- Q: I want to start dumbbell chest press to expand my chest and muscles. I'm a begginer and doing this first time. I'm 32 year male with 140lb weight. Can anybody help me to find out what size (meant weight in lb) I have to start with? And as a begginer how many repetations per day I have to start with?
- To find the right weight of dumbells is kind of like guess and check. If you can bust out 10+ reps without any difficulty, then you'd have to bring the weight up. If you can do no more than 5 reps you are using too much weight. Find the right weight for you to do 7-8 reps with difficulty with 2-3 sets. Since your a beginner I'd suggest for you to do 7-8 reps, but as you get more advanced try to go to failure.
- Q: Which is the better buy?Which will last longer on the skin?Is it whether its pressed or loose or just the way you apply it that determines how long it will last on your skin?please help(:
- I've heard that pressed powder has a lot more oil in it than loose powder, but I've never actually used the pressed powder before. I personally like liquid foundation better, but that's just me.

- I use my Foreman grill to make my veggie paninis. So, I'll say yes. I don't know what kind of sandwich you're making (in terms of fillings) you may need to add some weight in you have a big sandwich, but other than that, I would say yes.

- A good single stage press is what I like for rifle calibers.. Lee makes good stuff...RCBS is probably better. Start with a Lee... if you get into reloading in a big way you will end up with a second press anyway... The Lee makes a good back-up press when you move up. Handgun ammo is quick to build using single stage presses... but if your shooting huge volumes you will end up with a progressive press sooner or later. Keep it simple if your just learning... the more complicated the process the easier it is to get a double charge ..or light charge. Single stage pressed make you look at each case... maybe a little safer in the long run....

- Leg presses are great cause it works, the inner thighs, outer legs, glutes and hams, but it work make you butt bigger, it helps to tone and tighten
- Q: I heard from someone that bench-pressing works out the triceps (well, as well as many other muscles), but how much does it work them out? A bit? A lot? I'm asking this because I want to know whether or not I should do tricep workouts on top of bench pressing. I really hate working them out, but if bench pressing works them out by a significant amount then that would be all I need :)
- Bench pressing works out your triceps but not that much. You should still do separate workouts for your triceps. Everyone thinks the secret to big arms is big biceps but it's triceps. I spent more time in Iraq then I wanted to and 6 days out of each week there was spent in the gym during my down time so I know what I'm talking about.

- It is for stuff that doesn't need to be ironed, like polyester. What it does is NOT spin so much water out of the fabric (because that also contributes to wrinkling). Put directly in and out of the dryer promptly is also recommended for these types of fabrics.

- if the laptop has a pointing stick (between b g h and n keys) or a touch pad, you may brush either of them with your fingers or wrists that make it think you want to select another part of the text to insert text to. it happens to me a lot on an asus netbook when i type an email in bed.
