Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

- Q: I wear concealer, (When I need it) mascara, brown eyeliner, light eye-shadows, blush, and lip-gloss. I was thinking about wearing pressed powder. What is your opinion, should I?
- It probably wouldn't hurt to try it. If your skin is a little bit oily your could try it. But if it is more on the dry side I don't know that I would use it, the powder can cling to any dry patches and make it more noticeable. I've used Cover Girl pressed powder and I liked it. Just make sure you get a shade that matches your skin. It might look a little weird if it is too dark or too light for your skin. You want it to look like your don't have any powder on. If it's too dark, people can tell that it doesn't match the rest of your skin, if it is too light it might make you look a little ghostly! Hope it helps!!
- Q: permanent press cycle
- It means it washes it for a shorter time and at a medium agitation level. Not as short or as low as for delicates, but shorter and lower than for regular. The reason for this is that too much agitation or agitation for too long a period of time can place to much stress on the permanent press fabric and cause it to then wrinkle, or wrinkle more than it otherwise would.
- Q: My uncle used to be a body builder and remains as a very fit person at the age of 57. He is getting me into lifting and I am buying a ez curl bar and dumbell weight set with collars (so useful) and I am wondering if I put a mat down on my basement floor if I could floor press with an ez curl bar? What would this exercise target and how do I specifically do it? Is it safe to do solo?
- Why don't you ask your Uncle? Yes, you can press with an EZ curl bar but you'll want to keep your grip wide, beyond the bends in the bar. You can also press with dumbells..and you can do flys with them as well. Only you can know how safe it is. I can't know how you're training, so I can help you with safety. Just be careful and see if you can get a bench. You're going to need one. Good luck and good health!! ?
- Q: What are the benefits/results of both of these bench press'?As i'm not quite sure which one to do.
- The incline bench press will focus more on the upper pec region whereas the flat bench will focus on greatly on the mid portion. You should include both in your workouts but not in the same workout. Steve Reeves alternated Flat/Incline every 3 months. Also, though you should include dips or decline bench press to define the lower pec line. A more effective bench press is done by bringing your legs off the floor with your knees against your stomach. Then bring the bar down to your neck or clavicle. This takes your legs out of the motion and puts the bar out of line with the deltiod thus hitting the pec more completely. You'll have to lower your weight a lot though.
- Q: I'm thinking of getting my dad a french press, but am afraid he'll have to get all new coffee grounds since I read they require coarser grinds. Is that true? He has so many other coffee already ground up for his drip coffee maker. Thanks.
- yeah, supposed to be coarser ground than for drip machines. It is way better flavor-wise to grind fresh for each brew. If your dad doesn't have a coffee grinder and you buy your coffee at Starbucks, they can grind it specially for your specific machine.
- Q: I weigh about 225 and I Bench Press 250 which I know is over my weight and is supposed to be good but is that really good for a 17 year old?
- I was on the power lifting team in high school and was in the 101 weight class and benched 145. So I think that you are doing good. My advice to you would be to do more strength training with lighter weight that way you can lift the heavier weights with ease. try to do anywhere from 55-65% of your 1 rep max, 3-4 sets fo 12-15 reps. this should help you on your ballistic power as well as overall strength. Lifting lighter weights is not just for toning but is also for building strength. Lifting heavier, as you already know is more for building mass.also make sure not to drop below 90- degrees when performing any kind of press or fly moves. The reason being is that you have a small muscles called the superspinatus muscle that is the size of your pinky. when you drop below 90-degrees you put and undo amount of stress on that small muscle to try to lift 250, all you are doing is stressing it and once yo stress it enough you will eventually snap it and you will not be able to do bench press for a while. This is the leading cause of most shoulder injuries because people are not aware of what they are asking that muscle to do. you can strengthen this area by doing rotary cuff exercises with no more than 5 lb. weights.
- Q: my girlfriends ex-boyfriend rammed in to the side of my car with his car while me and my gf were in it, we called the cops and they came and took a report and later arrested him, now my gf and his mom are asking me not to press charges and that his mom wants to get him help (its a mess cause they have a kid together) what should I do? even if i don't press charges wont he still be tried and given a sentence? since he used his car as a weapon. how long will he get?
- he has a right to confront any witnesses formed against him..that being said if you don't show up to say yes he did this or anyone else..his charges will more than likely be dismissed..it would be up to the state to prove beyond a reasonable he is guilty..meaning the prosecutor would need you to corroborate the events that took place..the prosecutor will try to threaten you with contempt if you don't appear..a scare tactic..you are a victim and its illegal to victimize a victim more than has already occurred..however you can speak to his lawyer not him directly..and let his lawyer know he needs some type of counseling and you would feel better knowing the court is monitoring..so if he is charged with a felony you would like that dropped to a misdemeanor and some counseling..to ensure his behavior changes...

- PCC (Press Complaints Commission) It isn't proactive, i.e. it doesn't monitor the press as such - it just adjudicates on complaints that are received.
- Q: Is there any kits out there that include everything, but a press. I already have a used pressed, but I would like the buy the rest of the stuff as a kit.
- Check out Lee. They dont offer a set without a press, but an extra press sure makes reloading easier and faster. I have 2 single stage presses that I use at the same time to reload. I would recommend getting a set with another press and mount it next to your other press. When you load, you can do more in less time. I can easily put out 100 rounds per hour with two presses. If I push it, I can do 200. Just a little something for you to consider.
