- should be able to bench is hard to say but I'll tell you man, starting regular resistance exercise right now is awesome at your age. It will stimulate hormone development and kickstart your body into making changes that could potentially last for many years. To be honest, I started at 13 and couldn't bench press 65 pounds. That was almost 20 years ago and I loved teh changes I made back then. Today, I'm a personal trainer and could probably bench press two of my 13 year old versions of myself without thinking twice. Have fun man.
- Q: Is it alright if I apply pressed powder or loose powder without using foundation/bb cream? Will it cover the pores and acne on my face?
- No. Powder is used to set ur foundation not BE ur foundation. Wearing powder alone, it'll just get absorbed ny ur face every few hours and you'll have to keep reapplying. If u have acne then u do need a good foundation to cover that up cuz powder will only accentuate it. Stick to ur bby cream or and apply powder over that for a set look that should last for the majority of ur day.
- Q: yeah im 16 and my max shoulder press is 100. is that good? im 5'5 and 125 pounds. would someones max bench press be more or less than the shoulder press?
- Your shoulder press is amazing for how old you are. Your bench press should be a lot higher then your shoulder press although it might just be that something you do in regular life is working your shoulders.

- There is more press today and there is greater access. In the past there was one or two pieces for a geographic region.

- You can not press charges against anybody only the prosecutor can do that You would have to file a police report and then they would take to the prosecutor if there is a case and in this case I doubt there would be

- Do not spend alot of money for pressed powder, alot of people mistakenly buy pressed powder when they dont really need it. It is all about your foundation. There are many reall great brands of foundations, I prefer Laura mercier because I have dry skin. But YSl has a really good one as well. Then you can just sweep on a cheap translucent powder, like ulta's for example, and tada you look fab :D Also, blush is important, I love ulta's shimmery blushes, they really bring out fair skin, get a pinkish color if you have dark hair, and a brownish/orangy if you have blond hair. - Q: I did not perm my hair for 3-4 months. The first time I permed my hair it was not 'fully' permed because when i washed it , it would become curly again. The hair dresser told me that since it was my first perm. When I did a touch up for the roots the person fully permed ONLY the roots. Can I still get my hair pressed so I can spike it ? What should I do to make it straight again. I'm not perming my hair again.I'm black btw.

- Q: Hey,So recently hit a Bench Press plateau (Dumbbel) and I was wondering if this routine would help me break it:Old Regime:Dumbbell Press (steady build up in weight until fatigue - done LOTS of time 6-8 sets)Inclines (2-3 sets)Flys (2-3 sets)New Regime:Dumbbell Press (3 sets, one warm up, second a drop set - higher weight, third a high set)Declines (5 sets)Flys (4 sets)Maybe dropping a set in declines and flys for Push-Ups.So do you think this new routine will break my plateau and if so, how long before I start seeing more results (5-6 weeks perhaps?)
- Sounds like a good chest workout. I would try working my triceps harder too with skull crushers, over head extensions, dips and reverse grip closed grip flat bench. That will give your chest more support when benching. Also try getting a spotter and put more weight on then you usually do. Maybe a weight that you can only do two reps on your own, but then go for 5 or 6 reps with the spotters help. That will get you use to the weight faster. When warmed up always lift to failure and if you can lift the weight 10 times its time to go up in weight

I have been using a box filled with flour packs (5lb. each) as a bench press weight.Do you think this would give a person almost the same results as a bench press? be honest
