Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve

The body of ball valve is full welded, selects high quality forged material, and adopts the advanced forged forming technology to form two semi-spheres which are welded into a whole in the middle of the body. This welding technology differentiates the ball valve form others, and makes the valve more spherically,so the valve structure is more compacter, lighter and stronger.Besides, the middle direct welding realize highly accurate valve body manufacturing, makes fully and completely sealing between the seat and ball. The full welding instead of bolts completely avoids the outside leakage,so ball valve is the ideal product for under-ground,offshore working platform and under-sea equipments.

Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball

The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion, and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements. When plate adopted, the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium, but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve. The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium. This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves, and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used, and the cost is cut down.

ball valve seat is floating structure, means the seat can move along the medium direction,so that the seat can fit against the ball all the time.
Double piston effect structure seat of full welded forged steel ball valve
Seat design is special double pistons effect structure,it can ensure the seal wherever the medium flows into the ball valve.

Seat multistage seal strucute of full welded forged steel ball valve
As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring, set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded, which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat; When there is pressure generated from medium, the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference, thus the second seal forms. When the medium pressure is rising. It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.

Secondary seat seal device of full welded forged steel ball valve
As the above graphic instruction, the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition, medium requirement, seal requirement, etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve, installed on the body, which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force. When secondary seal is required, there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring. The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball, and then stop the leakage.

It means you have some plaque build up in ur aorta. causes are bad diet or gentics. change of diet can help
Q:ive had my yz250f for more than a year and i havent had the valves adjusted......it still starts up in under 5 kicks and rides great.......are there any signs that indicate you need your valves adjusted besides not being able to start it?
This Site Might Help You. RE: valve adjustment yz250f? ive had my yz250f for more than a year and i havent had the valves adjusted......it still starts up in under 5 kicks and rides great.......are there any signs that indicate you need your valves adjusted besides not being able to start it?
Q:I've found a little beemer that's only $800. I would like to have it as a 2nd car that I'll use in case something's wrong with my main car to loan maybe once or twice weekly to my neices (16 yr. old twins). The seller says it needs a valve job. My question is, will the valve job cost me more than the car?
almost the work is alot cause you have to practicaly take the engine apart. and its a beemer. look to spend bout 700 on the job (gaskets, labor)
Q:Water is seeping up around relief valve threads. Tried tightening but could not get it any tighter.
lift few times pressure relief release, just to check if it is not jammed and it is not holding too high pressure. 1. prepare thread tape or goo, if no experience - goo is better, available in hardware and plumbing stores, you need just few drops 2. cut off water supply to the heater 3. relieve pressure in the heater (just open any hot water tap (fawcet) and let water out) 4. remove the valve completely, 5. with wire brush clean the thread, check for damage to the thread on the cistern as well and clean it too 6. wind several layers of teflon tape or well grease with plumbers hot water goo 7. remount the valve 8. close hot water tap which was used to release the pressure 9. open water supply to the heater 10. open hot water faucet to let the air out, close when stop gurgling and water pour out 11. check for leaks, if no leaks - JOB WELL DONE! 12 if any leaks find, repeat 1 to 4, wind few more layers of teflon tape, if goo was used - you need to use tape as well then. 12. repeat 7 to 11 and that is all...
Q:I was considering making a ball valve PVC air rifle or something of the sort using a PVC air canister and a hand pump, but I wanted to know about it, last year I made one that was air tight but air leaked out of the top of the pump which really annoyed me, I looked further onto the it and found out that there was a Bike Tyre valve, What does it do? Does it let air flow in but stop it from coming out? and where would I find some good designs as well as the items needed to make it? And don't bother answering 'Buy an air soft gun' because Australia does not retail those.
hi there in canada , at any big truck tire repair place they have tire valves that are like bunker fittings, that is to say a valve that has a threaded bottom end with nuts and rubber washers, you would drill the appropriate size hole in the pipe and put the valve through and tighten the nuts up against the washers making an air tight seal, that should work for you if they have them in au, good luck
Q:compare the structure of the tricuspid valve with that of the pulmonary valve??please help me
Inga, Valves are flap-like structures that allow blood to flow in one direction. The tricuspid valve is located between the right atrium and the right ventricle and prevents the back flow of blood as it is pumped from the right atrium to the right ventricle. The pulmonary valve is the structure in the pulmonary artery consisting of three flaps, which open and close during each heartbeat. The flaps keep blood from flowing back into the heart from the pulmonary artery which is the artery that supplies blood to the lungs. Hope this helps matador 89
Q:After shutting off the hot and cold water lines to my washer to remove the unit from my laundry room i noticed a small leak coming from the hot water valve as if the valve is not completely closing. The valves themselves should be roughly 10 years old and were extremely tight when attempting to close them, my question is how big of a job is this to replace the water valve? Is it as simple as turning off the main water to the house and replacing the valve or are these typically soldered on? Currently i just ran the hose for the hot water to the drain line to prevent water from leaking onto the floor so is this something that is a fairly non issue once i hook the lines back up to the washer and turn them back on? Or is this something i should get addressed asap?

Q:I'm a 68 year old male. i've had mitral valve regurgitation all my life . recently an echocardiogram listed it as 3 plus. I'm in otherwise good health and continue to jog 3 miles three times a week at about a 9 minute mile rate. Is surgery advised.
The valve should be replaced under two conditions: it is causing symptoms that interfere with your lifestyle, or it creates a risk of more serious medical complications. It looks like it isn't affecting your lifestyle. It would be a good idea to ask your doc about the possible complications that might arise from your particular situation and also find out the likelihood that those complication might arise.
Q:I have mitral valve prolapse. Just recently Ive been getting chest pains more often * few times a day* and the panic and anxiety have gotten worse. I had a pain last night that lasted about 10 minutes and it was very uncomfortable.I know mitral valve prolapse is a condition that usually not a threat. But can it get worse over time with some people? My doctor already knows I have it but should I go back to have more tests done?Im kinda scared because my symptoms are getting to be more than what they were.Any advice?
It's not clear whether or not your symptoms are pathological and you are anxious and worrying because you are having symptoms or you are having panic attacks/anxiety episodes and the symptoms you are having are a result of this. It's often a vicious circle, there may be nothing wrong. As you have been told, MVP is a fairly common finding and generally does not cause any problems. MVP is often over-diagnosed, especially in young women- GPs are terrible for this. This happens because some Doctors have incomplete understanding of normal valve anatomy and ECG appearances. Various symptoms are often attributed to MVP, such as atypical chest pain, palpitations, syncope and anxiety. These were sometimes termed mitral valve prolapse syndrome. However, data from the Framingham study and others does not support a link between these symptoms and MVP. Please bear this in mind because some misinformed Drs and Nurses may try to tell you otherwise. The problem only comes with MVP is if one develops severe mitral regurgitation. IF there is severe regurgitation (which I seriously doubt), the most likely symptoms you would experience would be breathessness, dizziness or tiredness. Chest pains (angina) can occur if there is reduced blood flow to the coronary arteries or if not enough blood gets to the thickened ventricle. Best advise here is for you to pop along to your GP so he can do an ECG and possibly an Echo, this is more to set your mind at rest though. In absence of other symptoms, the most likely explanation for your symptoms is musculoskeletal pain.
Q:I was just wondering if any body got there valve replaced, and if they are still having symptoms..Such as sweating, and shortness of breath.I do not know if i should see a cardologist, or the surgeon who replaced the valve.Any answers would be appreciated.Thank you.
ASAP to the Doctor. You want to rule out infection first of all and other possible problems.
