- yeah you can always do it by yourself like by doing sit ups and push us are just as good and they dont cost any money.

- Q: I hurt my upper back last night while doing dumbbell shoulder presses. Today, the area is sore and is incapable of supporting much (if any) weight. Any ideas what I did to it?
- You may have used too much weight on the presses. Sometimes the body needs a rest. Are you doing these daily? You should not work the same muscle group every day. Alternate between days doing different workouts. I like to recommend the upper body work out every other day, and the lower body workouts the opposite to give the muscles a rest. Sometime when we are a little under the weather our body is telling us not to over do take it easy a day or so. Give it a couple days of rest before working out again. Sounds like a pulled muscle.
- Q: would doing assisted bench presses (with a machine) gain me as much mass to the chest as doing regular bench pressing? Is there a difference in the amount of mass you would gain or is it basically the same?
- the asisted bench press just keeps your arms straight and guides you so you dont go down and cant get back up but you do need to increase the weight cause the bar isnt standarded olympic bar weight. my trainer allows told me the machines are for getting ripped and free weights are for getting big but logically as long as you putting up the same weight the same amount of mass is built but i prefer free weight benching

- Freedom of press applies to no government intervention or control. The crap part about it, is that it turns into a liberal love-fest and becomes nothing more than biased liberal opinions instead of objective reporting.
- Q: I just bought a YUDU. Instead of heat setting the ink by ironing, I was told to get a heat press, it would be faster and easier.
- no, a steam press and heat press are different. heat press is ultra high temp heat - no steam. ironing can still be used with the yudu....but the quality level will be well magnified with a heat press. the designs will hold 10x longer than ironing. you can find some good deals OKorder.

- I prefer loose powder for my oily skin, but pressed makes it easier for on the go. But yes you can use the powder! It will absorb up the oil (:
- Q: Does the press work better with cold cookie dough or room temp cookie dough? So far room temp has been hard to work with and won't come off the plastic disk easily. I'm snowed in today and planning to bake, but want to know first if the dough needs to be room temp or cold......(one spritz recipie says one thing, and a different one says another.)
- I have better luck when the dough is a little cool. Too warm and it doesn't form well and your cookies spread a lot when they bake. One of the major problems is the cookie sheet. If you're using a non-stick pan, the cookies won't stick to the sheet and separate off the press. I would try alittle of the dough in the press, if they're not forming properly press it back into the bowl and put it in the fridge for alittle while. We're baking our cookies this morning also. - medium to coarse grind is needed for a french press. Id use a dark roast but that personal preference.
