Q: i bench press 175: If you want to know what the *average* male 125 lb 17 year old can bench press, the answer is that it actually is fairly low. Due to the fact that the average teenager (and person) is not very active and is certainly not an athlete, the average person has no built up strength. Though it is true that some people a naturally stronger than others, the average weight for a newbie to weightlifting is 105 for 125lbs. Some may be more and some may be less than this, but this is a good average across different fields. When I first started benching at 15, I could barely bench my bodyweight (130 lbs), despite being a great high school athlete. 175 is a really good bench for only being 125lbs. When I was a Junior in high school my best bench was 210lbs (at 135). That was good for 6th best in my weight class at Ohio's HS State Weightlifting meet. Clearly, you aren't that far from being a great bencher... keep up the great work and enjoy lifting!

Q: I want to start dumbbell chest press to expand my chest and muscles. I'm a begginer and doing this first time. I'm 32 year male with 140lb weight. Can anybody help me to find out what size (meant weight in lb) I have to start with? And as a begginer how many repetations per day I have to start with?: just lift dumbells ur comfortable with ,,but it must be a bit challenging though...not like u can just fly them...best way to do is do a warm up first with 16 reps or more with a lighter weight ,,then do three sets (with a slightly heavier one) ,,i mean proper form,weight though doesnt matter when ur starting,,three sets of 12 or more reps i mean take each set to failure ,,as the last reps of the set are the most effective,,combine dumbell press with dumbell flies and bench press,,alternate between these chest execises,,twice a week,,and never two days continously...now doing these exercises increase ur range,,ur speed and then increase weights...over weeks...hmmm diet still is the most important part though no matter how much u work out...atb

However, it cannot provide the steamed milk for lattes or mocha's and such. You can add dairy to your coffee that you have made in a French Press, but it will have neither the taste of cconsistencyof the 'specialty' coffees you have mentioned. It will simply taste like a great cup of coffee with dairy added...

Q: i'd like to heat press som letters onto the back of my under armour. is this possible? if yea, are there any special precations to take take? will any store that heatpresses letters do it? thanks for the help: Under Armour, Dri-Fit and other performance fabrics can be heat pressed, but they are not the same as a nylon or polyester jersey, and that is important to know when you put lettering on. Because Under Armour is made to stretch, you want lettering that can stretch with your shirt without peeling off, cracking or wrinkling. If you take your shirt to a shop for heat pressing, you'll want them to promise you that the material they're using is made for performance fabrics. Ask them if they have a sample you can touch and stretch for yourself. One heat-press material made for performance fabric is STAHLS' SuperFILM. Right now, it comes on a roll, not pre-cut lettering. But, if the shop has a vinyl cutter, they should be able to cut SuperFILM and do your name or design easily. Good luck!

Q: This one has me baffled. Isn't the press supposed to sell hot stories to make money?: The press is always responsible for what it prints no matter the source. To here the press tell it they are the guardians of truth and liberty not the hounds of profit and gossip. I'm not a journalist but I would certainly weigh anything I would print against the harm it might do. Maybe journalist aren't as idealistic as they once where. If a journalist leaked a defense related story that was perceived to damage the US during WWII he/she would have been shot.

Q: My clothing requires permanent press during washing, but my washer does not have a permanent press option. Could I use Delicate and achieve the same results? If not, what should I use?: You can use the delicate cycle. Just make sure you use the temperature of water it recommends on the washing tags of the clothing.

Q: Ok I will be 16 in March here(today is 2/16/09), I'm 5'11-6'0(somewhere between there) and weigh 161 ilbs and I can bench press 185 ilbs.: There is really no good bench press and bad bench press. Everyone is different and can lift different amounts. If that is your heaviest you can lift, I think that is pretty good for you, but someone the same size and weight might lift 100lbs and that could be good for them.
