Vertical Canned Motor Pump Product description
ZLG series canned motor pipeline mounted pumps are culmination of the advanced technology in the design and manufacture of canned motor pumps in the world, with the canned motor technology used into fluid transportation field. It is a latest product to adapt to the needs of domestic market.
The performance parameters of ZLG series canned motor pipeline mounted pumps comply with ISO2858, GB566.85 and JB/T6878.2-93. Featured by high generalization, reasonable structure, consistent performance, low noise and little vibration, it is an optimal substitute to the conventional horizontal centrifugal pumps and vertical pipeline mounted pumps.

Vertical Canned Motor Pump  Application
ZLG series conventional canned motor pipeline mounted pumps are used to handle clean water or other liquids similar to water in physical and chemical properties. The service temperature of medium shall not exceed 80 degrees. They are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and discharge, pressurized water supply in high-rise constructions, garden irrigation, pressurization in fire control, distant distance transportation, HVAC circulation, cold and hot water circulation pressurization in bathrooms, and used to match other equipments. They are especially suitable for conditions strict with vibration and noise control, such as underground pump station, air conditioning and refrigerating system etc.

Q:I was vacuuming up water from my basement I assumed was from the rain, suddenly water started spraying out of a blue pump at the base of my furnace, don't know what the pump does or why its spraying but its making an awful mess.
Blue pump, usually found on the floor near the furnace (sometimes mounted where plenum meets the furnace frame) is a condensate pump. One of the products of combustion is water. This water is drained from the ventor motor (a motor which runs and sets a artificial draft inside the combustion chamber) to a drain nearby or a electric pump which then pumps the water over a longer distance to a remote drain. If the pump's discharge outlet gets plugged from dirt the result is usually the mess you see. Remove the cover plate of the pump housing, clean it out and run a wire with a small rag attached as a snake through the tube to drain. There is usually some type of float switch inside the pump housing so make sure it is free to move. Check for operation by pouring some tap water in it and move the float switch to on (up) One final note and this is very important. If the pump or tube to drain is filled up with a crud that resembles paste, call your local trusted HVAC tech for furnace service. This condition can be an early sign of heat exchanger failure and is a major safety concern for your family
Q:I have a 2006 Mitsubishi Raider that I'm pretty sure needs a new water pump. It is still under warranty for another 1000 miles, but the nearest dealer is over 200 miles away, and Mitsubishi says they won't reimburse for work done at a non-Mitsubishi Dealer. I'm trying to figure out if the cost of just paying someone to have it done here in town versus having towed 200 miles and then driving it back, plus the lost cost of missed work.By the way my Mitsubishi Roadside Assistance will tow it to the nearest dealer for free, but last time I did that it was barely worth the hassle of dealing with their very poor contract towers.
Have you asked the dealer to send you the part at least? Call Mitsubishi and ask it that would be possible, you never know. You could send in the old pump and possibly get compensation. Keep your bills. Discuss it with them. Your dealer should provide you with the area Mitsubishi representatives contact information. The prices for those can be expensive. Ask the dealer, service dept, for the labour, how many hrs. to change the pump. They should tell you. Also for the cost of the pump. Add the two together and you have your ans. Join CAA, or AAA, get a gold card, wait two days for the card's towing to take effect, then have it towed in on the card. Done all the time. Or if you have a relative with a Gold card they can have it towed in as long as they are with the car with their card when the tow truck comes.
Q:i have a water leak near the water pump in my 1990 cadillac deville i replaced the water pump but it was remanufactured and a pipe on the back of the water pump can it be a heater core or should i buy a brand new one p.s. water leaks after it passes the radiator
this is why I do not buy remanufactured pumps, it is best to buy a new water pump if you can, it will last the lifetime of the car pretty much, remanufactured for what ever reason the water pumps just did not do the job, and I know my mechanic got tired of putting one on, only to have to take it off because it leaked, make sure the water pump is the problem though.
Q:How to measure the temperature of pump body?
Buy an infrared thermometer
Q:1998 BMW 328i : to replace water pump, thermostat and gaskets, brake flush, fuel system cleaning with tune up,drive belt for 90k serivce; totally how much bucks?thx a lot !
You will be lucky if you pay only $500. Plan on a GRAND...
Q:This was asked a year ago, so just wanted to see if there were any new answers for me. And any detail of how it can be a quot;do it yourselffix would be great. We are having major surge lately and the tanks pressure gauge reads 50 if that helps. Thanks!
I take it you live in the country. This happens to me all the time. My problem is caused by fire ants, I'm in tx. Those stupid things are attracted to the electricity for some reason and will swarm on the pressure switch and cause it to burn up or malfunction. Go look and see if you have any bugs on yours. If not, well then i dont know. Replace the switch and that will cure it. It is not hard, i have done it myself many times.
Q:What are the parameters of the pump price?
First, the brand, brand sound, the price needless to say, second, material, stainless steel and cast iron, of course, not the same priceThird, the size of the motor, the motor determines the parameters of the pump, not motor power, and also imports and domestic.
Q:The leak is in the same area as my water pump, but when I jacked my car up yesterday, I wasn't able see my water pump. It's a 99 Saturn SL1.With the leak, it leaks very slowly, and it only leaks about a few ounces of fluid at a time. It mostly only leaks when I start the engine while its cooled down, and it's leaking down the passenger side of my engine. If it was a bad water pump, would the antifreeze leak without stopping until all of the antifreeze is gone?
When the water pump seal fails it's either because the water pump bushing/bearing is bad or because someone was running straight water in the cooling system. Once a water pump starts to leak it needs to be replaced immediately. If you let it go it will start to leak more and faster as the seal deteriorates. You will spend more money topping up the system with antifreeze then to just fix it. The other thing that will happen is you will get caught as it fails completely and overheat the motor causing thousands in damages or at least need a tow which once again will cost more than replacing the water pump.
Q:My old pump burned up so i recently replaced it (with a refurbished pump) I have new pipe to the pump, new tank. my pump is a 1/2 hp 230v pump, I also replaced the control box. With my pump plugged in and the water coming straight out of the pipe bypassing the tank when I turn the power on I will get water for a minute or so then I won't get water for a minute. This will keep happening. I have checked the switch and when I quit getting water there is still power going to the pump. any suggestions or ideas? bad wiring or bad pump?...I know that there is water in thew well, the pump is located at 100 ft of a 115 ft well and i can see the water level about 10 ft underground.
Your problem may be in the wire feeding down to the pump, the pump starts to run, the torque of the motor turning causes the wire to twist and causes the break in the wire to spread and open the circuit. This stops the pump, pump settles back in to position and restarts, seen this happen a lot. Pull the pump and inspect the wire from top to bottom very carefully.
Q:i want details and requirement of it in water pump
