- Put the boards at sticking point and do instead of normal pressing. Train for strength not mass. i.e. low reps. DO for 4-6 weeks. If you feel yourslef getting stronger reduce board height, at the end you should be presing a bit more. Look up Louie Simmons and westside barbell, they invented this and he has a new book out.
- Q: Why is a coffee press that holds only four cups of water and makes only 3 1/2 cups of coffee called an 8 cup press? I've looked on search engines and nobody seems to know. Either people buy a press and are disappointed to find out it only holds half what is advertised, or they are well aware of the fact but won't clue anybody else in.
- As said above, it makes 8 cups of 8oz. coffee. Perhaps you are using 16oz cups and thats why youre only getting abou 4 cups out of it? In the future, if youre buying another coffee press, read the paper inserts inside, it usually says how many of what ounce cups it makes.

- Well. You are most likely fine. Its just muscle soarness. By pushing that, you are building muscles. In order to build muscle, you must first tear them. By thm tearing themselfs, the rips are replaced with more protien, which will build your muscles. Dont push 310 when your 14. Its not cool. You can hurt yourself or give yourself a hernia. Good Luck.

- Q: Hey ^_^I am looking for some good, light-shaded pressed powder that has good coverage and isn't cakey/chalky. I am very pale so brands that have pale shades would be good for me and I do have a few blemishes but not major so good coverage would be needed. My one at the minute is quite cakey and you can easily see the powder so I would like one that is good at blending in. I live in the UK so please don't suggest ones that can be only found in walmart or another american shop but if it's online and the shipping is cheap, I could probably get it. - Running makes you more skinny. It does build leg muscles and burns fat. I'd buy dumb bells because I just use dumb bells more. I think there's more of a variety you can do with them.
