End Suction Centrifugal Pump

1.Structure of End Suction Centrifugal Pump Description

End Suction Centrifugal Pump complies fully to the European Standard BS EN733 / DIN24255 of performance and dimensions. They are used for pumping clean water or liquids similar to water, achieving wide application on plants, mines, city water supplies, air-conditioning coolers, firefighting system and irrigation. Pumps of the same model have different performance levels basing on different diameter after impeller trimming. Overall the whole series, there are only four sizes of shaft and five of bearing housing. As long as their bearing housings are of the same size, different pumps can interchange chief parts such as shaft, shaft sleeve, shaft seal, impeller nut, etc.

End Suction Centrifugal Pump is also very easy to be installed and maintained. Back pull-out design, driven through flexible coupling, so that pump casing and motor can remain in position while other spare parts are removed.

Q: I want to put a water pump on a horse trough with the pump on the outside of the fence. There is a hose attachement at the bottom of the trough for the intake. I want to have the outake hook back to fall into the top of the water, reducing algae and eliminating mosquito larvae. I have never used a pump before. Need advice on type, size, etc. Thanks!
Some people put goldfish in their troughs; I don't know if this is a great life for the goldfish but it would be easier.
Q: Okay, I have a 1982 Suzuki Dt8 that someone gave me. But it will not pump water well, when you reve it it will have a little watter shoot out the water outlit, but heres the thing. if you take the cover off be the shift linkage and run the engin it will pump water through just fine
I've passed on answering your question a couple times, mainly because I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. So let me ask. In the water does the engine overheat? I'm not sure that what you are looking at isn't the relief hole and not the water discharge, which should be under water. How are you supplying water to your engine? Are you running in a barrel? The water pump should be replaced every 2-3 years, so unless you are going to do it yourself, take it to a shop and explain what you are observing. Taking the cowling off will have no effect on the water pump, so I'm guessing you are looking at the wrong place. P.S. This was a common error with Evinrude small motors back in the 70's and 80's, motors similar to yours. The exhaust fin was just behind the propeller. not higher up the leg
Q: the pulley wheel fell off while i was driving and all of the pulleys turn except the two under the water pump pulley. does anyone know if that is supposed to spin by hand or will it only spin when the car is running?
Is it a big pulley down there? I'm thinking its the crankshaft pulley. That one won't turn by hand. Very difficult. What kind of car? Is a serpentine belt which one belt turn everything or multiple belts? A water pump should turn by hand and if its bad it will leak water. But there are time when the pump just goes out. Replace belt
Q: I had my timing belt replaced @ 80k (now have 138k) and was told by new mechanic that the water pump was not replaced then. Do I need to have pump replaced? What will happen if I don't? Thx
Since the water-pump must be removed to gain access to the timing belt it's a generally approved practice to replace it when the belt is replaced. In your case I wouldn't worry one bit if you've kept your cooling system serviced regularly. Water-pumps are quick and easy to replace at any time. If it would make you rest any easier, replace the pump the next time you change the timing belt.
Q: We have a 92 cadillac deville, my husband can replace the water pump he justs need to know if you have to jack the motor a little. Please help before our car blows up!!
Make a run to your nearest AutoZone pick up a repair manual. THey're maybe $15-20, but pretty useful.
Q: Even when all water is shut off in the camper, my water pump keeps running. Even when the tank is completely empty. Does anyone know what is causing this?
I might be miss-understanding your question. If you have no water in the tank then the pump will run all the time because you won't build enough pressure in the system to shut it off. There should be a switch to turn it off manually. If your system has water in it and pump still won't shut off then it could be several different things: 1. Pump is bad and leaking internally... do you have good pressure at the faucet? 2. There should be a pressure cut-out switch somewhere near the pump. This switch should shutoff the pump when the ideal pressure is reached and prevent the pump from over pressurizing the system. Make sure it is not stuck closed. (May have to remove to test) Check for continuity across the terminals with pressure with the pressure on and off. If it doesn't' change... replace. 3. You could have a leak somewhere in the system not allowing the system to build pressure. 4. There may be a pressure relief valve somewhere in the system that is stuck open and dumping your pressure back into the suction side of the pump. Good Luck!
Q: I have a 1995 Honda Civic LX 1.5L that needs the water pump and timing belt replaced. What all part do I need to order to replace all of that?
They should sell a full front end gasket set with everything you need in it including the head cover gasket, front cam and crank seals.
Q: Is this a symptom of a bigger problem or do I just need to replace the water pump?
either the water pump gasket is leaking, or the water pump impeller seal is leaking. bith can be fixed by replacing the water pump. after replacement make sure to check for any other leaks.
Q: Replaced the water pump in my 89 f150 and now I have a pretty steady leak coming out. I don't know where the leak is coming from, but its running down the lower hose and dripping off it. I've replaced the lower hose and water pump, what could be causing this?
Forgot the water pump gasket or sealant. Didn't torque the bolts. Didn't clean off the old gasket good enough. Left a piece of debris on the sealing surface. Didn't get the hose all the way on the water pump, didn't tighten the clamp enough. Check the simple things first. It's got to be one of those since the pump is new. Although not all new things work!! Sometimes you get a bad one especially if rebuilt.
Q: There is a 5.5KW before the pump head is now 25 meters and flow of 20 cubic meters, but not up to the requirements, I think this is like with a motor pump, lift more than 20 meters, the flow is about 40 cubic meters of water pump, please inform the models and parameters, thank you
Model has: QS-250-40-21, lift 21m, flow 40 square, motor power is 4KW, water pump diameter is 232cmQJ-200-40-26, lift 26m, flow 40 square, motor power is 5.5KW, water pump diameter is 189cmYou can choose the right pump according to your well path.
