pipeline ball valve-reduced bore High-performance

Product Description of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

High-performance pipeline ball valve is Raymond(RMD)hightech products,as switch control equipment,it is mainly used in natural gas, oil, gas, liquefied natural gas pipeline transmission system and other industries, its anti-sulfur products containing hydrogen sulphide, impurities and high corrosion are suitable for the long-distance natural gas pipeline.

Design Features of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Body of high-performance pipeline ball valve is forged structure. The connection type for body and vice-body can be BB(bolted connection)and WB(welded connection). The WB(welded connection)and the LWB(Fully-welded extended stem)structure isadopted for buried ball valves,as shown below.
High performance pipeline ball valve series has the feature of strength, high perfect sealing, maintenance-free, long life and so on. The production of this series ball valve adopts the international advanced ball valve design and manufacturing technology, selects high-quality materials in accordance with the standard selection of materials and combines with advanced materials forming forging technology. At the same time, with the years of ball valve design and manufacturing experience, the use of advanced processing and manufacturing equipment and production and processing technology, through the first-class inspection and testing equipment and instruments, perfect quality assurance management system and excellence in the production of high-performance philosophy can ensure the quality of valves. This series of valve has the performance of a high strength, defect-free forging body, excellent sealing performance, even at maximum pressure difference(full pressure),it will still be able to ensure that seal without leakage, after frequent switching action to realize a safe usage in the transportation of oil, natural gas, coal gas, and other special medium transportation pipeline.

The special structure of valve seat seal of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Floating structure means seat reciprocally can move along channel direction,so as to guarantee the ball and seat are tightly sealed.
(
)Valve seat structure suitable for different occasions and sealing requirements
Valve seat can be designed as a standard single-piston effect and specific dual piston effect,Figure1 shows single-piston effect-inletside seal;Figure2 shows Dual Piston effect-outlet-side seal;Figure3 shows special dual piston effect sealing structure
(
)Multi-level structure of the valve seat seal
As shown in Figure4,there are two elastic O-ring in the valve seat ring-ring A and ring B.Sealing ring A spring-loaded through the valve seat so that the sealing surface of sealing ring A tightly fit with ball surface to form an initial seal. When there is pressure in the system medium, the piston force
produced by the piston force produced by the piston effect of size difference makes elastic deformation of the ring A Ershi sealing surface and ball more closely fit the surface to form a re-sealing;meanwhile,due to ring A in the medium resulted in elastic deformation under pressure so that the sealing ring B is also closely fit the surface of ball for the formation of the second stage seal. When the system medium pressure increasing,it will have an enormous pressure in the valve seat ring A and ring B,so that the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, and then the metal valve seat ring surface and the ball surface sealing together to form a third level of metal to metal seal.
(
)The assisted valve seat sealing equipment
Based on the actual service condition, medium requirement, sealing requirement, etc.,the assisted valve sealing equipment will be considered to be necessary or not.The assisted valve sealing equipment is a one-way valve installed outside of valve body that can prevent medium leakage and can inject sealing grease into valve body by external force. When the assisted valve seat sealing equipment is required, valve seat ring shall be design and processed with injection grove and hole to connect the assisted valve seat sealing equipments.Such equipment can prevent the medium by the sealing of injection of rease.Refer to Figure5 for reference.

Unique and safe seat structures of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Ball valve fireproof design is implementation of the API607,API6FA standards.According to service conditions and user requirements, ball valve can be designed as a fireproof structure.
(
)Fireproof structure of seat
As shown in figure7,there is composite fireproof ring, which are combined with graphite and stainless steel wire in the seat.Once the soft ring is burnt out in case of a fire, the fireproof ring and seat ring will form a piston structure through the spring to load the valve body. That will push and closely contact the metal seal surface of the seat ring to the body surface,So as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the burnt place of the seat ring, and prevent the fire from expending.

()Fireproof structure(body and bonnet)
The seal gasket for bolt connecting valve body and valve bonnet, are used fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.Gasket compression load through the bolts and ultimately, ensure the valve body and valve cover between the metal to metal contact,so that the valve can with stand more high load, but also improve the fire safety of the valve. But for the full welded ball valve, the valve body and cover is welded structure, that fundamentally eliminate the possibillity of leakage of the valve housing.Even in the case of fire damage, there will be no leak.
(
)Fireproof structure(body/packing and stem)
The body and packing connection gasket adopts fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets. The stem packing adopts flexible graphite to ensure no leakage in case of fire.

FAQ of pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Q1:I can’t find the type of steel check valve which I need. what can I do?

The chart above only lists out some common composition of steel check valve parts. We may provide other different parts material composition according to the customer's request or the actual valve working condition.

Q2:Which certification do your products pass?

  Our products are in accordance with ISO 9001ISO 14001API 6AAPI 6DTS CEAPI607/6FA/BS6755.

Q3:How can I place an order?

The only one thing you should do is to tell us the sepecification about type quantity and  mode of transportation, then we will send you quotation within 24 hours.

Q: the blow off valve has a hose that goes to the intake. Do you need that hose.
if you want it to operate properly the yes you will need it. The valves are also adustable but you need a tech manual to and special tool to do it propperly dont just guess at its setting rather know it. I assume the picture i looked at was your engine. Unless you like taking chaces i would recomend you put your timing belt cover back in place. If anything should get in there between your t-belt and gears or pullys the belt could be damaged and if it does get damaged you could damage the valves in the event of t-belt failure. I know people like to see the belt and gears moving and if that is what you are wanting i would suggest installing one of the clear t-belt covers that are available. unfortunatly i do not know who makes them. if you cant find out go to a car show and talk to gear heads that have them on there cars.
Q: I gotta 89 Crx si. Just wondering if you could put on a blow off valve and it work without it boosted
You could put it on but it would never operate.
Q: The hot water shutoff valve to the washing machine was dripping. I removed the packing nut and put in new packing over the weekend. Problem is that the packing nut seems to only go back on at an angle no matter what I do...it may have already been that way though. The valve isn't currently dripping, but I'm not liking the way the packing nut only goes on at an angle. Would it be crazy to keep the existing valve if I keep an eye on it and over time it doesn't drip, or is it too risky to keep this valve given that the packing nut is on at a funny angle? (Local plumbers here in Northern NJ all want around $350 if I were to replace both the hot and cold with a watts single handle valve.) Thanks, J.
An old saying I like is If it ain't broke, don't fix it!. Even though the packing nut appears to be cross-threaded, if there is no leak, I'd leave it alone. Washer connection stop valves seldom get used. They mostly just stay on, unless you have a washing machine breakdown. I'd just peek at it each washday. If it doesn't leak, I'd leave it be.
Q: what is a foot valve? how does it look? what is the application in petrochemical companies?
A foot valve is placed at the bottom of a suction pipe, which could be used to drain a large container of liquid. The foot valve is a one-way valve (check valve) that prevents the liquid from draining back into the container.
Q: How would this affect the functioning of the heart valves? How would this be detected in a routine examination?
Endocarditis is usually caused by bacteria. When symptoms are prevalent, blood cultures are done to detect what sort of bacteria is present. Many types of bacteria can cause endocarditis. Normally, blood flows smoothly through heart valves. But if they have been damaged, by some other medical condition, defense mechanisms (such as white blood cells) cannot enter the valves. Then bacteria can have a chance to take a hold on these valves. So if bacteria establishes a hold on the valves, the body cannot get rid of them. Antibiotics can be used to treat the infection. If antibiotics does not work, then the infected valves are removed surgically and replaced with transplants or artificial valves. I hope this helps. good luck
Q: I keep the tire pressure in my tires at approx 40 lbs per tire. I have an inexpensive tire gauge that I use to measure the pressure. Recently, one tire seemed low, so I measured the pressure and the batteries were dead in the tire gauge. I replaced them and measured again. It said 20.5! I thought I was going crazy, but then measured all the other tires and they were around 35 to 40. I filled up all the tires to about 40, but when I measured the weird one again, it said only 30!The question is, could there be a problem with the tire valve that is preventing me from getting a good measure of the pressure? I filled up the tire to where it looks really filled up, and I'm afraid to overfill it. I'd like to get it to 40 lbs but I don't know if it's already gt; 40 lbs with a tire valve problem. Or if a tire that's at 20 pounds can look so filled up that you couldn't tell it from a tire that's at 40 pounds?Any info would be appreciated.
Overinflating your tires beyond what the people who designed, built and exhaustively tested your vehicle recommend because some anonymous nut on a Prius owners forum says to is stupid. Over-inflated tires wear out more quickly which more than cancels out the fraction of a percent of mileage improvement you MIGHT see by doing this. Over-inflated tires also provide less traction thus reducing safety. Over-inflated tires are also more prone to damage from road hazards such as potholes which again could result in having to buy tires prematurely. What you are doing is a false economy. Do what the people who built your car and built your tires (ie: the professionals) recommend and inflate to 35 psi front, 33 psi rear. As for your gauge reading problem, if you are unsure you are getting accurate readings take it to a tire shop for a second opinion by people who do this stuff for a living. They should be able to figure out if you have a problem or not. You can't trust what the tire looks like. A tire can be underinflated by as much as 20 psi and still look OK or grossly overinflated to the point of being dangerous and you wouldn't know by looking at it.
Q: Is what-valve spring. orvalve guide. orvalve cover. orretainer clip
Valve stem passes through valve guide in head. The guide sets the side to side, front to back clearance or movement of valve. Then the spring goes over the valve stem and guide. Next a valve seal is placed on valve stem to keep oil from leaking into guide. Then the retainer goes on. It's the O.D of the valve spring, and has a hole in center to fit the valve stem. It slips down over stem, then 2 locks are placed around stem and when you let full pressure back on the spring it pushs tight up against reatiner jamming the locks together and holding everything tight in place
Q: The time has come to re shim my 06 450, and I am having a small problem (I think anyway). The exhaust valves have decreased to below the required spec and need to be replaced with thinner shims (as is usually the case), but the left intake valve has for some reason increased its valve clearance (from 0.16mm to 0.23mm). Is it normal for the valve clearance to increase? I thought they would only decrease... Any ideas? Unless the valve is being held open by something. Many thanks, Jim
You want to do a clearance do you? Blow up the car.
Q: 1998 camaro3.8L v6sometimes when i start the car, it makes this loud ticking noise that goes with the RPMIm pretty sure its the valve, anyone know how to fix it, and how much it might cost?
