1.Basic Information.

Voltage : Low and Medium Voltage Cable

Conductor Material : copper

Insulation Material: XLPE

Sheath : PVC or PE

Appliation : Underground

Certificate : CE UL SGS ISO

Export Markets : Global

2.High voltage cable 64/110KV

Applying to GIS substations, hydropower stations, etc. 64/110KV .

Rated voltage 64/110KV XLPE copper core and PE insulated wrinkled aluminum wrapper waterproof layer PE(or PVC) sheathed power cable.

1.  The cross-linkage PE insulated and wrinkled aluminum wrapper waterproof PVC sheathed power cable.

Type

YJLW02, YJLLW02

Specification

240mm2~3000mm2

Voltage

110~220KV

Usage

Suitable for the places with a higher underground water level and to be used underground, in the tunnels or pipes. Such cables bear a bigger pulling force and pressure.

2.The cross-linkage PE insulated and wrinkled aluminum wrapper waterproof PE sheathed power cable.

Type

YJLW02, YJLLW02

Specification

240mm2~3000mm2

Voltage

110~220KV

Usage

Suitable for the places with a higher underground water level and to be used underground, in the tunnels or pipes. Such cables bear a bigger pulling force and pressure.

Specific property for usage of 110KV~220KV XLPE high-voltage cable:

1.       Cable’s conductor highest working temperature is allowed up to 90°C, and overload when meet an emergency is 130°C , When short circuit (in ≤5 seconds) the highest temperature is 250°C

2.       When installing or laying cable, the ambient temperature should be less than -20°C, and have to give a preheat to cable.

3.       The minimum bending diameter:

Cable type Bending  diameter

Metal sheathed

After laying

30D0

During laying

40D0

Note: In form, D0 is a real test value to cable’s outer diameter.

4.       Allowed biggest axial traction force to outer diameter when laying cable (not consider the radial lateral-pressure at bent set ion) T=K×core NO. ×section (kg), in formula, the coefficient K value should be: the copper core get 7, the aluminum core get 4.

5.       Allowed biggest lateral-press P, when cable is being bent

The single core cable is required P≤500kg/m.

P=T/R (T is indicated axial traction force; R is indicated radius of bent-wheel), Knowing from above formula, as the traction force is made up by length and weight of cable. So it lets P to applying requirement as above. Then the diameter of bent-wheel should be widened.

6.       Cable laying is not being restricted by drop.

Q: Right now, the cables behind my audio receiver are tangled beyond recognition. I need to organize them...How should I bundle my speaker wire to minimize RF and EM interference? I've heard that a quot;8-shapedbundle is good.Is there any truth to this claim? If so, explain. Thanks in advance!
any cable with an electrical current passing through will create an electromagnetic field. however when you bundle them in a single loop, because the currents are going in the same direction they will resemble a very big cable with a lot of current, so the magnetic field will be much larger (this is in part how an electric motor works). the best way to avoid this would be to remove excess cable so there would be no need to have loops. Really i'm not convinced about the benefits of having the cable in a figure 8 pattern, because it's just like having two loops really. i would try to avoid loops, or at least keep them away from the actual hifi and the speakers. generally components in your hifi and speakers will be magnetically shielded, to prevent any interference like that, however if you hear a buzzing noise when your mobile phone is near, than it's possible they're not shielded, as your mobile phone is a source of electromagnetic interference. if you're worried about electromagnetic interference it is also worth noting that wifi routers, mobile and cordless phones and microwaves are all sources of electromagnetic radiation. hope that all helps
Q: Hi everyone, I recently purchased a PS3 used not slim and am having a tough time with it. For one, I don't even know how to charge my four red dot blinking controller and turn on the ps3. I'm wondering since I got everything hooked up but still not even a red dot on the ps3 when I put in the power cable at the end there is that thing with the three things sticking out, where do I put that? Like a place where I charge my phone? I think that's why I'm having problems. Thanks.
ok. the PS3 uses a standard 3 prong plug, similar to what your PC would use. plug that in, and then into the wall. older PS3's also have a power switch right above the power cord. you have to turn the system on here. after you filp the switch, the PS3 enters standby mode. on to your controller you should have gotten a very short usb cable. the larger end plugs into the system.the smaller into the controller. push the PS button on the center of your controller to sync it. it should go from 4 flashing lights to one. then, it should steady flash position 1 to show that it is charging. one it is charged, or when the usb cable is removed, you should get a steady light. no flashes.
Q: hi i need to connect a extra cd rom drive to my computer and dont have enough 4 pin power cables in my computer how would i get those and how would i install those. Thanks
www.okorder /... you can get these from any good computer shop. so you connect 1 end to a cable from the power supply and then connect the other 2 ends to the optical drives.
Q: is not giving direct contact to my lights....so i just want to replace the power and ground cables for the headlights.??? please help
The power for the headlights comes from the front fuse/relay box, usually on the drivers side wheel well under the hood. There should be a relay in the box for the headlights.
Q: trying to install new amplifier; running cable from battery through firewall to the trunk; done on several cars before; looking for advice or best practices...
in addition to what ed said. if you drill through a firewall or bulkhead install a grommet or use a piece of rubber tubing [hose] to protect the wire. also make sure that where you drill, nothing is behind it. ruining your evaporator or heater core normally means that the dash will have to come out for repairs on most cars ,nothing cheap here.and pinching cable around a hinge or other movable part is begging for a fire. i see this sort of crap all the time and i wonder how these owners get up and down the road without hurting someone or themselves. take your time and don't cheap the job out, most cases another twenty minutes and 5.00 dollars of parts would have resulted in a solid installation instead of a burned out hulk.
Q: The power button doesn't appear to be wired correctly. I press it and nothing ever happens. The only way to shut it down is to forcefully remove the power cable. My PC also does not shut down when I select shut down in the start menu. It just restarts.
replace your power button and reinstall your oprating system.
Q: I'm AM NOT looking for Ipod, USB, ethernet, or cellphone charger cables, just simple 120V appliance power cables that can be hardwired/soldered in to replace existing cords.
Try cshopping
Q: Brief description of the difference between cable and cable.
1. home with a wired out, for a wireless router bar, the line of the problem are resolved
Q: Our company needs a WELDING CABLE / DC POWER CABLE,50mm fine strand and color blue. Does anyone knows where to buy here in the Philippines? or if you know some suppliers, manufacturers please do let me know. It would help a lot. Thanks
You can buy it from okorder
Q: I have a ZXi8008 and there's a cable that goes out to the head unit to turn on the amplifier, which is different than the power cable. But in this car, i have not installed a new head unit. Where do I hook up this cable otherwise? It needs a constant power supply to be on.
i would hook it up to the power cable from ur stero that whay the amp will only come on when the radio comes on. that way u wont drain ur battery, thats if ur talking about the remote cable
