- Q:I did not perm my hair for 3-4 months. The first time I permed my hair it was not 'fully' permed because when i washed it , it would become curly again. The hair dresser told me that since it was my first perm. When I did a touch up for the roots the person fully permed ONLY the roots. Can I still get my hair pressed so I can spike it ? - It’s a tough situation. Is the press a mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic? In all cases, solution will be in releasing pressure between punch and die set. Think and act accordingly Also you may try these If mechanical kind: Reverse the locking key and jerk move flywheel in opposite direction manually If tool is clamped over a parallel block: try to forcibly remove them If done rightly neither machine nor tool can get damaged Prevention hint: Never overload the machine capacity

- move your dies to the dillon press. All standard dies have threads that fit into the standard threads found in all reloading press frames. If you dont know what they are...one of those dies is a de-capper/case sizer... a bullet seater die and a 3rd die for setting the crimp. The basic adjustment for all dies in the frame is determined by turning the die body in it's treaded hole... testing for results and setting a lock ring when the height of the die in the frame is correct. Read the Dillon manual if you dont know how to set up a die set. All die sets have some information also. everything else you need to know is found in a reloaders data manual for the caliber your working with
- Q:i use a french press and i get small particles in my coffee that taste bad. what kind of filter can i use to filter those particles out? name a SPECIFIC product that i can buy.
- Don't do it! I can't be sure without more info, but I would guess that you may be using too fine of a grind. Grind your beans more coarsely. Also, be sure that you are pressing slowly and straight down on the plunger. If the plunger is tilted, it will allow for some grounds to enter your beverage. Don't refilter the coffee, this will not help the taste at all. Feel free to contact me if you need more help!

- They are mostly the same. On the bench press you also need them little balancing muscles to maintain control of the weight, you know what I'm saying? The major muscle groups are the same though. Usually push ups are more of a endurance workout, and bench press is a strength workout. Usually. If your'e in good shape you should be able to bench about your body weight at least once. But, there is nothing wrong with shooting for more. And what does being white have to do with it?! haahah

If you have someone helping, you they can prime while you are loading. I do not have the turret press, but it looks like it would be handy. I load .223, .243, .308, .30-06, 6.5 Grendel,.38 SP, .357 Mag, .45 ACP.
- Q:I really like to work my legs but I really want to know which I should work them on. The gym has a squat machine and a leg press machine. I do a lot more leg press because I can't do a lot of weight on the squat. So this is what I was thinking. Do reps on the squat, like 3 sets of ten with 200 lbs. And then do more of the heavier work on the leg press. Really I'm not sure what to do but I'd like to incorporate both machines in my workout. Can anyone help?
- Leg press is a great exercise, however the squats don't only work the leg. They also work the core. Right now your plan looks fine, but consider that the squat is a more compound exercise and will work several muscles.
