Feature: STRUCTURE INSTRUCTION
Stator:
The stator consists of suction, stage, discharge casing, diffuser and stuffing box. The inlet is in a horizontal position while the outlet is in a vertical position.
Rotor:
The rotor consists of pump shaft, impeller, balancing disk and shaft sleeve.
Sealing:
The static interface between the suction, stage and discharge casing are sealed with paper packing. Among the stages uses throttle seal. both ends of the shaft are sealed with stuffing box or mechanical seal.
Bearing
Both ends of the shaft are employed roller bearings with grease/oil lubricated.

Q: how much is it to replace timing belt and water pump on a Chrysler voyager 2002?????: Timing belt can be be anywhere from $200 to $400,but make sure a pro does it beaches if it's put on wrong and off time it can mess up your engine and that would be in the thous..this happened to me.. Water pump idk

Q: I replaced the water pump on my 1997 acura cl 3.0 v6 vtec. I set the timing how alldata said to. (Lined up marks on timing drive pulley and both cam pulleys) and put it all back together. Now when I start it the motor runs rough for about 45 seconds then it smooths out but won't rev past 3000 rpm. What are some possibilites it could be?: reset the ecu, by disconnecting the battery cables off the battery for 30 mins and then reconnect them and see what happens

Q: Having a hard time taking out the water pump on my 2004 Grand Am. it's been leaking anti-freeze for some time and finally had the time to fix it. Didn't know it will be so difficult to take out. So hopefully it won't be so difficult to put back up.: You did not say if you have a 4 cylinder or a 6 cylinder. The 6 is really easy so I will assume you have a 4.If equipped with an automatic transmission, remove the exhaust manifold. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Removal in Engine Mechanical - 2.2L (L61). Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling . Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information. Remove the right front tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels. Remove the front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement in Body Front End. Remove the access plate on the water pump sprocket from the timing cover. Install J 43651 to the water pump sprocket. Use the access plate bolts to secure J 43651 to the engine front cover. Remove the bolts that secure the sprocket to the water pump. Remove the bolt (1) that secures the engine block to the water pump. Remove the bolt (2) that secures the engine front cover to the water pump. Remove the feed pipe that joins the thermostat housing to the water pump. Remove the 2 bolts that secure the water pump to the engine block. Remove the water pump.

Q: Hi I just brought a chrysler sebring V6 that needs a water pump. I found a water pump on OKorder for only $30 and it only had 900 miles and it works great. Should I buy it?: buy a rebuilt 1 from auto zone or advance. better yet get a lifetime pump. buying off someone, you cant believe them.

Q: do you trust the bran?: Point blank, ask the folks at Auto Zone where this water-pump was produced. If it was re-manufactured off-shore leave it on their shelves. I trust you knew these Duralast water-pumps are re-manufactured. All AC-Delco starters, alternators and water-pumps are re-manufactured in the USA. Every part inside the reused housings are factory brand new with parts made here in the US.

Q: Do you need a stop valve for the pump at home?: Pump used at home do not take the water stop valve, the water level is too low, it can not pump up. In addition, there is no stop valve, not immediately pumping water, will have to wait a short time.The valve is actually a floating ball valve, when water is accumulated to a certain height, the float top, open the valve linkage; row water, reduce the water level, the valve is automatically closed, it realizes automatic drainage to steam pipeline.
