Range of use of Water Supply System with No Negative Pressure

1. In order to adapt to the social development with the improvement of the living standard and qualit.

2. Additive pipe pressure (negative pressure) water supply equipment emerge as the times require, the device makes full use of the municipal pipe network pressure superposition, pressurized water supply, .

3. Superposition of pressurized water supply, small occupation of land, energy saving and environmental protection.

4. Tank structure superposed pressure (without negative pressure) water supply equipment long time over the municipal pipe network water supply operation condition of water use in the user, because the regulating tank storage capacity is limited, can not guarantee the normal water use of users, as well as the municipal pipe network short water, be no water available to the problem, in order to make the equipment performance to be more perfect, the company in on the base of original technology developed a new generation of the network pressure superposed water supply equipment of BW (III) type pipe network pressure superposed (non negative) frequency conversion water supply equipment.

FAQ

Q: Where do I have to send pumps for service?

A: You must send them to the CNBM PUMP Service Point or, after contacting Customer Care, to the CNBM PUMP service center in China.

Q: Are your pumps acid-proofed?

A: To choose the right pumps for chemical applications, we do need further details on hydraulic operations as well as on the type, concentration and temperature of the liquid.

Q: Can your pumps mount Eff.1 motors

A: Currently, only on request though this will shortly be a CNBM standard.

Q: Are your pumps protected against dry running?

A: No, unprotected centrifugal pumps are not generally designed for dry running. It is important to give us or your dealer as much information as possible about the system in which the pump is used. Inlet pressure, the type of liquid to be pumped, together with relative density, viscosity and temperature, for example, are required in order to allow CNBM to recommend the right pump with the right gaskets for a long operating lifetime.

Q: How can I get trained on CNBM products?

A: Yes, we provide training courses in our factory (products, general and specific pump technology, hydraulics, and practical applications). Please consult your sales manager or get in touch with our headquarters for more information.

Q: Are your pumps cheaper than those of your competitors?

A: CNBM aims to give its customers the highest standards of quality and service and delivery times, all at a reasonable price.

Water Supply System with No Negative Pressure

Q: my basement flooded and the water came in contact with the wiring on my water pump. Now the pump tries to turn on but shuts off without pumping any water. How do i get my pump pumping water again?
sounds like the bearings locked up...best to replace it
Q: I'm planning to install a water pump using electric generator from a very long distance going up from a cliff
if it is powerful enough to power the pump then yes.
Q: I'm just wondering where I should buy my new water pump for my 2.2 cavalier? Auto zone, carquest, checker? Does it matter which one? Thanks
It does make a difference. Autozone and the other discount places carry cheap poorly made items. Go to NAPA.
Q: What is the difference between a High Flow Water Pump, Heavy Duty Water Pump or and Electrical Water Pump for a street rod? I have a 77 Camaro with around 410hp with the factory A/C. The Camaro is stock as body, frame and interior. I want to enjoy the car vs racing it. I would like to go on trips to visit family out of town which is around 300 miles and be able to drive the car with out having over heating problems.
the key to keeping a car cool isn't the size of rad but water flow and air flow.elec.are for race cars and cubic dollar cars stock works for me or aftermarket high flow.and good fan that pushes allot of air.
Q: i mean, the water that runs through the ground from rain and ends up in the pit in the basement,is it clean to drink in an emergency? live close to a public road where they salt for snow and ice, so do you suppose that is in the water?
yes, I would bet it is in the water. sump pump water is consider by the industry to be GRAY water. you don't want to drink it. if its an emergency, you could boil it, but not in w.v. if you are living there with this type of spill they incurred. even boiling that water will not work. better safe than sorry
Q: How long should it take a mechanic to replace a water pump on a 96 dodge intrepid ES with a 3.5L engine? I was given a estimate of 6 hours does it really take that long? at 100.00 a hour I'm not sure my car is worth fixing
YES! It's driven by the timing belt so make sure they replace that too! edit: everything bill b said is true.....but he's thinking of the 2.7 motor. not the 3.5. Thank you. Your welcome. The labor rate in my shop is $95.00 an hour. Most all basic jobs are rated into a labor time data log by auto manufactuers and used world wide! These labor times stand up in a court of law!!! If it calls for 6.0 hours of labor, and you know I charge $95 an hour, that's $570 plus parts. Some shops charge less per hour and use cheap parts and leave bolts out and your constantly having problems. Some try to charge 8.0 hours for a 6.0 job just to rip you off. Some shops never worked on one and some shops are on there 3rd set of special 3.5 cam holders for doing water pumps and timing belts if you know what I mean!! Always get on the phone and shop around. Call the dealer and ask for the labor time for a particular job if you feel the need to.
Q: i dont think that the water pump is out. i have a 88 evinrude outboard and the other day i noticed that the water was barley trickling out the hose. then it just stopped coming out the hose. it still comes out of the exhaust just fine. the motor is not get hot. is it ok if it still comes out the exhaust/ i will attemp to run a wire up in the hose to see if it is clogged later today. what do yous think
im guessing the impeller (in a rely of a pair days off) went undesirable, which isn't likely, no longer extremely all that no longer likely. how previous grow to be it? are you interior the habit of cranking the motor without water connected? the two holes are exhaust alleviation ports -- their function is to alleviate rigidity to facilitate commencing, which might fairly be made confusing by using backpressure on the underwater exhaust. lots of the water comes out down via the decrease unit, despite if it is common to be certain water popping out those ports.
Q: First I need to take off the belt, remove power steering pump, remove water pump bolts (the bolts are various length), remove water pump pulley (from old pump), install pulley on new pump, install new pump (with gasket and bolts in the right holes), install power steering pump, install belt. Is this the correct order? Can somebody throw any tips at me (somebody who has done it on this vehicle). It's a 2001 WJ with a 4L.

Q: It DID start after the Water Pump was put on. And i have not yet been able to detect a vacuum leak. The quot;whistling noiseseems consistent with RPMs, and the quot;dieseling(run-on) stopped in all but a rapid succession of 5 quick ~1-minute start/stops when the engine was fully warmed.. then it minorly ran-on.Could i be driving myself nuts over a Water Pump sound, and if it IS a Water Pump bearing, do i need a new Water Pump?1984 Chevy Camaro. 2.8 V6 carb'd 165,000 miles Auto.
one tell tale sign of a bad water pump bearing can be a sound like a jet engine, but there are other possibilities too, I take a 4 foot length of garden hose put one end on top of what ever bearing you want to check and stick the other end too your ear.a slight hum is a good bearing, noisy bearings are easy to diagnose this way. Just be careful, no loose clothing or long hair near spinning fan and belts, engine has to be running to hear bearing noises. As to the dieseling noises, this is your engine running backwards. this is extremely hard on an engine. Leave the car in gear then turn it off. if its a stick, put it in a high gear let the clutch out until motor stalls. However dieseling is usually related to timing and poor quality fuel. Change to chevron super unleaded, it has techron which will help clean out a dirty fuel system, your vehicle may have a out of time problem, and or tune up issues can cause this. get this fixed, the fuel milege will be a bit better, and your engine will not self destruct. If the noise is in the water pump then replace it. Sometimes a jet engine sound can also be present in the torque converter in a transmission (automatic only)
Q: We've changed the hoses, and thermostat for the radiator. It still leaks coolant but we can't find out where it's leaking from.
Most likely your water pump is bad and leaking out of the weep hole on the pump, a water pump has a hole in it so when it goes bad water will start to leak water out of it.,The water pump is going to be on one end of the engine behind the timing belt cover , you wont be able to see it without pulling the cover. On most of these small cars the timing belt runs around the water pump.
