- Not really. Most work pretty well. That said, I do recommend The stainless steel vacuum insulated ones, if for no other reason, than that they are unbreakable.

- The answer is three: 3. Incumbent candidates would be able to manipulate the electorate. 1. The govt. would be able to limit information needed by the public. The government is currently allowed to keep a large amount of information secret from the public, particularly in relation to economic development and spending on economic development. This impacts the public's ability to instruct their representatives on how they want them to vote on certain issues. 2. The press would be able to report more fully on various govt. wrong doings. The less secrecy about government, the better the reporting will be. I am a former reporter and one of the things I ran up against is governmental secrecy. 4. The “Pentagon Papers” might not have been revealed. The Pentagon Papers were top secret papers regarding the Vietnam War. President Richard Nixon sued to have these documents supressed.
- Q:Help! I've been stuck benching 140lbs for a good 1 month. I try overloading but it has not worked because I would just get tired. I'm 15 years old, 5'3 and weigh 105lbs. Is it because of my weight? My height? Or is it because I have adapted to bench pressing that it has no effect on me? I have mostly been working on my Fast Twitching Muscle Fibers. Maybe this is the cause of my plateau.I'm willing to switch to endurance exercises to improve my Slow Twitching Muscle Fibers but I'm not sure if this will help me break my plateau.Any advice will be appreciated.
- Hitting a sticking point on your bench press typically has nothing to do with your chest muscles. The supporting muscles of the shoulders are weak, causing your body to stop muscle growth of your pectorals(major and minor) to avoid injury. Another common reason for a plateau is an imbalance. I assume you use a bar for your bench press. The disadvantage to this is your strong arm(typically your right arm) can lift a greater percentage of the total weight. This naturally causes one side to become stronger and the body, again, will shut down chest growth. I recommend using dumbells for your chest routine this will avoid the imbalance and additionally will hit stabilizer muscles in the shoulder. Now, let's work on those shoulders. The front head(like it says the muscle in front) of your shoulder connects to your pectorals. Strenghtening this muscle will get you over this sticking point. I recommend front shoulder raises, overhead press(with dumbells, you should know why now), and side raises. These exercises with strenghten those weak muscles and you'll get past this plateau in no time. Hope this helps, feel free to email me with any other questions. - Q:Alright so I have been lifting for about 3 months now...but my bench press is just not getting stronger. Ive been stuck at around 135-140 for anywhere from 8-12 reps depending on how i feel. I think I have pretty good form, I just dont know what I'm doing wrong. My other lifts are increasing, including other pressing movements such as my military press. My military press, in the past few months has gone around 80 pounds for 10 reps to now about 100 pounds for 10 reps, which I guess is ok progress but definitely not amazing. I am 17 years old, 6 foot 3 and weight about 170 pounds. I eat ALOT, and after workouts i supplement with protein shakes. I have been gaining weight fairly steadily. My only problem is my bench press, for some reason i just cant get it to increase. Thanks in advance :)

- Q:ok so ive been told that pressed powder is great to oily skin and to get rid of shine but do u need to use a foundation first or is it meant to be applyed by itself i want to use to so by the end of the day there will be no shine ad it wont have worn off a bit, any recommendations in brand or info of how to apply thx
- You can wear it on its own if you want. Depends on what you're looking for. If you just want to get rid of shine, and aren't worried about coverage (because most pressed powders don't have much coverage) then yes, you can wear it without applying foundation first. Some powders I liked were Maybelline Dream Matte powder, Hard Candy Welcome Matte (has zero coverage, but is really good at keeping shine away for long periods), Too Faced Amazing Face powder, and NARS powder foundation

- Q:Hey ^_^I am looking for some good, light-shaded pressed powder that has good coverage and isn't cakey/chalky. I am very pale so brands that have pale shades would be good for me and I do have a few blemishes but not major so good coverage would be needed. My one at the minute is quite cakey and you can easily see the powder so I would like one that is good at blending in. I live in the UK so please don't suggest ones that can be only found in walmart or another american shop but if it's online and the shipping is cheap, I could probably get it. Last of all, not something major expensive as powder only lasts me a couple of months as I have oily skin, not majorly though.Thank you ^_^

They don't cake, flake, oxidize or overdry. When I start the morning off with a good matte moisturizer after cleansing and toning (loccitane, avene, boscia, desert essence, boots or even pure aloe vera gel for matte moisturizer) and use skindinavia no more shine as instructed on the bottle, make sure to avoid foundation or tinted moisturizer other face makeup that contains oil (always read ingredients on cosmetics even if they claim to be matte because some will still contain oil!) I remain freshly matte all day with no need to retouch, reapply, blot anything. No worries about makeup rubbing/sliding off even in the summer.

- Make sure that you use a base paint. If this pressed wood is near any water or might get wet, try and find a oil base enamel base paint and this should do it
