- Q: I am a 20 y/o male ectomorph body type 130 lbs 5'7. I have been working out for about 2 years but probably only started getting serious with compound exercises with high weight, low reps, for about 2 months.I have already seen alot of improvements by doing more compound exercises vs isolated ones. I do squats, deadlifts, clean and press, dips, chin ups, etc, but when it comes to the bench press.... I just feel flat out weak. I am doing 5x5 for my sets/reps. I can only put a 45 on the bar and barely get it up 5 full reps. It's been like this for awhile. I feel strong everywhere else but for some reason, my bench is weak and my chest shows it.Any recommendations?

- Q: i'm training for a profootball combine i want to get my 225 bench press stronger
- You're front deltoid is very important for bechpress. Work on shoulder presses and incline bench. Working the secondary muscles is very important. Also try heavier weight w/ only a few reps[so 225 doesn't feel heavy] Make sure you have a spotter. Use negetive reps where your partner helps you lift the weight but you let it down yourself very slowly this will strenghten the other muscles needed to benchpress more. But you only want to do this every 3 or 4 workouts its hard on your muscles and your body will need time to heal. Try 315lbs to start. Then to get in use to alot of reps use about 175 as many times as you can to get your muscles in use to alot of reps. When I was in highschool I did this and at 235lbs I benched 225 lbs. 41 times.

- In a Domestic Violence situtation, witnesses are not needed to press a charge. If your ex claims you attempted to run him over with a car and he presses the charge, a warrent for your arrest will be issued. Basically, at this point, it turns into a He said, she said situation in court. Best advice and only thought here is to call the Police Department and find out if he has pressed the charge. If so, make arrangements to turn yourself in and deal with it. In either case, and this is not any kind of advice, I would seriously get as far from him as possible for life. Even if he did not press a charge now, next time he gets upset with you, he more than likely will. Best of luck and I hope this is useful

- Rimmel has a great pressed, but I can't remember the name. Also, Sonia Kashuk at Target has the best powder I have ever used. It's all I use now. It's loose powder with a powder puff, but it goes on so much better than pressed. You can't notice the make up once it's applied. I've been using my brightening powder for over a year now, and I still am.

- you might look at some of the Lee stuff. Personally, I would forget the kit idea and just buy the individual pieces that I need. You could also check EBay or an auction site like that. People at Gun Broker or auction Arms are usually selling pieces of their reloading equipment because they have upgraded recently.
