I live in a mobile, and my floors are very stable as is. The flooring I installed was on Concrete. It was treated 2 x 4's cushioned, specific to what a dance floor should be in FLEX. Is water ok?: Use a spray bottle with just water on the fine mist setting, hold sprayer 4 feet from floor and spray a wide path ,then mop with clean heavy terry cloth towel ...this can be done just by putting the towel on the floor then mop head on top of towel.. tten is best and won't ruin the shine... FYI this is the old way of doing it...and the floors will last 20 years or more this way.
