Q: I use concealer and foundation...the trublend by covergirl...but i find that when i use the pressed powder on top of the foundation...or when ever i use it it gives me a powdery look...and it the right color...and everything... So is it necessary to use when you use concealer and foundation?
Pressed powder are designed for girls who have really oily skin. It gives the skin a nice finish after you've applied the foundation and concealer. It helps the makeup stay on and not fade quickly.
Q: Should the student press be afforded the same rights as the regular press?
Well, that depends. Ryan was partially right. In some schools the administration holds control of what goes into a paper, so it's not really free... Still, in the real world, the PUBLISHER has the final say (and he could be the owner or speaking for the owner) so even there the reporters and editors are not the final authority. However, I think what you are really saying is that you had some sort of problem along the lines of the regular press got to go in somewhere where you (as a high school or college reporter) were not allowed. I always felt the press was the press and should have free reign and access to all information and the ability to go where ever the news was. In other words, a reporter was a reporter, no matter WHAT paper or electronic media he was with. Q: Im trying to get my press handstand any good drills? Also is there certain strength or flexibility I need?
Hey :) So I answered a similar question recently, so, if you don't mind, I'm going to copy and paste with a little bit of editing. If I were you, I'd start with a press headstand to get the very basic motion down. It takes very little strength but will help you to understand the leg motion, at least. Do that once or twice. Press handstands take a lot more upper body strength and have different mechanics than a press headstand, so keep building up your arm and ab muscles by doing V-ups, push-ups, plank holds, etc. Basically what you want to do in the press handstand is lean your shoulders forward, slowly putting all your weight onto your hands as you lift your feet. It is similar to a cast handstand in that way - if you don't lean your shoulders, you won't have the balance you need to complete the move. When you're first learning your press handstand I would recommend using a wall to help you out a little (when you lean your shoulders forward, press your upper back against a wall for extra support. Your hands should be placed down about a foot away from the wall before you begin). Good luck :)
Q: I really need help, i went to the gym for the first seriously(before i went to the gym just to goof off without any program or routine) and i could bench press only 35 kg or 77 lbs.And iv had bean going for a week now and i did not increase my bench yet.First i thought it was pretty awrage but now i find guys saying i could only press 125lbs at first.So are they braggers or is that real cuz if it is i'm going to quit any kind of exercise for life if a guy could lift my weight in their first time at the gym.And second how much how often do i increase my branch press, and i do it twice a week/I'm 15yrs 5.8 and bout 125-135lbs.
Okay, slow down there, turbo! You're disappointed because you've been going for a week and haven't increased your bench press max? Give me a break! Muscle mass is something that needs to be cultivated and grown. If it were that easy to just step into a gym for a week and magically be stronger and more muscularly developed, then everyone would be ripped!! Email me a copy of your diet and what you've been doing this week to increase your max weight, and I'll help you out.

Both work the same target muscles. The chest press does alot of the stablising for you so not as many assistant muscles are used. The bench press is a progression of the chest press. When you are able to use the chest press and maintain perfect form then you are ready to progress to the bench press. Because you need more stability when performing a bench press it will be harder and you should find that you can not lift as heavy at first. If you have not used the bench press before start light and make sure you have someone to spot you. Once you have mastered the bench press you can progress to a dumbell press and then to a single arm DB press.

as for how often you should work out, it depends on how hard and how long you work out. Bench press works pretty much your whole upper body, and curls specify the biceps. If you work out like as if you're trying to gain muscle, you should go every other day, but if you're just trying to get in shape you should probly only do it after the soreness has gone away from the last workout. You should go more intense if you're trying to gain muscle mass
