pipeline ball valve-reduced bore High-performance

Product Description of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

High-performance pipeline ball valve is Raymond(RMD)hightech products,as switch control equipment,it is mainly used in natural gas, oil, gas, liquefied natural gas pipeline transmission system and other industries, its anti-sulfur products containing hydrogen sulphide, impurities and high corrosion are suitable for the long-distance natural gas pipeline.

Design Features of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Body of high-performance pipeline ball valve is forged structure. The connection type for body and vice-body can be BB(bolted connection)and WB(welded connection). The WB(welded connection)and the LWB(Fully-welded extended stem)structure isadopted for buried ball valves,as shown below.
High performance pipeline ball valve series has the feature of strength, high perfect sealing, maintenance-free, long life and so on. The production of this series ball valve adopts the international advanced ball valve design and manufacturing technology, selects high-quality materials in accordance with the standard selection of materials and combines with advanced materials forming forging technology. At the same time, with the years of ball valve design and manufacturing experience, the use of advanced processing and manufacturing equipment and production and processing technology, through the first-class inspection and testing equipment and instruments, perfect quality assurance management system and excellence in the production of high-performance philosophy can ensure the quality of valves. This series of valve has the performance of a high strength, defect-free forging body, excellent sealing performance, even at maximum pressure difference(full pressure),it will still be able to ensure that seal without leakage, after frequent switching action to realize a safe usage in the transportation of oil, natural gas, coal gas, and other special medium transportation pipeline.

The special structure of valve seat seal of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Floating structure means seat reciprocally can move along channel direction,so as to guarantee the ball and seat are tightly sealed.
(
)Valve seat structure suitable for different occasions and sealing requirements
Valve seat can be designed as a standard single-piston effect and specific dual piston effect,Figure1 shows single-piston effect-inletside seal;Figure2 shows Dual Piston effect-outlet-side seal;Figure3 shows special dual piston effect sealing structure
(
)Multi-level structure of the valve seat seal
As shown in Figure4,there are two elastic O-ring in the valve seat ring-ring A and ring B.Sealing ring A spring-loaded through the valve seat so that the sealing surface of sealing ring A tightly fit with ball surface to form an initial seal. When there is pressure in the system medium, the piston force
produced by the piston force produced by the piston effect of size difference makes elastic deformation of the ring A Ershi sealing surface and ball more closely fit the surface to form a re-sealing;meanwhile,due to ring A in the medium resulted in elastic deformation under pressure so that the sealing ring B is also closely fit the surface of ball for the formation of the second stage seal. When the system medium pressure increasing,it will have an enormous pressure in the valve seat ring A and ring B,so that the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, and then the metal valve seat ring surface and the ball surface sealing together to form a third level of metal to metal seal.
(
)The assisted valve seat sealing equipment
Based on the actual service condition, medium requirement, sealing requirement, etc.,the assisted valve sealing equipment will be considered to be necessary or not.The assisted valve sealing equipment is a one-way valve installed outside of valve body that can prevent medium leakage and can inject sealing grease into valve body by external force. When the assisted valve seat sealing equipment is required, valve seat ring shall be design and processed with injection grove and hole to connect the assisted valve seat sealing equipments.Such equipment can prevent the medium by the sealing of injection of rease.Refer to Figure5 for reference.

Unique and safe seat structures of High-performance pipeline ball valve-reduced bore:

Ball valve fireproof design is implementation of the API607,API6FA standards.According to service conditions and user requirements, ball valve can be designed as a fireproof structure.
(
)Fireproof structure of seat
As shown in figure7,there is composite fireproof ring, which are combined with graphite and stainless steel wire in the seat.Once the soft ring is burnt out in case of a fire, the fireproof ring and seat ring will form a piston structure through the spring to load the valve body. That will push and closely contact the metal seal surface of the seat ring to the body surface,So as to prevent a lot of medium from leaking from the burnt place of the seat ring, and prevent the fire from expending.

()Fireproof structure(body and bonnet)
The seal gasket for bolt connecting valve body and valve bonnet, are used fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets.Gasket compression load through the bolts and ultimately, ensure the valve body and valve cover between the metal to metal contact,so that the valve can with stand more high load, but also improve the fire safety of the valve. But for the full welded ball valve, the valve body and cover is welded structure, that fundamentally eliminate the possibillity of leakage of the valve housing.Even in the case of fire damage, there will be no leak.
(
)Fireproof structure(body/packing and stem)
The body and packing connection gasket adopts fireproof stainless steel wire and flexible graphite gaskets. The stem packing adopts flexible graphite to ensure no leakage in case of fire.

Q: I have a 87 cbr600, consumes oil at a considerable rate. Took the engine out of the frame and disassembled cylinder head, block and pistons and found there is a thick layer of cooked-on oil over all sixteen valves. I figured the oil consumption was due to bad rings, but could it have been the valves?
I'm guessing the motor was running some blue smoke out the exhaust especially at start up. And I'm guessing it was probably a combination of rings and valves. She's twenty years old. Worn rings allow oil to escape into the combustion chamber from the underside of the piston and worn valve guides/seals allow oil to be burnt away from the top. When the guides/seals become worn or dry from age they allow the oil to leak down the valve stem. That's why you will notice them being worn especially at start up. While the bike sits it gives the oil a chance to pool at the edge of the valve to head surface so when the valve is first opened a accumulated amount of oil to enter the cumbustion chamber.
Q: I have a Jupiter double horn. The thumb valve will randomly stick down and not want to come back up. It however only does this when I play a scale or am in the middle of a song, so when I ask the director or an instrument repair person to help, they think I'm crazy and see nothing wrong with it. Also, the first valve is slightly bent sideways towards the second valve. I got it used and it came like this. It is not horrible, but that makes it significantly slower than the other valves and sticks a LOT. All repair shops do is take my money and claim they've fixed it when they have done nothing. It is so frustrating. What should I do? And the oil doesn't help with either of these things, which is even MORE frustrating.
Open up the #4 valve cap and flood the top with valve oil, put the cap back on and turn the instrument over. Put valve oil in the crack where the valve comes out of the bottom of the valve case. This can be hard to see. Put some drops on every moving part of the valve action. I can remember the layout of that valve but I don't think you can shoot oil into the valve. Try all that I said above and see if that helps. Rotate and wiggle the valve between each step.
Q: my inflatable kayak has a self bailing drain valve. it says to close the valve in lakes and streams to stay completely dry and open it in oceans or mild whitewaters.whats the point of this valve? i WANT water to come in??
This Site Might Help You. RE: Kayak-self bailing drain valve? my inflatable kayak has a self bailing drain valve. it says to close the valve in lakes and streams to stay completely dry and open it in oceans or mild whitewaters. whats the point of this valve? i WANT water to come in?
Q: When using seafoam through the PCV valve. Which side contains the vacuum? From the crank case of intake manifold? The brake booster line is very difficult to access and on their site it says I can apply seafoam through the pcv valve.
On most engines the PCV Valve is located on the valve cover. You would remove the PCV valve from the valve cover but leave it connected to the vacuum hose. Otherwise you would have a severe vacuum leak and the engine would race wildly. With the PCV valve still in place the engine would idle somewhat normally. Pour the Sea Foam directly into the PCV valve. The Sea Foam would be sucked into the PCV valve and into the intake manifold. Be careful not to over do it on the first application. If this has not been done for a few years enough gunk can be washed out of the intake manifold that it can foul the catalytic converter. I would apply the Sea Foam. Have a friend shut off the engine while the Sea Foam is added. Allow the Sea Foam to soak for several minutes and do its job. Reconnect the PCV valve. Start the engine and drive the vehicle for several miles. This will allow the catalytic converter to burn off the gunk that and Sea Foam that has passed through the engine. Repeat as necessary.
Q: I had the EGR valve and solenoid replaced and I'm not sure they needed to be replaced.
The Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve allows a metered amount of exhaust to be drawn into the intake to be re-burned with the fuel and air mixture. The purpose for that is to introduce an inert gas to the mixture which lowers combustion temperatures. The reason for lowering combustion temperatures is to reduce the emissions of NOX from the tailpipe. I'm not sure if it needed to be replaced either, but if your check engine lamp doesn't come on anymore, then it probably did need it.
Q: Hey I'm high rite now and i have a checkup for mitro-valve prolapse tomrow, i was wondering if they will take my blood and see THC in me....
Mitral okorder
Q: I have tried to adjust valves of Suzuki Intruder VS400 but they still tapping..so how to adjust them in the right way?
if okorder and download the free bee manual for your bike.
Q: need a different pump for? Is this some improvement on the old valve?
There are schrader valves which are bigger diameter and are used also for automotive tires. They have a spring-loaded center pin that gets pushed down and opened when a inflating head is used. The spring is what keeps the air in the tube. The presta valve is the skinnier one. It does not rely on a spring to keep the valve close. The air pressure inside the tube keeps the valve closed. Generally, less expensive bikes use schraders while better bikes use prestas. All decent pumps have pump heads that accomodate both types. Either it is done by manually reversing the inside of the head assembly to change between presta and schrader or the head automatically adjusts or you use the appropriate one when the head has holes for both.
Q: I have a 1994 Toyota 4x4 pickup with the 4 cylinder motor. How do I check to see if the pvc valve works?
When you pull the PVC valve, out from its rubber grommet on the valve cover.....shake it; it should rattle. If it does not rattle, drop it in a coffee cup of gas and wash it out....then it will rattle, and replace it back in the valve cover. Its only a 1/8th metal pin that sets in a hole....it allows air to be sucked out, but not back into the motor, commonly called a check valve. Its only a one way valve. Just wash out your old valve and it will be the same as a new one. There is no reason to buy a new one unless the plastic is cracked or damaged in some way.
Q: I have mitral valve prolapse. Just recently Ive been getting chest pains more often * few times a day* and the panic and anxiety have gotten worse. I had a pain last night that lasted about 10 minutes and it was very uncomfortable.I know mitral valve prolapse is a condition that usually not a threat. But can it get worse over time with some people? My doctor already knows I have it but should I go back to have more tests done?Im kinda scared because my symptoms are getting to be more than what they were.Any advice?
Mitral valve prolapse does not usually cause the painful symptoms usually associated with a heart attack. Depending on the severity it can cause dizziness or fainting on rising from a seated position. If you press on the left carotid artery, reducing blood flow to the brain a mitral valve prolapse condition will not be able to overcome the extra resistance applied to the artery and may cause a blackout. This depends on your exact condition. It can be corrected by surgery with either an artificial or an organic valve replacement. The chest pains may be something else going on with your heart or just caused by anxiety and stress. I believe it would be best if you went back to the cardiologist and had him/her check you out thoroughly. If only to set your mind at ease and relieve some of your anxiety. Take care
