3.more than 25years' production experience

1.The standards

The power cable is mainly complying with IEC 60502 standard,  also can be produced according to OEM requirements and other standards, such as BS, DIN, ASTM, VDE, NFC standards, and so on.

2.the construction of the power cable for different voltage grade

2.1 low  voltage  cable power cable

Low voltage (0.6/1 kv)

single core or multi-core

copper or aluminium conductor

pvc inusulation

steel tape armored or galvanized steel wire armored or unarmored

pvc outer sheath

power cable.

2.2 medium voltage cabel power cable

Voltage grade is up to 35kv,

cross-section area can be up to 1000 sqmm  (copper or aluminiun conductor).

Conductor long-time  operating temperature is 90 degrees.

In short circuit, conductor  highest temperature should be not more than 250 degrees.

1kv-35 kv

multi-cores

copper or aluminium conductor

xlpe insulation

copper tape or copper wire screen

galvanized steel wire armored

pvc or pe sheath

power cable

2.3 high voltage cable power cable

High voltage (35kv~220kv)

copper or aluminium conductor

xlpe insulation

metal sheath (lead or corrugated aluminium)

hdpe or pvc outer sheath power cable.

Laying conditions: for lyaing  under ground with large different  altitude, be able to bear external machanical force and moderate pulling force.

3. the power cable's characteristic:

3.1 long time operating temperature for cable conductor is 90 degrees.

3.2 the highest temperature of the conductor in short circuit (no longer than 5 seconds) in not more than 250 degrees,

if a joint is in the cable, the temperature of the tinning welding joint is not more than 120 degrees, compressing joint not more than 150 degrees and electro-welding joint not more than 250 degrees.

3.3 no drop in limited provided there is full mechanical tention when cable is laid. It si forbidden to lay cable in iron-pipe or to fix cable by circling around the cable with iron materials.

3.4 being laid, the minimum temperature of the cable shall not be lower than zero degree. In the case of lower temperature, heating measures shall be taken.

Q: Why is the terminal metal housing of the power cable to be grounded?
If the network cable is shielded with the network no problem, in fact, the main problem is not interference, it touches on security issues, from the truth, the strong and weak electricity can not take a bridge, if you must go inside a bridge, to add metal partitions The
Q: computer MB does not contain a power supply connector for the SATA power cable leading to the SATA HD, is this the norm? the cable connector is 5 prong female, there is no 5 prong male connector on the MB or the PSU. any suggestions?
The power for your hard drive actually comes from your PSU, in the form of a 4-pin molex connector. As for the SATA...if it is a SATA hard drive, you'll want a SATA motherboard. Almost all modern motherboards have these connections. If yours doesn't, I'd imagine it's just old...or really cheap.
Q: I do not have the Video Card in hand but I will in a few days and I already know the adapter cable has gone missing. The NVdia Website is no help. I have an HP Pavilion Elite desktop. I want to acquire the cable before I receive the Video Card, so I can install it right away. I want to know exactly the type of power connector cable is so I can go online and order it now.
Power connector cable? Usually, you don't need an adapter cable: you just plug the video card into one of the PCI expansion card slots available on the motherboard, then you plug the monitor's cable to connect the monitor to the computer via the serial port on the video card. Knowing what computer you have doesn't really help: You have to tell us the motherboard's brand model to see if this particular video card is compatible for your computer's motherboard.
Q: If you have an electrical device (e.g. a laptop), you'll sometimes notice that near the place where you plug the power adapter into it, there's a sign. It's composed of 3 circles, minus on the left, O inside a C in the middle, and plus on the right. What is this? And if I want to read/learn more about it where should I go?
If you look at the jack that go inside the power input you will see that it is an outside connect and an inside one.The O is the inside connect and the C is the outside one.Because it is a DC power adapter it has a + and - polarity .O,the inside ,is the plus and C,the outside,is the minus. Also on the adapter you can see the same thing! This is because some brands use the outside connect as + and you can burn your device if you use it!!!!
Q: The specs say: 350 Watts, DC 12V, 100-240V. It is a Rackable server. Are there special / different power cables to use with servers than desktop PCs?Where can I find the power cable with the above specs. I tried OKorder with not much luck.
You should be able to use a large three prong power cable (with a ground on it) for your server.
Q: what is the resistance of overhead power cables?
depends on the thickness, and length, and material. .
Q: Someone gave me a KDSusa LCD monitor. It doesn't have the usual spot on the back of it for me to plug in a power cable. I've never seen a monitor without the power cord plug in the back. There's a hole/plug on the side of the blue part that goes into the computer...I thought maybe that's where a some sort of power cord would go but I'm not sure. HELP!
check the site for your model screen to find the right power supply.
Q: What fuse should I use to run my power cable to the amp?
I had a similar problem a few years ago and simply couldn't make sense of it. I traced the power wire back testing it every couple feet and eventually got to the AGU fuse holder. I had ~14v on the battery side and very little voltage on the amp side. It LOOKED fine, and the fuse was fine, but something weird going on in the fuse holder itself simply wasn't making a good connection. I replaced it and was back up and running. I'm not going to say that's definitely your problem, but it's worth a check,
Q: i have a SATA hard disk and i connected it with a sata power cable and recently i bought a sata optical drive and i have no power cable for connecting the drive, so i decided to connect it with the power cable of hard disk(I have two sata hard disk)
while you're meaning are you able to boot off of the IDE annoying force and get entry to the Sata force, the respond is sure. in basic terms connect the SATA annoying force, and make beneficial the BIOS settings are set to boot from the IDE force.
Q: I have a Netgear router and just now when I tried to plug the power cable back into the back of it, it would fit. I look more closely and it seems that the metal end of the power cable may be slightly bent. But I'm still confused because it's bent at the end of the metal, and even though the very tip of it isn't bent, that part still won't even slide into place a little. Could anyone help me in resolving this issue?
If it is the correct adapter for the router and it fitted before, gently force it and it will comfortably fit eventually. There is probably a reason it doesn't fit now (it has been pulled out with some force) so I would suggest getting a new power adapter for it if the above does not work
