- If you are looking for a makeup job then yes its a waste of money. If you are looking for performance then its the only way to go. I have a full Akrapovic system on my R6, and of course I needed the power commander with it, and I have never once regreted it.

- It is most likely condensation from the heater control box. All vehicles that have a heater and ac, use a heater control box that houses the heater core and the ac evaporator. On the engine side of the firewall is a weep hole. It is usually just a rubber elbow at the lowest spot of the heater box. This is there to allow condensation to escape from the heater control box as moisture is being removed from the passenger compartment. This is more visible in cold conditions when the defroster is being used. In defrost mode the ac system is used to remove that moisture. Hope this helps. Christopher

- you should be able to do it yourself, although you may need an acetelyn torch to heat and remove old exhaus

- It doesnt do jack on HP if you remove the cat or make it any louder there is reasons why its there, also dont put a fart cannon on the exsuast. Go on youtube and type it 02 celica and just about all of them have em. Get a real toyota or pro toyota system with the proper headers, also invest in a GOOD turbo charger it is worth the cash if your gonna improve parts. Just dont R.I.C.E it or its just gonna be a loud cookie cutter 4 banger.

- I wouldn't suggest getting a Cai because of the risk of sucking in water, and if you want to upgrade to a front mount intercooler down the road you would need a short ram. With that said, you shouldn't run any aftermarket intake on a 2009 without some type of reflash or tune. For the exhaust, if price is no problem check out the exhausts from hks. I'm not sure if they make the carbon titanium exhaust for the 09 but if they do, that's one of the better exhausts you can buy. Now back to the reflash/tune issue. If you just plan on going catback you'll be okay, but if you want to go turboback, were getting back to the issue of doing more harm then good without sometype of reflash at the least. Plus if you really want to make any power with bolt on parts (not that a catback byitself will do much) you really need to reflash your ecu or get a tune. Get something like an accesport, and you'll actually get performance gains from your bolt-ons.

- the entire component of having a extra effective exhaust is to launch back stress. hondas are made for horsepower and not torque so merely purchase a cat back exhaust with tremendous diameter exhaust piping.
