They appear old and corroded. Can you please tell me what these parts are called? About how much they cost? And is this difficult to do? I found an excellent video on youtube on how to replace..but just want to ask anyway if it's difficult..it doesn't LOOK difficult.
Before you start taking things apart try this. Find out where the water is coming from. You may have to sit there for a while to watch for a drip. If it is coming from where the knob to shut it off is, there is a nut behind the knob. Try tightening it a little. Don't really lean on it. If the leak is from the line to the toilet do the same thing. Just tightening things may solve your problem at no cost. Best of luck.
Q: I have a training I will be attending on Valve actuator and subsequently an exam. I need fundamental knowledge of ROV. What are the types of ROV. The Maintenance Of ROV ? and the different Type of ROV actuators
Hi. We know that a valve is a device which controls give direction to the flow of fluid in a passageway. They can be manually handled or remotely handled. To remotely control a valve you have to use an actuator mechanism. Bjy this mechanism, we can control the valve from outside the body. Some valves control themselves from inside the body. Ex. Check valves or Relief valves.
Q: Our water heater (bought in 2007 so still fairly new still under warranty luckily) seems to release water from the pressure release valve quite frequently. Everyone seems to say that it shouldn't do it often and ours probably does it a couple times per day. 2 main questions - 1. Is there really a risk of too much pressure building up and the water heater exploding (that's what the sales guy at Lowe's said) and 2. Any idea what the problem might be/what we should check out?
I doubt that there is any chance of the water heater exploding since the safety valve is leaking. Have you checked the water temperature settings? After no hot water has been used for a while, run some hot water and check the temperature. If it is near boiling, the you need to check the settings. It could be just a faulty relief valve which leaks when the water surges. When there is high water flow that stops suddenly the water pressure will surge for a very short time. Try opening the bath tub faucets fully and then shut them off quickly while some one watched the heater to see if it leaks. I hope this helps.
Q: how do u remove a valve seat from a head, and install the new one?
UNLESS YOU CAN GRIND THE VALVE AND SEAT TO FIT, SEND IT TO A MACHINE SHOP.
Q: wife died at 40 still awaiting results of exsaminers report. Can CPR be given to some one with two artificial heart valves mitral and arotic? She the person administering CPR be aware that they are in the heart...
Yes, and it doesn't matter if there are artificial valves or not. The thing about CPR is that it's only done for someone who is actively trying to die. The alternative to doing CPR is to let someone pass away, which is not usually the best course of action (unless they have a terminal disease and have asked not to be resuscitated.) If you are asking whether the presence of heart valves excuses someone from NOT doing CPR... then no. If you are asking whether heart valves + CPR and a bad outcome is because CPR should not have been done, then no to that too. The right thing to do for someone who is pulseless is to start CPR, call 911 and get more definitive treatment on the way. CPR is not going to revive someone - it is only a bridge until a defibrillator and/or cardiac drugs are available. I'm sorry that you lost your wife at such a young age, and I hope you find the answers you are looking for.
Q: recently changed head gasket. could valves tap from the push rods being mixed up? they all seemed to be the same size and i know the other side was exactly the same when put back together but this side is mixed up. could this make the valves go crazy? and i need to replace my water pump because its getting very hot and no coolant moving. and everything is smokin up, took off oil cap and it was steaming. would that have anything to do with making the valves tap?
You have multiple problems all at once! Also you didn't say whether it has hydraulic or mechanical valves, adjustable or non adjustable, -- some have discs that are changed out to make proper clearance (Volkswagen for example on rabbit engines)! So lets start with valve adjustments. Hydraulic lifters could be flat and not pumped up yet (depending on how long engine has run)! Or need adjusting etc! Next problem is overheating, -- did you remove the thermostat to see if water moves through the system? This could be cause of blown head gasket in first place? It is not impossible that water pump could be bad, -- but it is not common, --- if it is turning, it would have to have vanes broken off, or split impeller spinning on shaft to not pump! And this does not happen often! There is no such word as impossible with machines! ................. Steam from oil cap could just be water evaporating out of oil, - and usually with blown head gasket, - water gets into oil pan too! ........ But this part should not have anything to do with noisy valves! Is this an engine with belt driven timing system, or chain driven one with overhead cam? Did you for sure get camshaft timing right, -- if a tooth or two off, it may run, but possibly pistons nicking valves? Also bad timing may make engine run hotter than it is supposed to! If this is a for or chev V-8, (and some V-6es) you can adjust rocker arm lash to get proper clearance. Get hold of a manual for procedure, -- you can look up in auto repair manual in library, - if nothing else!
Q: As title. What's an easy way to remember: mitral valve leaflets are anterior and posterior leaflets; tricuspid leaflets are anterior, posterior, and septal (medial); aortic valve leaflets are left, right, posterior leaflets; pulmonary valve leaflets are left, right, anterior leaflets? It's easy to remember all but one valve (mitral) have three leaflets each. Physically aortic root sits behind pulmonary trunk, I guess that makes it easy to remember aortic valve has left, right, Posterior; and that pulmonary valve has left, right, anterior leaflets. Where I'm running out of ideas now is how to remember tricuspid has anterior, posterior and septal leaflets... Please help.Thanks.
The tricuspid valve has three leaflets which are thin and membranous with commissures that appear more like indentations than true commissures. The TV apparatus is similar to the mitral valve but has greater variability and thinner leaflets. The three leaflets are the anterior, septal and posterior leaflets, with the anterior and septal being larger than the posterior leaflet. TV= tricuspid valve tri-cuspid=3(three leaflets) leaflets=3leaflets Tricuspid: Having three flaps or cusps. The valve that is called the tricuspid valve is situated between the right atrium and right ventricle and permits blood to flow only from the atrium into the ventricle. The aortic valve in the heart also has three cusps. Tricuspid valve (Anat.), the valve, consisting of three triangular membranous flaps, at the opening of the right auricle into the right ventricle in the heart of most mammals; -- sometimes called the tricuspid valves, each flap being regarded as a valve. Take care as always
Q: What do I do to make my valves stop ticking? And what makes them tick? its a 94 Acura Integra with a 91 LS motor, 105,000 miles. If I get a new engine head will it stop ticking or the ticking has to do with the block?
Just have the valves checked. They may be adjustable on that car. No, don't buy a head. It could be low oil pressure, blocked oil gallery, worn guides. Just get it checked out. At that mileage, I would not spend a lot of money on it. Just wait until you get a new car or get a whole engine rebuild. You may be able to drive it as is for another 100,000 miles.
