- Q: When I do a chest workout.. bench press, incline bench press, pec fly, it feels like the outside of my shoulders are being worked and not my pecs.I do my presses with dumbells. What might I be doing wrong?Thanks
- How old are you how long are your arms? Taller guys have issues with this, ignore the guy who said feel the weight You have my problem-powerful shoulders that take over. Try this for 3 weeks: cable crossover light weight 100 reps, then 3 sets of dumbbell presses heavy 6 to 8 reps, Incline 2 sets same deal heavy 6-8 reps and decline 1 set 6-8 all dumbbells. For week 4-6 pec dec 50 reps then Incline barbell wide grip 3 sets 6-8 barbell wide grip flat bench 2 sets 6-8 barbell wide grip decline 1 set 6-8. You will see growth from this if you are a shorter guy use a medium grip instead of wide. Also squeeze together like you are trying to shorten the bar for greater pec development.

- Leg press is only good if you squat. I will talk bad about it cause you seem like you care about how much you lift in whatplanet fitness? Squats Are a compound lift which work abdominals, quads, and hammies. Don't be a ***** and diss squats cause they're what gets the chicks 4 years powerlifting. 2 years bodybuilding and tracking macro nutrients. - I use my Foreman grill to make my veggie paninis. So, I'll say yes. I don't know what kind of sandwich you're making (in terms of fillings) you may need to add some weight in you have a big sandwich, but other than that, I would say yes.
- Q: Does the clean makeup and pressed powder work? I want to use their sensitive formula since I have the most sensitive skin ever and it's so cheap which is amazing for me. I can't spend a lot of money on makeup. I also am fairly yellow toned, so if it's a pink toned makeup I can't use it. You're thoughts, opinions and experiences would be highly appreciated. Thank you!
- hated it. comes out uneven and streaky and smells SO bad i cant even describe it omg. as for the powder, its alright. but doesnt do much. try the new cover girl 3 in 1 foundation, heard great reviews.
- Q: i think press wood is a rip off for the people that by's press wood furniture anyone agreas with me.
- Press wood as you call it might better known as particle board. It was invneted in the 50's due to a shortage of timber. in reality is well suited for aplications such as cabinets and vanities as well as furniture that is not moved much like a china hutch. It is actually a viable product and proably appears more often that you realize. not to mention it is cheap and easily made from the scraps of timber that would other wise be thrown away.
- Q: can i press charges on someone who was harassing me through facebook? This person wasn't really saying anything mean to me...he was just apologizing for something that he had done and kept insisting me to forgive him.. nically, it is harassing I did a police report on June 1, 2011 and they asked if I wanted to press charges, but i said no, not at this time.The last message i received from this person was on may 22nd, 2011 saying that he was gonna leave me alone since i never responded to his messages. Im wondering, can i press charges now if i wanted to?

- Q: I have seen videos of eye shadow being pressed with alcohol put can you do the same thing with other powders? i.e. concealer, foundation
- basically keep them of their own case interior yet another air tight field and in a funky, dark, dry place (like a drawer). high priced eye shadow is many times remarkable high quality and made with good ingredients so beginning the case as quickly as an afternoon or so for some seconds won't in any respect injury the feel or make it crack. :)
- Q: I'm trying to work out my chest, but bench pressing isn't really option. I like to exercise on my own because I can work at my own pace. I know you technically can bench press without a spotter but I never feel safe doing it, I just don't have the coordination and it's really wobbly. Any common machine exercises or something else I can do for my chest that's as effective as bench pressing?
