SLD single-suction multi-stage sectional-type centrifugal pump is used to transport the pure water containing no solid grains and the liquid with both physical and chemical natures similar to those of pure water, the temperature of the liquid is not over 80 ,suitable for water supply and drainage in mines, factories and cities.
Note: Use an explosion-proof motorwhen used in a coal well.
This series pump comply with the standards of GB/T3216 and GB/T5657.

Pump structure
Model SLD pump consists of four parts, stator, rotor, bearing and shaft seal:
1.Stator consists of inlet, middle and outlet sections and the guide vane etc., with the take-up bolt tightly clamping all sections to form a working room. The inlet of it stands horizontally while the outlet vertically upward.
2.Rotor consists of the shaft, impeller, balancing disk and muff etc., the shaft passes the power to the impeller to have it work; the balancing disk balances the axial force; and replaceable muff is mounted on both sides of the shaft to protect it.
3.There are rolling and sliding bearings:The rolling bearing consists of bearing seat, bearing and bearing gland and uses grease for lubrication.The sliding bearing consists of bearing body and cover,liner, dust-proof disk, oil leveller, oil throwing ring etc., and uses thinned oil for lubrication.
4. The shaft is sealed with stuffing and the shaft seal consists of the sealing contents, stuffing, baffle. The liquid in the sealing work-room functions water-sealing, watercooling and water lubricating and the water for watersealing comes from the pressure water inside of the pump.Mechanical seal can also be used upon the requirement of client.
In addition, the pump is directly actuated by the prime mover through the elastic clutch and, viewing from the prime mover, moves CW.
- Q: I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna and it has 80k+ miles on it. I guess it is the drive belt that is making the noise and I decide to have it changed. I can have the timing belt changed too because it is due at 90k miles. The dealer guy told me that I should also have the water pump changed too because of 2 reasons:1. the new timing belt will cause pressure to the old water pump. If not changed, it will leak in weeks.2. it is cheaper to do it altogether.Without changing the water pump, it would cost about $300.All would cost $1000+.My friend who also has a Sienna that has more miles on it, told me that he did not have to change the water pump.Your advice about the water pump is?
- When I change timing belts, I don't change water pumps. Since I do my own maintenance, I'm willing to spend another 4-5 hours tearing things apart to change the water pump if it subsequently fails. If I were paying a shop to do it, I'd have all the work done. Since the water pump is a moving part with bearing, its going to fail. Will it fail at 80k or 180k? Hard to tell. If you're willing to take the chance that it won't fail and are willing to pay the extra money to take it all apart again if it does, then don't change it. A better way to think of it might be in terms of how long you plan to own the vehicle. If you want to keep driving it another 100k miles, then I'd change it out now, if you plan on selling/trading it in in a couple more years, guess I'd be more inclined to skip it. Hope this helps.

- You said water pump so i am going to assume your on a well. pumps range in price from $400-$1200. depending how deep the well is.Then you have the charge for pulling the pump, scince you have the expensive part done I would replace the rotten old well pipe and pump cable.by the time your done your looking at a bill from $900.00 to $2000.00. sorry. before you jump into replacing the pump I would contact a well drilling company that also installs pumps.We know about pumps and pressure tanks than ANY stupid plumber.

- I have a well. When the pump is running I can hear it. If you've ever heard your pump running before and you don't now, then it's not running for some reason. Check circuit breaker first.

- this is not that big a deal, this engine is 3/4 ths of a chevy sbc 305, which is basically the same as small block chevys from 1955 forward-the good thing is that this can be done quite easily in the car, just remember this engine has a serp belt, so take note of where the belts go and how the pulleys are aligned with all the accessories. DO NOT break the seal on the a/c unit, just take off the compressor and set it to the side, same with the power steering and alt. Once you get through the pulley system, just remove 4 bolts on the front of the pump, remove it, you have already drained the coolant, and keep it, either reuse it or dispose of properly, remove the pump, and clean off the old gaskets from the front of the engine block. Take the old pump with you, get one that is the exact same as the one you took off-do not allow the old pump to be taken by the parts store, buy an all new unit, not a rebuilt, and keep your old one until the new one is installed and functions properly-I know, I am probably overly protective, but many times I have brought home what appeared to be the correct pump, and it did not work, then I did not have my old one to look at to see exactly what i needed...good luck, as far as the paint, well, use a solvent to soften whatever is stuck to the paint, if it in fact is concrete, not cement as that is the powder that concrete is made from, then try a little vinegar, it is slightly acidic, will dissolve the concrete, and the spot can be removed gently, hopefully without chipping the pain-here is the good news, concrete does not chemically bond with paint, so you should have no problem...good luck, be careful.
- Q: how to change a water pump on a 99 ford tauras?
- Removal Disconnect battery ground cable . Drain engine cooling system. Loosen four water pump pulley retaining bolts while drive belts are still tight. Remove drive belt . Remove the drive belt tensioner. Disconnect and remove heater water hose from water pump. Remove engine control sensor wiring from locating stud bolt. Remove 11 water pump to engine retaining bolts. Lift water pump and water pump pulley up and out of vehicle. Installation CAUTION: Use care when scraping as aluminum gouges easily which may form leak paths. NOTE: Lightly oil all bolt and stud bolt threads with Motor Oil before installation except those specifying special sealant. Clean gasket surfaces on water pump and engine front cover. Position a new water pump housing gasket on water pump sealing surface using Gasket and Trim Adhesive or equivalent to hold the water pump housing gasket in place. NOTE: Apply Pipe Sealant with Teflon ? to bolt No. 3 (as illustrated) prior to installation. With water pump pulley loosely positioned on water pump hub, align water pump to engine front cover and install retaining bolts. Tighten retaining bolts as follows: No. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 to 20-30 Nm (15 -22 lb-ft). No. 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 to 8-12 Nm (71-106 lb-in). Install engine control sensor wiring to locating stud bolt (FFV only). Hand-tighten water pump pulley retaining bolts. Install drive belt tensioner . Install the drive belt Tighten water pump pulley retaining bolts to 20-30 Nm (15-22 lb-ft). Install heater water hose . Clamp securely. Fill and bleed engine cooling system. Connect battery ground cable . Start engine and check for coolant and oil leaks.
- Q: I think my water pump has crapped out on my 1997 Jeep Cherokee. - Remove the timming belt.? no!! Its really an easy fix. You will have to remove you fan belts and the fan itself. Then walla!
