- Q: I spilt vegetable oil on my carpet and I can't get it out.
- To remove stains from your carpet, use a cup of warm water with 1 tablespoon of liquid dish soap and a clean cloth. Dip cloth into water and soap mixture and lightly sponge stain. Even tough grease will disappear. If it's a stubborn stain, repeat the process. Dawn cuts the grease out ;)
- Q: I have this rug that's in my garage that I want to put in my room. It used to be in my old room when I was younger but I don't want to put it in my room because I had it in my room when I was 12-14 (Now 17) and it was a horrible time, I used to get in trouble,grounded,awkward moments,just horrible stuff. - There is no such thing as luck. If something we can't explain happens, and it's good we say we had good luck, and opposite if bad things happen we say we had bad luck. Luck good or bad is a state of mind. You must stop associating the rug with the bad times of the past. Think about it, the rug had nothing to do with the things that happened in the past. If your life has changed, and your more stable in your daily affairs the rug will not change that. It may be good to put it in your room you did write that you liked the rug, and that you would like to put it in your room. I say go for it. After a short time of it being back in the room, you should be able to let the past, and the fact that the same rug was on the floor go. Make new, good memories to replace the old bad ones that the rug reminds you of. It's not the Rug sweetie.

- Q: My kids were not supposed to have drinks in the living room but of course they did and one of them spilled orange soda on my brand new 300$ rug. - Q: My cat likes to back her rear end up to the edge of the litter box, resulting in her 'missing the target' and getting cat urine on my carpet. She also likes to kick the litter out of the box.In using a carpet cleaner, some of the litter left a grey-ish stain on my tan carpet. - Move tray, try a dry carpet cleaning powder. Foam cleaners work well if used correctly. Deodorize and vacuum regularly. I put old newspaper under cat tray in case the cat as an accident.

- try some diaper soaker .first try iit onsome part oof the rug that can't be seen in case it takes the colour of the rug out .then use it carefully ,not too much soaker.about half a cup in a litre of water get as much of the poop off as you can before you start then gently drawing the stain to the center from each side dab on the diaper soaker. you will need to put the soaker in some warm water. when you think you have got it cleaned up get a micro cotton towel and put it over the stain and stand on it .this will soak up most of the water .you may have to repeat this to get it all out .

We do not suggest using Zout? on upholstery or carpet because, as a super concentrated surfactant based product, it needs to rinse thoroughly. When not rinsed properly, soap will collect dirt. If Zout? has been used on upholstery or carpet, rinse until no soapsuds appear using a wet/dry vacuum or a carpet/upholstery cleaning machine. So that's a no.
