- Q: If i apply pressed powder under my eyes will it cover up under eye circles. If so how? Any tips on loosing them...like i heard drink water and sleep but wat else THANKS in advance :)
- Pressed powder won't really do too much because powders tend to have VERY sheer coverage (if any at all). You'll need to use a concealer or foundation first (foundation if your circles aren't so bad, concealer if you need lots of help) then you can just set it with some foundation. It's kind of hard to say what the cause is exactly because there are tons of different reasons. Sometimes it's genetics, sometimes it's not enough sleep, sometimes it's dehydration, or even allergies. There are all kinds of facial masks that you can try out to reduce it, but first try to track down when they're the worst for you so you can see what triggers it. Good luck!
- Q: ive head that they are good, but how do you incorporate them into a training routine? do you do them with the normal bench press, before or after? do you do them instead of the normal bench press? and if my sticking point i8s 2-4 inches above my chest, do i position the board at 2-4 inches above my chest?
- Put the boards at sticking point and do instead of normal pressing. Train for strength not mass. i.e. low reps. DO for 4-6 weeks. If you feel yourslef getting stronger reduce board height, at the end you should be presing a bit more. Look up Louie Simmons and westside barbell, they invented this and he has a new book out.
- Q: I think I might be using too fine of grounds they keep getting into my cup. What are some good brands of coffee to use with a French press?
- 1) Buy a decent press. Bodum has a range of price points and all of them work about the same. I have 2 medium-size presses that make about 2 large mugs worth of coffee at a time. 2) Buy whole beans, ideally freshly roasted from a local roaster, and grind them immediately prior to brewing. Keep your beans stored in an airtight container out of the light (e.g. in a cupboard), and only buy what you can reasonably use within two or three weeks. 3) Use a burr grinder to make a medium-coarse grind. I use a Hario manual grinder. They take some time, but at only $25-30 on Amazon, they're the best value in terms of quality and end result versus price paid for the grinder. Regardless of how coarsely you grind your coffee, odds are there will be some small particles that the filter doesn't catch. That is, in my experience, normal. Just don't drink the last sip or two of coffee.

- Q: My regular bench pressing workout is 5 sets of ten or eight with 135 to 145 lbs. if keeping working out everyday with the same routine, approximately, what should my max bench pressing weight be by may?
- This is a question that only you can answer. Only you know your capabilities, and if anybody demands more than you are capable of, you need to tell them to go fly a kite. Clint Eastwood put it succinclty: A good man always knows his limitations. This doesn't mean that you should sell yourself short either. You should constantly strive to overcome your own limitiations, but there is a limit to everything, including how much your maximum bench press should be. Just try to improve your maximum bench press weight gradually, adding a few pounds from time to time. You don't mention what position you are playing for the football team, but that is important. If you are an interior lineman, you should be stronger than a wide receiver or a defensive back. The latter positions stress running speed and agility more than strength. Set realistic goals for yourself and try to reach them. Your next goal should be 150 pounds with the same number of repetitions. Keep adjusting your weight lifting goals upward, but keep in mind that you need to stretch those muscles too, or you will be prone to muscle strains, the most common sports injuries. I have included a link below to a yoga site which will help with this. Don't forget that rest and recuperation are very important too. Work your upper body on alternating days, and the lower body in between. I wish you a great football season, both individually and collectively.
- Q: Hi there! Okay, I'm doing a square cross stitch design, and at the moment its in an oval frame to keep it tight. But eventually when its finished I'm going to want to frame it, and when I remove the oval, there's going to be the oval crease in it. So how can I combat this? Do I just continue stitching inside the oval until I can't anymore, remove it, do the rest of the design and then iron it afterwards? In the instructions it has got how to press it, face down with the iron on medium, but I just thought I'd double check so I don't make a mess of it in the end. Thanks a lot in advance! :)
- I've seen suggestions to use tissue paper between the wooden hoop and the aida cloth. Also do not leave the design inside the hoops when you're not stitching. This gives the cloth a chance to breath, the creases will be more shallow. I love the Q-snap pvc frames, easy to put together and they tend to not leave a crease like wooden hoops. When you iron the creases out, use a damp pressing cloth (but not over the stitching, the colors may bleed).

- You lose some 17.394% leverage and 18.895% muscle strain, but other than that it is productive, but not as productive as if done on a weight bench.

- to accuse means to claim that someone did something. It is definitely not yet proven. Press charges means to legally file a claim of criminal conduct. The charge is the legal accusation, a statement of what the person is supposed to have done and what law was violated by doing that. It is still not proven. A conviction, in legal sense, means that the person has been tried, been brought to court and found guilty, meaning that the accusation has been judged to have been proven. A conviction means that the accusation is considered to be true by those people who have the job to make that decision. To drop charges means that the police have decided that there is not enough proof of the truth of the accusation to justify pressing charges. Generally this means that there is not much proof of the accusation, with the suggestion that the accusation was false. It might be simply a case of there not being enough evidence to demonstrate the truth of the accusation, rather than a judgement of falsehood of the accusation. Either way, though, the result is the same. The charge is removed. In our western legal system, the general idea is that a person is considered innocent until proven guilty. The decision turns on whether there is proof of guilt, rather than proof of innocence. The problem with this is, of course, that an innocent person does not usually get to prove his innocence, and thus even if found not guilty, or even if charges are dropped, there is always some doubt as to whether the person is actually innocent, or simply got away with doing something because there wasn't enough proof. being not guilty is not exactly the same as being innocent. Being innocent is definitely being not guilty, but not guilty is not definitely being innocent.
