Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve
The body of ball valve is full welded,selects high quality forged material,and adopts the advanced forged forming technology to form two semi-spheres which are welded into a whole in the middle of the body.This welding technology differentiates the ball valve form others,and makes the valve more spherically,so the valve structure is more compacter,lighter and stronger.Besides,the middle direct welding realize highly accurate valve body manufacturing,makes fully and completely sealing between the seat and ball.The full welding instead of bolts completely avoids the outside leakage,so ball valve is the ideal product for under-ground,offshore working platform and under-sea equipments.
Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball
The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion,and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements.When plate adopted,the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium,but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve.The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium.This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves,and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used,and the cost is cut down.
ball valve seat is floating structure,means the seat can move along the medium direction,so that the seat can fit against the ball all the time.

Seat design is special double pistons effect structure,it can ensure the seal wherever the medium flows into the ball valve.
（Ⅱ）Seat multistage seal strucute of full welded forged steel ball valve
As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring,set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded,which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat;When there is pressure generated from medium,the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference,thus the second seal forms.When the medium pressure is rising.It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation,then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.
（Ⅲ）Secondary seat seal device of full welded forged steel ball valve
As the above graphic instruction,the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition,medium requirement,seal requirement,etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve,installed on the body,which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force.When secondary seal is required,there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring.The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball,and then stop the leakage.

- Q: What is the best procedure to check/adjust valve clearances? This engine is a perkins diesel inside of a cat generator. I know that he exhaust valve is .018 and the intake valve is .008.
- take off the valve cover....you might also want to remove the glow plugs if you have trouble turning the engine over by hand. now make sure that the valve you are checking is completely closed by turning the engine by hand till you see the rocker arm to its highest level.....then slide your feeler gage between the rocker arm and the valve stem.....adjust if necessary.
- Q: A reading from my 2002 ford explorer said insufficient flow from the EGR valve. Would it be possible to clean the valve or fix it or would I need to buy a whole new valve?
- It probably has nothing to do with the actual EGR valve itself, there is a sensor called the PDFE, it monitors the flow of the egr valve, the flow is probably fine and the sensor that monitors it has gone bad, It is a VERY common issue on fords. I would start there. Good luck PS ford has an updated part number for the sensor so get it from the dealer
- Q: I'm in the process of replacing my dishwasher but I have a problem. I followed the water line from the dishwasher to under my sink and found a red valve that was completely straight, so I turned it to the right as tight as it would go and tried removing the hex nut connecting the line to the dishwasher. Maybe i'm wrong, but there is a lot of water coming out of the line and I don't think it's supposed to. I easily filled up a bowl you would use to mix cakes and it was still going! So, I turned the valve back to straight across thinking maybe someone else turned it off (my dad), and tried it again but the same thing? What am I doing wrong and what should I do to solve this?

- Q: I think I have a bad valve steam seals because when I start the car white-grayish smoke comes out of the back of the car. When let sit for 2 or more hours start car and smoke comes out everytime. Will a valve adjusment fix the problem? Thanks
- Newer cars and trucks nowadays don't need valve adjustments because the valves automatically adjust to its specifications. However, if your car is an old one that needs the regular adjustments, the white-grayish smoke you're referring at can be traced not only to loose valve seals but can also be due to a loose or broken piston rings, a worn out cylinder walls or a detached cylinder head gasket. So do the process of elimination. First, see if it is really due to the valve seals. There's an add-to-oil additive where mixing it with your motor oil can revive old valve seals. Then apply another additive which claims that its oil molecules adhere to metal. After applying these additives and your car continues to emit the same smoke, then by all probability, your car trouble can only be corrected by mechanical repair (which involve huge repair costs) and no amount of add-to-oil additives can substitute for it.

- It can be fised, you just need a new seal. Measure the width of your pipe and go get a little package of them. They probably cost $2.99. Turn your water off at the street, then drain your water heater to keep it from flooding and possible problems. unscrew the joint replace the washer and put it back together. - Are you referring to heart valves? They don't really get clogged, but can get calcified and what we call stenotic (the area through which blood flows is reduced). There are ways to manage valvular heart disease with medications, but some people require surgery and valve replacement. There are mechanical and biologic heart valves that can be put in place of a damaged valve. The surgery is one of the riskier ones, because it's on the heart.
- Q: Hi, I'd like to control a three way solenoid valve like this one:understanding is that an electric current through the solenoid will cause the valve to let air one way while no electric current will have the air flow the other. Is there a piece of equipment like a control box (that can communicate w/ a computer) that would allow me to control the solenoid valve like this? and if so, where would i be able to find something like this....i've googled but no success. I eventually want to control the valve from a computer. Thanks

- Q: I have recently been diagnosed with Endometriosis within the last 2 years. I have also had Mitral Valve Prolapse (MVP) for the past 10 years. ... Anyways... I was reading in a brochure for Endometrosis that there is a commonality between having those two diseases. If you know of the reasoning behind this I would be very interested in knowing. As I have yet to find an answer yet. I am just curious why having one will give you a larger likley hood to get the other. Thanks for your time and answers!

- Q: I have pressure steady at 13psi --- water temp is normal range but the external emergency run valve has been dripping since i turned the boiler on this year? Expansion take was empty, so I forced water through and then drained it and reopened the valve.....I am stuck and getting concerned. Anyone have a suggestion?Would really apprecite it?Additional info:Boiler is a Gas Powered unit by MASTER from the 80's.....
- Not sure what you mean by an emergency run valve. Are you talking about a relief valve? This will have a tag on it showing the relief pressure and has a lever to flip to check. Or is it an isolation valve that is leaking from the stem? If this is the case they usually have a packing nut that can be simply tightened to stop it from leaking.
- Q: How would you change the Heater control valve on a 1997 honda civic hx?its my first car, so i dont know much about cars.
- confident get the screw clamps. those spring clamps you would be able to besides throw them over the hill by way of fact while they're used then they get susceptible. plus with the screw clamps you may continually tighten them in the event that they must be.
