Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve
The body of ball valve is full welded,selects high quality forged material,and adopts the advanced forged forming technology to form two semi-spheres which are welded into a whole in the middle of the body.This welding technology differentiates the ball valve form others,and makes the valve more spherically,so the valve structure is more compacter,lighter and stronger.Besides,the middle direct welding realize highly accurate valve body manufacturing,makes fully and completely sealing between the seat and ball.The full welding instead of bolts completely avoids the outside leakage,so ball valve is the ideal product for under-ground,offshore working platform and under-sea equipments.
Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball
The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion,and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements.When plate adopted,the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium,but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve.The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium.This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves,and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used,and the cost is cut down.
ball valve seat is floating structure,means the seat can move along the medium direction,so that the seat can fit against the ball all the time.
(Ⅰ)Double piston effect structure seat of full welded forged steel ball valve
Seat design is special double pistons effect structure,it can ensure the seal wherever the medium flows into the ball valve.
(Ⅱ)Seat multistage seal strucute of full welded forged steel ball valve
As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring,set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded,which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat;When there is pressure generated from medium,the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference,thus the second seal forms.When the medium pressure is rising.It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation,then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.
(Ⅲ)Secondary seat seal device of full welded forged steel ball valve
As the above graphic instruction,the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition,medium requirement,seal requirement,etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve,installed on the body,which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force.When secondary seal is required,there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring.The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball,and then stop the leakage.

- Q: I have a 1997 Toyota Corolla. My check engine light has been on. I tried to get my car smogged and it failed. I then got an oil/air filter change and just yesterday I replaced the EGR valve which was the result given after 2 diagnostic tests. The mechanic gave me my car and the check engine light was off, I've only driven about 5miles and the light is back on. I have to pass smog asap to register my vehicle. I plan on calling the mechanic back and telling him the light is on, but could it just be a sensor?

- Q: ok im buying an aftermarket blow off valve for my car. the car itself is taken apart completely and i have no idea wht vacuum lines go where. i know tht the top nipple of the bov has to be connected to the throttle body but it has 5 lines. does it matter what line is connected to it?
- Don't do it. First of all, if you knew enough about turbo charging or supercharging, blow off valves, bypass values, hooters, etc., then you would have known we need to know the size of engine, model of turbo, piping diameter, etc. The actual control lines are not that complex. By using your tongue you can tell what each line is ported to, and then you just need to know if you blow off valve is operated by vacuum or lack of vacuum. They make both types. And your throttle body will have ports on both sides of the plate. And yes, it does very much matter. Turbo charging is not for the novice to fool around with.

- A non-return valve ensures when you stop the motor that what ever material you have sucked does not return back to it's original location. Take the example of a vacuum cleaner and a bowling ball... If you were to pick up the bowling ball with a vacuum cleaner and then turn the vacuum cleaner off, the ball would fall. However, if you had a non-return valve along the piping of your vacuum cleaner, when you turned the vacuum cleaner off the bowling ball (assuming there is a perfect seal between bowling ball and vacuum cleaner's attachment and the piping of the vacuum cleaner did not leak!) would stay attached to the vacuum cleaner and not fall! Non-return valves in the case of suction apparatus, usually act as a safety device to ensure if the power is lost to the motor, that any vacuum that has been produced is not lost.
- Q: its rated 120 VAC/26VA (3 prongs, one for ground) . I also have a horizontal level switch for liquid with rating 120 VAC/0.28 A (the switch will connect when the water level reach the target) normally open.How can I wire them so that when the level reached the valve will close and water will not flow into the tank? The switch is inside the tank and the valve connecting the pipe for feed water. Thanks

- a cold air intake will produce more hp and tourque while a bov will help release back pressure on a turbocharged vehicle. ive got a 1.8l turbo and i went with a cold air intake. then again i was going for more hp. also the bov will produce an awsome release of air into the atmosphere. then again if you get the air intake like i did you will hear the wastegate on your turbo make that same noise. and trust me itll make some ppl think you got major hp under the hood. so if you want the hp and the sound get the intake if you want the sound but are satisfied with the hp get the bov. intake will also help mpg's to.

- Obviously there is something wrong with the first valve. Take out the entire first valve and pick it apart is all I can say even after 4 years of playing one. More than likely the first valve is not put on straight or just needs to be greased.

- As long as the signal path isn't overloaded, the output can be clean in a tube circuit just like solid state. Pre-sets usually just vary the pre-amp signal before the power amp circuit. If you use a loop, you're taking the pre-amp signal, effecting it, and then giving it to the power amp. Some tube amps come with presets and effects now, like the Line 6. A tube amp purist will want nothing in the way of the tube circuits - they will just use the channels on the amp to switch between sound set-ups - like Clean Distorted, etc. It's not that a controller will distort the tone, it's just that it may color it somewhat.

- it depends on the unit but you can run it without the heat pump..somtimes its the solenoid and not the actual valve body that can be replaced without recharging.check the current to the valve first.
