Q: I have a multi-stage Dillon Square Deal set up for 9 mm.I also have a Lee Single-stage set up with Lee 45 ACP dies.I'm planning to move to a Multi-stage press for the 45 ACP to save reloading time.__I would like to ask for suggestions for a multi-stage press, preferably one which will use the existing Lee 45 ACP standard size dies. Please provide me with approximate cost, warranties and helpful tips for your recommendation. Thanks very much.
I have been in walking Gun hobbies where on the start of every stage I had one magazine in the gun and ten(10) mags on my belt, all with my own reloads. I'd go by way of 800-1000 rounds in a single occasion. Not ever once did i have a Lead Fouling trouble. I've used a number of extraordinary brands of cast , lead/tin alloy bullets between 185gr and 200gr. Any well stocked gun or wearing goods store should have a Bore Deleading software however i've located that after a fit, striking half of a dozen Full steel Jacket rounds via does a best job deleading the bore.
Q: I currently attend the gym but cannot always get there. I have just started doing press ups each day that I miss, and I was wondering if press ups every morning was a more productive way of working out than going to the gym 3 days a week. Thanks for the help!
I'm not familiar with press-ups are they pushups, or a form of them? Anyway, whatever they are...they are more than likely only targeting one muscle group. To be productive you shouldn't ignore the rest of your body. Think total body workouts. Also don't forget about cardio. Muscular training provides cardio to some degree...but not enough as actually doing cardio would. Cardio is the key to losing weight...and if that's not your goal, it keeps your heart and lungs healthy. Push-ups are an excellent upper body exercises that engages the chest, biceps, traps, and shoulders. But like I said, don't ignore the rest of the body. Do core exercises (planks, vertical leg crunches, russian twists, etc) and lower body exercises like squats and lunges and variations of them. Don't worry about getting to the gym all the time. All the exercises mentioned require just your own bodyweight (and maybe a dumbbell for the Russian Twist). Also unlike the machines in the gym, they are targeting more than one muscle at a time. Example (A russian twist engages the abs, and the obliques, not to mention the arms, and allow spinal mobility) or you can do three different machines to do the same thing. When you do go to the gym, try incorporating more use of freeweights/stabilty balls/resistances bands/medicine balls instead of just machines. Also doing muscle exercises EVERYDAY is not productive. Allow your muscles at least 24-48 hours to recover. Failure to do so could result in overtraining and injury. Best of luck!
Q: I just recently heard of the leaf pressing hobby and it sounds fun and interesting but I do not know much, so I may sound very new and stupid but I'd love it if you helped!1. How long should I press the leaves for?2. How long would they last?3. Should I hang them up or find a nice sized journal with blank pages to put them in?4. IF I hung them up, what sort of paper would I use and how?5. IF I used a nice journal, how would I attach the leaves? I think I saw someone who threaded them on, would that be an okay way to do so?I think that that's about all I have to ask, but if you have any tips and tricks let me know!Thank you!
in schools art class.we would take 2 pieces of wax paper and put the leaves inside then iron them and they last forever :)
Q: how can essential rights such as the right to a fair trial conflict with other rights such as the right to a free press?
Because your right to a fair trial involves having an unbiased jury. Recently, media reports have been able to report very filtered and skewed accounts of trials, (sometimes even flat-out doctoring or manufacturing evidence); that issue aside, however, the point is that the media often caters to the uneducated, easily moved to passion and mob rule. These people, once agitated out into the streets by mere catch phrases (see, e.g. armed only with skittles or she was party animal and drowned her baby.) will often impose serious pressures upon a jury, who know which way the impassioned public wishes them to vote. There have been more recent reports of death threats against jurors in publicized cases, for not voting the way some member of the public wanted. And beyond all those serious yet rarer risks, there is a good chance the jury pool will, at the least, have heard the tainted media's poisonously biased story before coming into trial, and may have made up their mind already. Thus, freedom of the press can hurt your chances of a free trial. In the name of such, the press might be temporarily restrained from getting access to the evidence. This invariably infringes on freedom of the press. And thus the two duke it out, the press trying to stress the need for transparency when in reality they merely want to twist the story into the most one-sided -- and thus entertaining -- story of injustice, which will boost ratings and inciddentally have idiots marching in the street, demanding the death of whoever the media arbitraily chose to portray as the bad guy. Though (as you can probably tell) I am biased against the media interest, those are still the competing concerns.
Q: what can i max out on the bench-press,my gyms bench press goes to 200pounds,i can do 6 reps of this,if my gym support higher weights what would i be expect to get 1 rep on?,my friends can barely do 5 reps on 100pounds,i weigh 132 pounds im 14 and i'm 5'7thnx XD
Weight lifting is physically powerful for you. It helps improve your bones, muscular tissues, and tendons and decreases probability of injury later in life. because of the fact which you're 15 and your physique remains turning out to be i could sidestep super severe weights, yet something up on your bodyweight could be advantageous. and that i've got standard many people who have been benching 3 hundred+lbs at 17-18 who suffered no sick outcomes. the main needed ingredient is to advance adequately with a spotter and shop your will advance stable. i prefer to propose which you get the e book commencing potential at present, it rather is notably plenty the suited e book on weightlifting that exists.
Q: I think I want a French Press?I am looking into selling my coffee/espresso maker cause it takes up way too much counter space and I don't use the espresso side super often. I thought I might get a French Press to replace it because it seems like it would be space saving. Is there a brand that would be best and be relatively affoardable?
According to Coffee Krave's best French press guide, Bodum would be the way to go for your budget. They're very high quality (Swiss company) but a little over your budget. You can get a New Kenya french press for under $20, though. French press coffee has a much richer taste. I think you'll like it. You might also look into the Aeropress, a French press hybrid that is extremely popular with coffee fanatics. I use it daily and prefer it to my French press.
Q: I am required to collect and press a variety of plants for a plant identification course that starts in the fall. The instructions say to change the inter-leafing paper after 24 hours, but it doesn't say how long they ultimately need to stay in the press. Can you help? Thanks in advance!
It depends upon how many plants, humidity and if you are using gentle heat to speed the drying. In dry environments, thin tissues will dry in a few days. If you have high humidity and lots of fresh plant materials, it could take a lot longer. I would change the blotters every 24 hours if you have lots of plant material to press.
Q: rawkus records wants a press kit from me..this would be??
It's basically a demo packet to see what you're about. It will have things like pictures, recordings of some of your stuff, bios, some of your accomplishments, any big shows you've played. Things that will make them get a feel for you and what you've done so far. Nice organized packaging looks professional, such as a folder with the items neatly arranged inside will do.
Q: Im making meringue for a back sale and dont want to use a frosting bag. I know i can make meringue with a frosting press but its more expensive than a cookie press. And im more in need of a cookie press considering i have frosting bags and tips. Can i use it and have them still turn out great?
Frosting press? Cookie press? For meringue? No. Not necessary. Take really big glops of meringue out of the bowl with a spatula, and set it on your pie in 3 or four sections, and carefully redistribute the meringue until smooth. Take a tablespoon and make the peaks with the back of it, or swirl with your spatula. Meringue is very delicate, being mostly air if you press it out, you will lose the air.
