- Pushups work really good because its prety much the same thing with less wieght, the first time do as many as you can and then every day after that you do them add 2 pushups. Pullups work okay, If you have any dumbells use those. Do even reps on both sides, the more the reps the better.( if your going to for more strength more reps, more definition do less reps and more wieght) Goodluck

- The press should be non-bias. The press presents all sides so you, the reader, can make a decision based on what you think is best.
- Q: my shirts say tumble dry low but my dryer only has tumble press. is it the same?
- No, actually it isn't the same. Regular Perm Press it hotter that Perm Press low. I also have the same issue. What I do is, put them on for about 5-10 min on Perm press, then 15-20 min on air. The heat from the regular Perm press stays in the dryer but doesn't keep getting hotter, and the then the air cools it off. Sometimes I go back and forth between the two until it is dried.
- Q: I use concealer and foundation...the trublend by covergirl...but i find that when i use the pressed powder on top of the foundation...or when ever i use it it gives me a powdery look...and it the right color...and everything... So is it necessary to use when you use concealer and foundation?
- this is unquestionably non-obligatory, yet making use of a powder after initiating (even a cream-to-powder one) units the initiating and enables it to final longer. yet once you sense its somewhat too lots for you, then purely bypass it. =)
- Q: I had to press 5 different types of leaves from my yard for part of my science project. I put newspaper, then the leaves, then a little more newspaper, then my english textbook, a dictionary, and a gallon of water. I let it sit for a week. My results:Australian bottle tree, Australian willow, kumquat bush, and lemon tree leaves worked perfectly.But... the ficus leaf (still got flattened and everything) is BROWN!What happened?I need to know ASAP so I know if I should try the ficus again or do a different type of leaf. I only have time for one more round of pressing before the project is due!Thanks :)
- Ficus plants are always a problem when pressing. The main reason is that they have latex in their tissues and many of them have relatively thick leaves. Not only do they turn brown (or even black) but the leaves usually drop off the stems. There are a few ways to make good Ficus specimens but the ones I've heard of require alcohol (enough to dip the plants in) and you'd need to be able to apply dry heat to your press for a few days at least. So, if you don't HAVE to have a Ficus, use something else (weed from your lawn would be easiest).
- Q: how long should i press my flowers for? until they are fully dry? and after that i was thinking about laminating them and saving them... would that be a good idea? cus i dont want it to rot inside the lamination...
- i wouldnt laminate. it could damage the delicate flower. press them (firmly) until completely dry. could take a couple weeks or a couple months, it all depends on what it is and how you are doing it. just make sure you dont disturb it till its finished. leaving it to be pressed to long is much better than not long enough.
- Q: I am a little over 21 weeks pregnant and just recently felt the baby move on the outside of my belly pretty good...acutally starting on Friday we could feel the baby kick or move on the outside if I pressed in the area I felt the baby move. I find myself pressing down, not hard, more often trying to feel the baby move...am I doing any harm? - You're not causing any harm to the baby! I do that too, and it's not harmful at all. Remember that the baby is surrounded by amniotic fluid and your uterus, so it's got a few layers of padding protecting it. Also, the doctor presses down when feeling the baby, and doesn't cause any harm! The only thing I'll warn you about is this: it doesn't always work, so don't freak out when it doesn't. It used to work for me all the time, and then around 28 weeks or so, the baby must have shifted position or something and didn't react the same way when I pressed down, and I totally freaked. My doctor reassured me that it was just a change in position, and I still feel my baby move, but the kid still doesn't react like it used to to me pressing my abdomen. The other thing to keep in mind is, you don't have to worry about irregular baby movements until you reach the third trimester. Then, you need to do kick counts and pay attention to the baby's movement patterns, and if the baby doesn't move for a while, it's a cause for concern. But up until then, just enjoy the movements when you do feel them, and don't worry when you don't! Good luck!

- Most hotels will provide an iron in your room but you can keep things pressed by layering the shirts with tissue paper when you pack; also there is usually an elastic-type pull-out line of sorts in the hotel bathroom where you can hang your shirt on its hanger while you are showering, and the steam from the shower will steam out the wrinkles. Certain fabric blends show wrinkles less than others--- try a couple of different rayon or nylon and cotton blends till you find something that you are comfortable in and doesn't show the wrinkles. Do not count on being able to hang your garment bag on the plane--- many planes no longer have little closets and when they do, they are reserved for first-class passengers (although with that much travel, you should have free upgrades to first class pretty quickly). A small aerosol bottle of Static Guard helps a lot too!
