Product Information
GMseries coal mine pneumatic diaphragm pump is small and light, highefficiency, low noise and more durable, easy to operate, reliable, it can be used for water draining in coal mines, food industry and chemical treatment. The pump is driven by compressed air for safety.
Pneumatic diaphragm pump properties:
High roundness valve ball for use the ball mill machine, enhance check valve seal.
Fluid chamber and manifold adopt four bolts connection, Strong and good dry suction. The actual dry suction can reach to 4~7m
Three section manifold, Flexible installation and even can change to be four ports pump.
Longer diaphragm life. Raw material from Dopont, Exxon. Dakin.
Aluminum pump and stainless steel pump adopt precision casting, smooth surface.
Plastic pump adopt flange connection, stronger than thread connection.

- Q: I just noticed a slight leak from my water pump. About the size of my fist. I called one mechanic and was told the 2001 BMW Z3's water pump seals are tight and do not leak with the car is running (engine is hot) but once the car cools the water pump seals expand resulting in the small leak, that I shouldn't worry about it unless it leaks more, the engine over-heats, or dash light turns on. The BMW said I should have the water pump replaced but he may have just said that to make a repair sale. Anyone out there know the truth?
- on that car the miles are critical for water pump replacement and maybe rad replacement including the t/stat and hoses//you are already over the time period/coolant system failure is imminent
- Q: QDX is a submersible pump. What does "X" mean?
- Q submersible pumpsD single-phase motorX downdraft
- Q: I live in a condo building -- 3 floors, 7 units. In our storage units (right below my unit) is a water pump that was hooked up with the intent of helping the water flow to the 3rd floor. Everytime the pump goes off, it rattles, then makes a loud noise when it kicks off. The developers created a drywall box that houses the pump, which is surrounded by isolation, but it doesn't seem like it helps the noise. The pump also rattles the pipes that connect directly to the pump.My question is -- is this rattling normal for a standard water pump? If so, is there anything I can do to help cut down on the noise? If this is rattling is not normal of the standard water pump, what would it cost to replace it with something decent?
- I've been around booster pumps that were extremely quiet -without any soundproofing at all.And the pipes don't rattle. You should find a plumber who knows what the hell he's doing and get that crap replaced.
- Q: I replaced the water pump on my 2001 dodge dakota and I still have a leak coming from somewhere. I don't know if i put the bolts in the wrong holes or what. Some bolts were long and some were short. Is there a diagram that shows where which bolts go where?
- no their isn't any diagrams on it but there is a way to identify them, just run them in the hole dry and see if they bottom out and do them one at a time,as a rule i always mark them when i remove them then this doesn't ever happen, but you can get them figured out by dry testing them and also look at the difference in the thickness on the water pump, good luck on it,
- Q: 30kW what is the flow rate of the pump?
- Without a lift, how can I calculate it for you?
- Q: Pump house should be equipped with those equipment and valves
- The pump room generally the main equipments used are: pipe, water pump, water pump control box, inlet valve, outlet valve, check valve, pressure gauge, water valve and a water tank, according to the specific design of the pump room to you, just above the pipe segment.
- Q: Was able to remove all bolts except the one in the rear of engine one of the bigger bolts the pulley from the serpentine belt blocks itdoes the pulley need to be removed and if yes then how
- Sometimes there are holes in the pulley and you can rotate it until the hole gives you access to the bolt. If there are no such holes, then you will probably have to remove the pulley. The pulley may be fastened with one, four, or zero bolts. If there are bolts for the pulley, remove them and proceed with common sense and use a puller if necessary. If there are zero bolts holding the pulley to the water pump, then it is pressed on and you will need to remove it with a specialty tool called a pulley puller which you can get as a loaner or cheap rental at many auto parts stores. The pulley must also be reinstalled with a pulley installer, also available as a loaner or cheap rental. Are you replacing the water pump or just removing it to do other work? If you look at a new one and it doesn't come with a pulley on it, then you know that the pulley must be removed to go on the new pump no matter what.
- Q: I just had my water pump replaced and a coolant flush. 35 miles later, my MAL light came on and my mechanic said my thermostat needs replacement. Should this have been done with the water pump work, or could the work have caused the thermostat problem?
- Anytime I replace a water pump, intake gasket, or anything else where the coolant needs removal, I always suggest to my customers that we change the thermostat as well. Many times I just change it anyway. I tell the customers, but really don't offer an option! (of course if they say don't I will honor that, but no one has ever said that!) It is possible that during a flush some trash/scale got into the thermostat causing improper operation. With the thermostat removed, there is no restriction in the cooling system making flushing easier and more thorough. Now to answer your question, It is my opinion he SHOULD HAVE. That is not only an up-sell (even though I hate creating extra work) it is just an added value to the customer. He should also check belts and hoses, changing them (via customer approval) if needed. As a mechanic, the last thing I want is a comeback such as yours was because I at the very least didn't suggest a proper service!
- Q: How important is a torque wrench,if so what is the proper fp torque for pump/pulley ?
- It shouldn't be that critical for water pump bolts. It is extremely important for something like engine head bolts because of the extreme pressures inside the cylinders. Just refrain from over-tightening. I've replaced a number of water pumps and have never used a torque wrench.
- Q: I'm curious to know, where does the water go after it is sent to a pumping station??
- Potable (drinkable) water pumps placed just outside the treatment plant boost pressure in the water mains, where it eventually gets to homes, businesses and hydrants via the pipe network. Most sewers flow by gravity (downhill) to a waste water treatment plant (or septic field). But if an area is too low to be serviced by a gravity sewer, an ejector pump is set at the bottom of a collection well which pumps the wastewater to a higher elevation in a pressure pipe called a force main. A good pump station will kick on about 4 or 5 times an hour and run for several minutes. Eventually it outlets to a manhole in a gravity system and ultimately the treatment plant.
