- Q:I am looking to get into reloading. What brand press should I get? I want a press that will do it all, prime, re-size etc. Also is it better to get a full kit or build my own from different manufacturers like say and RCBS press, Lyman scale, and Lee dies etc. Please help.
- LEE would be good for a beginner to learn with, making several hundreds of rounds. RCBS would be good for a more advanced reloader similar to the LEE but the presses are heavier duty. Dillon would be for the more advance reloader that is thinking of producing several hundred to thousands of rounds. All have kits that will cover most of your needs for the caliber that you are reloading. some more expensive than others. All their dies have their particular traits and all will fit whatever press you use. Some presses use shell holders others have shell plates. Some are single stage and others are progressive. You have to decide what your requirements are and how much you are going to reload and in which calibers are you planning on reloading.
- Q:I'm 16 years old i weigh 170 lbs and my max bench press is 145 lbs i would like to get up to at least 170 lbs by at least a couple of weeks what workout plan would help to quickly increase my max bench press?i also do take protein shakes but i have not seen much results from them
- Get a strong spotter. And do the heaviest weights you can possibly bench. Even if it means only doing one rep. Get in the rep, and take a break. This causes you to strain and push your muscles to their max. It makes more tissue tear, but when it repairs/heals, you will have bigger and stronger muscles. But I must say, don't get too carried away because it can be very risky.
- Q:Is the press ever permanent?
- Permanent - press is a marketing term. A more accurate description would be somewhat - wrinkle - resistant - while - the - garment - is - relatively - new... but that wouldn't fit on labels very easily :p :p :p
- Q:i'm 5ft8 and weights 185 and i am 17 male. when i was about 170~175 pound last time i remember doing 4~5 reps of 185 pound bench press. i regulary benched 6~8 reps of 135 pound. is it bad?and i haven't go to the gym for long time because i really don't have time to go there right now. how much weight do i need to bench at my weight? and i saw some skinny guy can bench more than me.. how can guy who is smaller than be can bench more?

- Overhead pressing your bodyweight is rather impressive and certainly not average. Overhead press is typically 50-60% of your flat bench press weight.

- I work in sports TV and I've never heard that term. Do you mean press release? Media Guide? A press release is a fax/e-mail sent by the media relations department to the press. It's usually an announcement that they want the media to cover or it's a a generic statement if there's some sort of controversy. Most of the time, these releases are posted on team's websites. They're usually not that informative. A media guide is a book with stats, rosters, bios, and any other information that will make the media's job a little easier. Again, most teams are posting these on their website and anyone can access them. They're not all that interesting unless you're a stats junky.

- move your dies to the dillon press. All standard dies have threads that fit into the standard threads found in all reloading press frames. If you dont know what they are...one of those dies is a de-capper/case sizer... a bullet seater die and a 3rd die for setting the crimp. The basic adjustment for all dies in the frame is determined by turning the die body in it's treaded hole... testing for results and setting a lock ring when the height of the die in the frame is correct. Read the Dillon manual if you dont know how to set up a die set. All die sets have some information also. everything else you need to know is found in a reloaders data manual for the caliber your working with
- Q:I'm 16 I weight 9 stone 6 pounds how many press ups and reps should I do to get a bigger chest?
- Pushups or press ups are a calisthenic exercise and mosts people can rapidly improve to the point that they can churn out lots of repetitions. In which case there is no longer enough resistance going on to allow you to get a bigger chest. If you want to increase muscular size, you need to do progressive resistance exercise...Weight lifting where you can constantly increase the weight as you grow stronger. Updog is right in that you may become more defined, but that's about it....

- you cant press charges for malestation becuase they are both of leagal age, but you can press charges for rape, if the guy raped her i dont know why people are saying its molestation, because that is when an older person forcfully has sex with a MINOR idiots, rape is when one person of leagal age forces another person of leagal age to have sex
