General valve using the market long-term, widespread Water Leakage, rust phenomenon, soft sealing gate valve produced by the introduction of foreign advanced technology of the enterprise. To overcome the poor sealing gate valve, general elastic fatigue, rust and other defects. Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.

The characteristics of:

- flat style seat

The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.

And the overall package glue

The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.

And corrosion resistance

The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.

And not easy to break

Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.

Three "O" ring seal

As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.

And help to drink

Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.

- Casting valve

Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.

And light weight

The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

Q:I have been diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve and a discrete stenosis under the valve at 11 years old. I am now 25. My cardiologist told me I might need a valve replacement a 70. Can people actually live long with that condition? I don't understand it. And he only wants me to have an ultrasound every 3 years because nothing has changed in the past 10 years. Can my condition change in a short time? At a dangerous level? I have bad anxiety because of this.
The mitral valve between the left atrium and left ventricle only has two cusps and it works fine. Since the valve going into the left ventricle has two valves, it stands to reason that a similar valve going out of the left ventricle would function similarly if it was the same size and shape. The number of cusps is not entirely related to how well the valve functions. In your case, the opening of the aortic valve is slightly smaller than normal, but clearly capable of passing an adequate amount of blood. The stenosis alone may be the only problem caused by the valve. The stenosis you have likely creates some back pressure when the left ventricle contracts. The heart compensates partly for the back pressure but this prolonged compensation wears on the heart valve a little more than normal. So, you end up with a heart that more or less functions normally but the back pressure and compensation cause the heart valve to wear out faster than normal. Its a gradual effect. The type of damage done from this circumstance is not something that changes rapidly. Evaluating the condition every three years is still probably a very cautious approach and its not certain that the stenosis will ever become a significant problem even if you live well beyond 70 years.
Q:My friend had heart surgery and it was pretty serious. She got a new heart. Days later they checked her and discovered that she bursted a heart valve. The doctors say it's one she can live without. That really concerns me. The valves connect directly to the heart. Please help.. Will she be ok if she doesn't get it replaced?
You can't live without a heart valve. Your friend might have a valve regurgitation which may not be a problem depending on the valve.
Q:We had a sprinkler zone that did not send much water to sprinkler heads. Checked the spring on the solenoid. We took off the top of the valve and rinsed gasket and parts below – put back together. The zone then worked. However I then noticed that the valve that does not shut off completely – water meter shows usage. I turn off water as it comes from the house. We then replaced the solenoid, the zone would not turn on. When back to the old solenoid. I switched wires at the timer and valve, it started, but when the cycle was through there still was water going through the system. Put wires back to their original locations.Space is crowded and looks tricky to replace valve. Would like advice on that for next year. However my main concern is when we shut down for the winter. We manually run each of the 8 stations and blow out the water. Will the bad valve cause a problem?
we had the same problem last week. the valve was leaking allowing water to seep through. luckily it is a current valve and all the man did was replace the top part and that solved the problem. 75 bucks and he also checked out the entire system for proper operation.
Q:I am replacing my vanity sink with a Pedestal sink. I turned the shut off vales to the off position tight.I disconnected the cold water and drained the remaining water and everything was fine. I disconnected the hot and drained the water from the connecting tube but water still came out of the shut off valve at a decent pace.I placed my finger over the valve and i felt pressure build up...like when you stick your finger over a bottle of soda.I tightened the bolt on the valve and even the screw to the handle to no resolve.any ideas on how to make it stop while i connect the Pedestal sink?also, i am as novice as it gets.thanks in advance
The valves packing (seat) is probably worn and it wont seal. Either repair of the valve is in order, rebuild. You need to shut the water main off. Most houses have a master shut off valve that kill all the water to the house. If no such valve exists, then you would need to go out to the water meter and shut the water off at the meter to kill the flow to the house. Then install and make your repairs and install your new sink. The valve repair must be done when the water is off to the house. You cant fix it with the water on.
Q:How would you change the Heater control valve on a 1997 honda civic hx?its my first car, so i dont know much about cars.
Honda guy has the best answer, but I have a couple things to add. If it is like my daughter's 1993 Accord, it is easier to do from under the car than above it. In that case the converter heat shield is nearby and it badly cut my wrist when I tried to get the valve hose off the heater core - put a rag on that wicked thing. Be very gentle while wrestling the hose off the heater core pipe that sticks through the firewall - the pipe is thin brass and easily deformed. It is best to cut the hose lengthwise and peel it off, and be patient. You will want to replace that bit of hose anyway. EDIT - one more thing. After refilling the coolant, find the nipple (probably on the thermostat housing) for bleeding the trapped air out of the cooling system. Open it half a turn and close it when a steady stream of coolant comes out. Top up the radiator - remember, always use proper coolant diluted according to directions with purified water, never tap water. Life is good.
Q:my inflatable kayak has a self bailing drain valve. it says to close the valve in lakes and streams to stay completely dry and open it in oceans or mild whitewaters.whats the point of this valve? i WANT water to come in??

Q:If someone is not born with heart valve disease... can a teenager or a 12 year old develop heart valve disease?
Yes, anyone can have heart valve disease. It is unlikely though. Usually if a 12 year old has an abnormal heart valve, then it is secondary to a congenital heart defect (something they were born with.) Infection of the heart valve (endocarditis) can occur in any age group and lead to an abnormality in the function of the valve involved. Rheumatic heart disease is also possible, but not common in the developed world since the regular use of antibiotics. Good luck.
Q:i have a '96 buick skylark and my check engine light is on...i got it checked and the test said it was my EGR valve. does anyone know how to explain in lamens terms how to replace my EGR valve??????
The EGR recirculates exhaust gas into the combustion chamber. It is usually two bolts, and sits ontop of the intake manifold. Usually pretty easy to change youself. Unhook the single vacuume line, take out the two bolts, and reverse the installation! Zach
Q:I just installed three anti-siphon valves(jar top, orbit) for a sprinkler system the main water line is 3/4 then goes into my manifold (pvc)3/4 schedule 40,usually when you turn on the water it comes to a stop where you re valves begin then you either open them manually or their set up through you re timer, the problem im having when i open the main water line the water goes straight through the valves without me even opening them my question is can it be to much pressure or what can the problem be? any info helps thank you
Orbit Anti Siphon Valve
Q:I have a 4 diameter column of water 10' tall (filled with water). I need to find a flush valve unit to fit into the bottom of it so that it will flush all of the water out of the column in 1 flush. Essentially this will act as a large toilet but it is for a design project at school. My concerns are that the flapper will close before the water is completely flushed out of the column. Is there any way I can make the flapper stay open thus flushing all the water in column out without holding the chain connecting the float to the flapper valve?
This is an interesting problem. I suggest you study the action of a toilet flush mechanism. Don't have the flapper on the outside, have it on the inside at the bottom of the column, in a small chamber. Use a flapper of very light material, such as a ping-pong ball, which will float on almost no water. (You don't say how fast the column has to drain.) A thought just occured - if the flapper were actually a floating ball, you could pull it up from above, and it would rise to the surface, then follow the water level down, and close it when empty with only a trace of water remaining. I can think of no simpler way to accomplish this challange. Good luck with the project.
