- As said above, it makes 8 cups of 8oz. coffee. Perhaps you are using 16oz cups and thats why youre only getting abou 4 cups out of it? In the future, if youre buying another coffee press, read the paper inserts inside, it usually says how many of what ounce cups it makes.

- the police would have written down all the information, wether or not he decided to press charges. if he isnt pressing charges, then the cops wont do anything but the police report will still exist. if he does, then he's gunna have a hard time coming up with evidence and witnesses to back up his claim. i think that depending on how you play it out in court, the judge should favor your side. if the car was in fact supposed to be repossessed and you left with the car, that could be motive for him to make up a lie in order to get back at you for taking the car.
