Mainly for chemical or petrol chemical area
Refinery or steel plant
Power plant
Making of paper, pulp, pharmacy, food, sugar etc.
Refinery
Petrochemical industry
Coal processing industry and low temperature projects
For transferring:
Inorganic acid and organic acid in different temperature and content, like sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid etc.
Alkaline solutions like sodium hydroxide solutions and sodium carbonate solutions etc in different temperature and content.
Various kinds of salt solution.
Different liquid petro-chemical products, organic compounds, and other corrosive materials and products.
At present, corrosion-proof materials can meet all above requirements. Once acquirement, users should give detailed information of transferred liquid.

Q:I just bought a 1997 Honda Civic, done about 85k. There is no record of the timing belt having ever been changed so I want to get this done as a priority. My usual mechanic can't do it for a month due to other commitments so I have been ringing round for quotes, and generally these have all been to change the belt quot;plus the kit- which makes sense, change the lot while you are in there.Surprisingly, the cheapest quote I have had was from my local Honda dealer, however, they have said this is for the belt only as they don't change the tensioner/water pump on this model. Are they full of it? I'm not sure whether to take this as expertise from the car's manufacturer or total BS from some chancer trying to make money from us having to come back when other things go wrong!
Dealers are notorious for just replacing exactly what needs replacing. They will replace the belt, then six months later the water pump will go out, or the tensioner will start making noise, and neither will be covered under warranty of the original repair. Change all wearing items when you change the belt, and you won't have any problems in that area for years.
Q:Ok, so I was driving the other day when I heard this quot;clunksound...my AC went out (stopped blowing cold), and power steering went out. I pulled over and one of the wheels where the serpentine belt goes on was off and obviously the belt was off too. I got it towed to a shop where they showed me I needed a new belt - it was ripped, and told me I need a new water pump...all together a 400 dollar job after labor and parts. I was hoping I would just need a new belt and they could bolt back on the wheel...From a chic standpoint, this seemed logical. I know nothing about cars and I'm always very skeptical when I take my car anywhere to get it worked on bc I could be told anything and wouldn't know the difference...Has anyone had a similar experience or does this sound like the problem? I have a 07 honda civic...around 80,000 miles.
Price about right around $200.00 for all parts including new coolant.Plus labor. But a suggestion Honda had a recall on bad water pump pulleys in 06 maybe yours is covered under recall. Get vin number and call them, may get done for free, wouldn't hurt to ask. They'll need vin number and production date. If not a free job get estimate on repair from them to see if close to other one. Mileage doesn't matter if on recall list.
Q:A direct type pump model with the coupling type, what is the difference?
The direct type shall be the same shaft of the pump and the motor, and the connecting shaft is a pump and the motor shall be 2 shafts, and shall be connected by a shaft coupling.
Q:I have a leak on the front of the engine by the timing belt housing coming out of a small hole by the alternator. I assume it is a leaking water pump. How do to go about changing the water pump?Short clip of actual leak coming from the hole by the alternator and under the timing belt housing
water pump is timing belt driven, so you have to pull all of the belts off, the timing belt cover and that belt also. if that belt has not been replaced in 80,000 miles. you want to do that. i had a 93 civic and a 90 civic that i did the belt and pump in at 230,000 miles. it takes a little time but it is not that bad. the harmonic balancer has to come off for the timing belt also.
Q:My car is Grand Marquis. I want to remove the water pump. After removing all the bolts on the water pump, it is still there. I tried to hammer it in order to loose it, but it is still there. I use long tool to lever it off, but it is still there. I even break the corners of the water pump, but it is still there. PB Blaster is used, but useless. I am helpless. Can you help me?
Lock down the pulley so it may no longer turn. eliminate the three bolts by skill of turning them counter-clockwise. Use a six factor field wrech to cut back threat of rounding off the bolt head.
Q:I have built my own spray rig to water some stock and tanks and a garden. It is a 330 gallon tank and has a spout at the bottom that i am going to connect a multi purpose pump to. My question is what size pump would i need? I have been looking at Atwoods and Tractor Supply and have seen some 2.1 GPM and a 5 GPM pumps i just don't know which would best suit me. i am planning on having the tank on the trailor and running water hose to a sprinkler or two. I would like to know how man sprinklers are possible on this type of system and still keep good pressure. Thanks for any answers.
It all depends on the size hose you will be using. Anything under a 1 inch will not work well. The pumps you listed are not going to do the job. I can pee more than 5 gals in a minute...lol You need to look into pool pumps and a 3/4hp might do. You will have to reduse from 1 1/2 in to the one inch. Just don't use under one inch. Good luck!
Q:Water pump located on the ground floor of our 10 story building is leaking and therefore it is constantly running and spilling water into the parking lot. Therefore, a plumber shut the water pump off and opened a bypass valve. After we shut off water pump all units still have good water pressure so why do we need to replace water pump? When water pump is on the incoming city water gauge reads 60psi and the gauge measuring the water shooting up into the building reads 80psi. Now both gauges read zero. How can water coming from the city at 60psi travel all the way to the 10th floor without a boost? I do not understand what is happening.

Q:okay i observed and found out my water pump is leaking from a hole in it. after doing research i am told this is where it usually is suppose to leak from. anyway i read instructions for my car(92 fwd celica) and they say people have to remove the fan or something. my pump is under my alternator so i dk what fan they speak of. the only fan i see is by my radiator. all i see is remove the alternator(did it before) and remove the pump. is this correct. help.
if okorder and type in your car info could get a how to do it if you type in and add video to end of lik ehow to replace water pump toyota video might find done you shouldnt have to remove fan just the belt an da few bolts
Q:Mechanic really could not locate the origin of the leak but says the water pump needs to be replaced and says it's a lot of work and would cost $350. How can the origin of the leak be determined. He used a pump and raised the pressure on the radiator but that didn't reveal anything either. Please help.
Water pumps should be replaced every 60K miles and the timing belt should be done at the same time. If your water pump hasn't been replaced in that long or longer I'd blame it having shaft play for your leak. The water pump is in the same area as the belts so it's definitely the most likely culprit.
Q:I drive a 1995 Acura integra ls model I'm mechanically inclined just not enough to do a headgasket (more patience wise) my car loses coolant once in every 3 weeks it starts to over heat. I don't have white smoke coming out of the exhaust or milky oil. Everything else runs smooth on my car. I've head it pressure tested and every thing else checks out so I'm kind of lost. All hoses are fine and not leaking and there is no coolant leaks showing up on the ground. Any ideas?
Have you checked for coolant inside the car ? it could be the heater core or you may have a small leak at a hose that burns off before you can find it.
