To protect themselves, companies put extreme warnings on products hoping that an intelligent, caring individual, like yourself, will bother to read some of the instructions, however extreme, and put the product in the hands of someone who knows what they are doing - the professionals. Be gentle when you clean this carpet - you've been warned!

Is this a good value, ok value or expensive value. can i get better deals elsewhere in MN.: I don't know if this is an answerable question. I just replaced carpet in my living room, dining room and hall. I went to Home Depot. I got to look at hundreds of different brands/quality carpet and to choose regular or super padding. The store associate was really helpful in explaining about carpet and which features mean what as far as quality. I ended up paying about what you were quoted for all the same services. I guess it just depends on whether this Nuvo(?) brand is good quality or not. I've not heard of it.....it could be the cadillac of carpets!

Q:A large jar type candle fell over and a large amount of melted candel wax pouring all over the carpet, and it has hardened.: Place paper towel over the wax that needs to be removed, then, run a medium-heated iron over the wax and it will be picked up by the paper towel. You'll need to do this quite a few times to get all of it up, but after you do, it'll look good as new :)

Q:I recently moved a couch and chair which was in the same position for 3 years on carpet. Any suggestions how to raise up the indent that is in the carpet. Thank you.: Depends on the type of carpet you have but there are two tricks that generally work. The 1st way is to set an ice cube(s) on the indent. Carefully work up the pile as the cube melts, A hair pick works well for doing this. The other trick ( if you have a heat set carpet fiber) is to CAREFULLY inject steam into the dent. Use an iron and do steam on the dent as you work at the fibers with a hair pick. You can also put a damp hand towel ( very warm water) on the dent along with a steam injected into the dent.
