- leg press can be too easy with the 45 degree thing, much better progress and larger muscles can come doing squats and its better for flexibility as well yes bad circulation will exhaust your muscles and the bigger the muscles the bigger the effect. maybe you need some hypoxic training?

- I work in sports TV and I've never heard that term. Do you mean press release? Media Guide? A press release is a fax/e-mail sent by the media relations department to the press. It's usually an announcement that they want the media to cover or it's a a generic statement if there's some sort of controversy. Most of the time, these releases are posted on team's websites. They're usually not that informative. A media guide is a book with stats, rosters, bios, and any other information that will make the media's job a little easier. Again, most teams are posting these on their website and anyone can access them. They're not all that interesting unless you're a stats junky.

- Pressing matte shadows is the same as pressing any other shadows. Mix the pigment with alcohol or biosilk enough to make it pastelike and press it in the container that you want to place it in the pan. You are vague with your question so I can't help you out too much sorry
- Q: I cant find a straight answer to this, apparently everybody has a different opinion so I'll try asking on here. Incline dumbbell press, is it necessary to bring the weights together at the top of the press or can you just go straight up and down with the weights as if you were using a barbell
- Well when it comes to bench pressing both incline and flat the rule of thumb is for your arms to make a 90 degree angle, going all the way down to your chest wont give you more gains in fact it can cause injury. Im guessing the same applies to dumbbells.

- My team used a very easy press break. It's a bit hard to explain, but when it comes together, it works like a dream. - First, you have two players on either side of the court, waiting for the inbound. - Once inbounded, the Passer, steps into the center of the court. - They pass amongst themselves till they find an opening in the press. - Meanwhile, there are two other people standing at about midcourt, on both sides. - The person at midcourt standing opposite the side the ball is on will run to the middle of the floor looking for possible passes. - If the ball is passed to them, he/she can either bring the ball up more or turn, and pass to the opposite side. Something that I like to do are what I call Pyramids: 20 reps at 60% body weight 20 crunches 19 reps at 60% body weight 19 crunches ...all the way down to 1. This should take about 10-15 minutes and by the time you're done you will have done 210 push-ups/presses and 210 crunches. Good luck!
