- Pressed powders are normally matte and are used to finish your foundation. It will help keep the foundation in place by absorbing any excess oil. From what you have said you don't really need it if you are a natural girl. Try a mineral powder instead. It looks really glowing and lets the skin breathe. xx
- Q: I enjoy baking as a stress buster and I was curious if using a cookie press was difficult in any way (including clean up). - No, they are not difficult to use, you just need to practice a little. I bought one last year at Christmas time, So I will give you a couple of tips: 1) Use the recipe that comes with the press. They made the machine, so they know what combination of ingredients will work best with their machine. Some cookie doughs are too stiff, some are too buttery etc. to work in the press you buy. After you learn to use the press, you can try adapting some other recipe. 2) Chill your cookie sheet. The dough will absolutely not stick to a warm sheet, which will cause you undue frustration. Chill it for a few minutes before you cook your first batch, but more importantly chill it between batches. I like to rinse mine with cold tap water until it is cool to the touch, then dry it really well and stick it in the freezer for a few minutes before making a second batch. 3) Get a good quality cookie press. I got a Wilton because it seemed easier to fill and it comes apart completely for cleaning.

- heavy weights less reps, your chest workout should consist of this, at the least. benchpress. 1 warmup +3 sets- total 4 dumbell press 3 sets incline press 3 sets, cable cross overs 5 sets incline flyes 3 sets this is a basic chest workout, in order to gain a high bench press you need to do different exercises, not JUST bench press. also you should be doing at most 6 reps per set, and on the final rep you should barely be able to put it up or need a spot, this is for best results
- Q: I use the recipe included with the press but dough will not cut from the press. I've added a little more flour, still didn't work. I chilled the dough, still didn't work. Any suggestions?
- Well i never make cookie and dont know what a mirro cookie press is exactly but one make sure you add the flour before the cookie is stuck in the press. Maybe try lightly spraying the press with a non stick cooking spray and you could double whammy it and try the nonstick spray and then dust it with the flour and then try to press those bad boys.

- Shoulder press could be bad for you're shoulders if you do a lot of them. If you do the in front not will happen because it's mainly a back workout

- There is no minimum weight any one should be doing. It all depends on how you were built. Try maxing out, see what you can do. And do repetitions of a certain percentage of that weight when you work out. Try 45% of your max. Then when that starts becoming easier go with 50% of your max.
- Q: i pressed my mac pigments and let them dry over night, now do i actually have to take a quarter and press each one? whats the point of that? im scared to touch them i dont know if theyre dry yet or not
- I pressed a bunch of my pigments. Put the quarter behind the fabric and press onto the pigment mixture. The cloth will get slightly damp, that's ok, that's just the alcohol being absorbed. Give it a couple of presses, really hard, and lift up the shirt and quarter and voila! You now have your very own pressed pigment eyeshadow! Don't worry you wont ruin it. It will make it less powdery and it will be easier to use. happy pressing!!
