Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve

The body of ball valve is full welded,selects high quality forged material,and adopts the advanced forged forming technology to form two semi-spheres which are welded into a whole in the middle of the body.This welding technology differentiates the ball valve form others,and makes the valve more spherically,so the valve structure is more compacter,lighter and stronger.Besides,the middle direct welding realize highly accurate valve body manufacturing,makes fully and completely sealing between the seat and ball.The full welding instead of bolts completely avoids the outside leakage,so ball valve is the ideal product for under-ground,offshore working platform and under-sea equipments.

Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball

The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion,and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements.When plate adopted,the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium,but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve.The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium.This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves,and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used,and the cost is cut down.

As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring,set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded,which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat;When there is pressure generated from medium,the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference,thus the second seal forms.When the medium pressure is rising.It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation,then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.

As the above graphic instruction,the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition,medium requirement,seal requirement,etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve,installed on the body,which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force.When secondary seal is required,there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring.The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball,and then stop the leakage.

the pain can relate to dysautonomia if it is persisting for long, even it can be a pleuritic pain otherwise, talk to your doctor about it.
Q: My house has hot water baseboard heat. In the basement, there is a wood burning stove (now it is like a radiator) that has the pipe system going through it Between the pipe in and the pipe out is a valve. Does it have to be opened or closed all the way? There is no other way to control the heat in the basement I was thinking of opening the valve half way, but I do not want to destroy the valve.
There are basically 2 types of valves, gate valves and globe valves. Gate valves are designed to either be opened all the way or closed all the way. Globe valves are designed to be able to throttle flow proportionately. They can control flow from 0% too 100% or anywhere in between. Setting your valve to the halfway position will not harm it, regardless of what type it is. Experiment with it a bit to find the setting that works best for you. Be aware that if you reduce the flow of water through the heat exchanger portion of your wood stove, the heat will have less water to be absorbed into. That could result in the water overheating and turning to steam. That will cause pressure to build in the line or pipe. Too much pressure will burst the pipe and could be hazardous.

There's a rubber diaphragm inside the water regulator it must be deforming cause of water condition . By changing that washer will start work. I recommend call a pro to do that.
Q: A reading from my 2002 ford explorer said insufficient flow from the EGR valve. Would it be possible to clean the valve or fix it or would I need to buy a whole new valve?
It could be two things. The exhaust gasket coming to the valve or the vacuum coming to the valve. The egr did not need changing. Without the proper tool to check it out. I can not say which it is or how to repair. It need to go to shop where the proper test can be use to find what need to be repaired of replaced Most likely it will be a one way vacuum valve, that is not working right.
Q: okay, so i have a 2003 cr125 that i wanted to trade for a 4 stroke bike, and i found someone with a 2006 kx250f that wants to trade. He said all the bike needs to be running are 4 valves. The bike is in very good condition from the pictures i saw. How much are the 4 valves going to cost if i bring it to a mechanic shop? is the trade worth it? or should i just keep looking? thanks!p.s.- my cr is in absolute mint condition, and i never even rode it because it is just to much bike for me and i am not use to 2 strokes
you have to pull the head and the timing chain and seat the valves and check the timing and----if you aren't a mechanic look out--it's a major operation--bike shops charge 80 up to 100 dollars an hour for labor and then there are the parts---look out

Q: I'm drawing a complete diagram of the heart, but I'm unsure of the positions of the different valves. I know there are the pulmoary valve, the aortic valve, tricuspid/right AV, bicuspid/left AV, semilunar valves, mitral...but I know there are several names for some of them, like I think the mitral and the bicuspid are the same...but there are so many sources online I don't know which to believe. If anyone knows for absolute sure the right names and where they are it would be very appreciated if you could help :)

Q: I'm installing a shut off valve under my sink. can you tell me all the materials that i need to install it by myself because to hire some body else is very expensive where i live. i need to change the old ones because they are leaking very bad when i want to use the sink.thanks a lot
It sounds to me like they are leaking from the handle when you turn them on to use your sink? If this is the case all you need to do is shut iff the main take the screw out of the handle and remove handle. Then take off the packing nut and replace the packing material. There are only two types of packing either an O ring or rops packing. Talk to the guy at your local hardware store he can tell you what you have. You may not have to replace the actual shut off valve.
