- they are pressed into the piston. you have to remove the head to get it out. after all that work you might as well get another piston and wrist pin out of the junk yard but you will need a ring compressor to put it back in.

- the records have a groove . when you play the record a pickup rides in the groove and the ridges in the groove wiggle the pickup to give the sound. to make the records they first make a metal version of the record that has a ridge instead of a groove so that when this metal disk stamps the blank vinyls it leaves the groove in the record. thats called pressing a record.

- well it sounds like the switch under the button is going bad. you can break it so it can;'t be pressed ever again or you can take the plastic cap off the button so only the metal contact will show. this might solve you problem.

- Well, the press isnt depressing. Its sad sometimes but its also reality. If the press is reality is it their fault the press is sad? No. The press informs people of things going on. Yes, sometimes it is frightning and sad, but thats how things happen, people are not informed of the dangers. What about in the movie Jaws for example, the officials did not want to start a panic because it would be bad for their town during the summertime (otherwise buisness) so, they did not inform the people about the on-going attacks and dangers...and look wut happened, all those people dying could hav been prevented if they had informed the people about the dangers.
- Q: a few days ago i was racking up weights on the leg press machine but my gym teacher stopped me and told me that the leg press is bad for the joints and introduced me to the dead liftso im wondering:is the leg press really bad for the joints? - i assume you are talking about doing squats. It is a great exercise for the legs, but it can be hard on the lower back. The dead lift is used by powerlifters as it is said to stimulate muscle fibers in every part of the body including the legs. But use proper form because this lift is also hard on the lower back. A leg press machine minimizes back injury issues, but your coach is right. Heavy lifting is hard on the joints. As for weight gaining, that is a seperate issue.
