- Q: So a few days ago, I had an adult sleepover with a girl I met just a few hours before at a party. We hit it off real well and then we go back to my place. One thing you should know about me is that my left eye is stitched up, because of an accident I had when I was young. Anyways...we're getting touchy feely on the bed and then she pulls on my ding dong and goes Santuary! Sanctuary!! And I was like what are you doing? And she was like, You're quasimodo from the hunchback of notre dame!!!! i was like wtf. But we fooled around some more and she left the next morning. I felt weird about that for the rest of the week. Now am I being too sensitive? Can I press charges against her for this kind of discrimination?
- charges yes do it
- Q: I really really want to increase my bench press. During school last year I did 135 lbs. I wanted to do better this year and do better next so I went to the gym and started lifting weights. I barely did bench press because I did not have a spotter. So instead I used dumbbells like depending on the day and workouts I do it rangers from 25-35 lbs. And I also chest press 110 lbs 10x and I do 3 sets. Today. I did 200 reps in curling ( did pyramids 2x starting at 50 lbs ) and incomplete it 2 with 5 reps per weight So when I tried to bench I couldn't bench at all. Is it cuz of this?? I did a bunch of triceps and chest exercises before this.
- Do the bench press first then the supporting exercises for the bench press.
- Q: what is a soldier allowed to do or say when they are approach by the press and how do they refer to?
- The basic guidlines have usually been that no soldier (or any military person for that matter) is allowed to discuss things with the press unless they have been given specific permission to do so. Usually, all inquiries by the press are to be directed to the authorised public affairs officer or civilian liaison officer. Most often, permission is not given unless there is a specific public affairs event happening such as soldiers being used to help in a search rescue operation with the local police, then they may be allowed to speak about how they are helping the effort. Military personnel are told to treat the press respectfully but to politely refuse to answer any questions and normally, the No comment remark is the best answer to anything they ask. Most of the time military personnel are not given permission to discuss anything with the press because the press will take any little piece of information and use it to make up a story and they aren't too bothered with telling lies to make the story better. The military obviously has a very large need for security and any little bit of info that the press gets could jeopardise that security.
- Q: He guys when i do shoulder press i often do it behind the head and it gives me great results on my upper back. However i heard its bad for your shoulders. Does front shoulder press give you the same results on back muscles

- Q: Last week, I was doing military presses incorrectly. I brought the bar down to touch my chest (which was extended outward), rather than around my chin. The neck day, I awoke with neck pain. I thought I may have slept in a bad position, but the pain increased until I could not move my head w/o a lot of pain that day. It's gotten better since then, but I still have pain. It goes from the bottom of the skull on my left, down my neck to my clavicle. Was it really from the military press, and what can I do? I am going to a doctor, but that may be a week or two away.

- Q: Hi there! Okay, I'm doing a square cross stitch design, and at the moment its in an oval frame to keep it tight. But eventually when its finished I'm going to want to frame it, and when I remove the oval, there's going to be the oval crease in it. So how can I combat this? Do I just continue stitching inside the oval until I can't anymore, remove it, do the rest of the design and then iron it afterwards? In the instructions it has got how to press it, face down with the iron on medium, but I just thought I'd double check so I don't make a mess of it in the end. Thanks a lot in advance! :)
- You do exactly what you just said, mine have always turned out beautifully flat after pressing.
- Q: Bench press:Grip wider then shouldersElbows out wideTouch between nipples and neck then liftClose grip bench press:Grip inside shoulder widthElbows as close to body as possibleTouch under nipples then liftPlease correct anything
- Looks like you got it. Although some people touch even with the nipples for both type of presses. Especially if you're doing it without a spotter.
- Q: What muscles are actually helping me bench press? triceps? biceps? and what else... How can it be the chest.... if it does not move at all or anything... Today there was some really skinny guy in the gym , and he was benching more than i could... So i thats why i am asking this... He did not had more muscles than me at all.... thanks
- primarily chest and triceps. if that skinny guy could bench more than you..then he either has a toned/ripped chest or he could be cheating by using his back.
- Q: I am a freelance writer and I want to be professional when conducting interviews. I do have business cards that I had done stating that I am a freelance writer, yet is that enough? Should I produce my own press pass for credential purposes? If so, how and where can I get one?
- In the old days, you could buy a press pass from various companies advertising in the back of the writer's magazines. Now, of course, you can buy a $15 laminator at OfficeMax and call yourself whatever you like. But that only gets you so far. Most press passes have authorization information on them, a contact someone can call to verify that you're really on an assignment. Many events also require you to pre-register to get their press credentials. I suggest you also consider having some contact cards printed up (VistaPrint does some nice work) ... these can be presented to those you meet, greet and interview to convey the image you desire. When I meet someone I hand them one and identify myself as writing an article for the local newspaper rather than being from the local newspaper. Good Luck.
- Q: I wanna know from the people who know about lifting what reverse grip targets more off. People have told me triceps but I know that is if you have a close grip of about 12 inches. But what about wide grip reverse bench press. Does it target more triceps or chest? Also what are the pros and cons between the two grips? Thank u so much for ur time.
- A wide, reverse grip will work more of the lower pec region, along with the triceps, simply because of the bar placement. You need to move the bar further down your torso to get the full range of motion, so the lower pec comes into play. If your having trouble with lower developement, then I would suggest decline bench press for this, mostly for safety reasons, as the reverse grip is essentialy a suicide grip, and extreamly unsafe!
