Charicteristics of CAM rotor water pump

self priming diesel engine pump

1.  As it has the function of self priming, no foot valve is needed, you only need to inject water into pump in first time.

2.  it has a compact structure, easy to ues and maintain.

 split case diesel water pump

  1. it has a wide flow range, runs smoothly, there is little fluctuation on flow and pressure

  2. simple transmission mechanism

  3. smaller size, less components and size.

CAM rotor water pump

  1. long life span

  2. reliable, less failure, better sealed and low noise.

  3. applicable for liquid with viscosity below 20000CP and liquid with particles.

  4. able to transmit mixture of air, solid, liquid.

multi stage diesel engine pump

  1. endurable for high pressure

  2. small flow(18-155cbm/hour), big head( as large as 270m)

mix flow diesel engine pump

it has a wide flow range as large as 3400cbm/hour.

if the inlet or out let of pump is larger than 200mm, it will be very diffult to transport and assemble the pipe and PVC tape, so we use converter on the pump, then, when you purchase a pump with 500mm inlet or outlet, you can assemble 150mm or 200mm size pipes on the pump set.

its another advantage is, you can pump water at one place and distribute the water to different places, below is engneering case for this part:

Q: A pump parameter is the maximum flow per hour 960L, followed by the standard flow of 480 what do you mean?
According to my estimate, a pump has the best working point, then this standard flow I think should refer to the best working point, that is to say you want to flow 480l/h, choose this pump is best
Q: I have a 1969 Chrysler with a new 3 core radiator. It still has the stock water pump and I am wondering if a high volume pump would make it run cooler at higher speeds. It runs hotter when you get off the freeway. I have flushed the system and installed a new thermostat. I also replaced the fan clutch. I am at a loss of why it still runs warmer than the 180* thermostat.
maybe the fan is too far away from the radiator to efficiency pull the air at slow speed. They sell spacers.
Q: One repair shop on the phone says I will need new water pump, coolant flush and *850.00. On the other hand the dealer says I may need tow other drive belts (alternator +). Second dealer says I may need a water pump! I do not wish to get stuck with extra costs! any one with experience?
On a 10 year-old car, if those parts have never been changed, then it's a good time to do it. The alternator and other belts have to come off to do the timing belt. The water pump is in there, too. When it fails, then the same parts you're just having replaced have to be removed to replace it. The incremental cost to replace the belts and water pump when you're replacing a timing belt is little more than the parts themselves. It's relatively cheap insurance against additional expense in the future. Finally, if the water pump is being replaced, the coolant has to be drained anyway. If the coolant is more than 3 years old, flushing/replacing it is recommended anyway. Just be sure that the shop isn't billing you the book time for each of these jobs individually. By doing it all together they have significant time (and cost) savings.
Q: I have a 94 Mazda b2300 it was working great last week then all the sudden it started making a knocking sound and started to overheat! Its still drivable but it overheats if i go far! A friend told me it can be the Water Pump so i put a new one, I was told it can be the Thermostat so i had a new one put in. It worked for awhile but began overheating again. My truck is my livelihood so its important i get it fixed! I cant afford a mechanic but just asking to see if anyone knows what it could possibly be? It catches good and the engine sounds strong but it keeps overheating!
Your friends and Kirk don't seem to be working for you. The knocking sound has me concerned and I'm not sure how it plays into the overheating. First the antifreeze level? After the water pump and thermostat you should have bled the air out of the system. Don't think you can fill the reservoir tank and it will be okay. Take the cap off the radiator to confirm it is full. Next is the fan. If it is electric you need to make sure it is working if it is belt driven you need to grab the blade and give it a push, it should not spin free and should only go about one blade past where you pushed it. Engine off for that one please. Next the radiator it self. Make sure the fins and not blocked and air can move through them.
Q: Power went out of my house and we just had it restored, though now the water is no longer running. We called the people who installed our pump and they told us they would need to dig up the well which is going to cost $1500. However i remember a time before where this happened and all we needed to was reset the switch. Do you think these ppl are trying to get me for my money? Does anyone know if there is a less expensive way?
What i don't understand is how they could know that they needed to dig up the well BEFORE they got there to troubleshoot it. They need to know circuits aren't tripped which easily could have happened if the well was running when the power went out, or if the power came back on......and the well pump just ran and ran without prime ( Without water running through it) So I would check the breakers or fuses first.......and call a second opinion, it doesn't seem right for them to quote you over the phone like that. Could be as simple as the well lost its prime.
Q: my car ran hot a few times, its a 2006 chevy impala LS with about 50k miles.I do alot of driving but never had a problem until now. I took it to get an oil change and they said that I need a new water pump. I really dont know what that means but im afraid to drive my car until i get a new pump. i called around a few auto places and no one has the part. I called the chevy dealer and they said part and labor is $600. any suggestions of other places i can check for the part? can i still drive my car in the mean time? is it safe?are water pumps usually that expensive?

Q: We had to have our well pump replaced yesterday, how long before the well settles down, and the water tastes like it used to?The company who replaced the pump told us when changing a pump it disturbs the well, and it would take time for everything to settle back into place. Thank you in advance for any and all suggestions.
It will take a few days, you need to get a filtration system installed too. No matter what you need good filters in your pump house.
Q: In the design specifications, for example, the water pump requirement is two. What does that mean? Can 3 pumps be opened at once?
May not。1, the system is designed according to 2+1, 1 standby, only redundant backup of important equipment, not included in the running load.2, higher power distribution only provides 2 (maximum operating conditions) equipment rated operating power capacity (slightly margin, but limited).3, a single 160KW motor rated current is about 300A, 185 cable can only be used for the 1 pumps (with 2 units, and has overload) 630A circuit breaker is the frame level, if the current setting value is 630, it should be the main power switch (single pump with 400A circuit breaker, setting a value of 315 or 350A).4, if the 630A as the main switch to provide 2 pump power, has been close to full load (third pumps can not be added).5, water pipeline system, although not what caused the problem, but the water flow rate, flow rate of 2 pump operation should be in the ideal range, adding third pumps (the premise is to ensure the power supply) will make the water flow velocity is too large, in non ideal conditions. Conclusion: this method is inadvisable. If necessary, modify the original system, change to 3+1 mode, and change the line and circuit.
Q: i have a significant stream of water running out of the coolant return side of the engine under the coolant pipe on a 1997 caravan i will lose a gallon and then it stops until the engine heats up and of course more comes out with expansion
1st off, without proper diagnostics you cannot get a proper repair...with that being said... 2nd, I would definately say you have a water pump problem, but all is not lost. Keep 2-3 gallons of water in the back and you'll be fine, 3rd, take it to a repair shop that has the experience necessary to repair your problem. the 3.0 v6's are not easy to work on. To replace the water pump you almost need to take the engine out( at least that would be easier) along with the r/f tire. Best way is to put the vehicle on a lift. My advice...take to a shop. Good luck and hope this helps
Q: We have a low area in our back yard. The previous owner had a pump installed. The flow switch is in the ground at the lowest point of the yard. The actual pump is 2 feet or so, higher up. We have not had to use it much. But last week, when we have the big storm, it stopped working. It some how worked again, but pumping a lot slower, then it stop pumping again. With this pump, I had to add water to get it primed. The last time I try to add water, the water drains instantly. Any one how what could be wrong with it? It was suggest a seal was broken. Thanks for your help.
If you say that the pump is 2 feet higher you must have a hose onthe suction side of the pump it probably has a foot valve on the end of the hose it must be hung open thats why when you try to prime the the the water flows thru check to see if there is any debris holding the check valve open if there is clean it out close the valve prime with water and try to pump
