I took off..( I DID NOT TRY RUNNING HIM OVER) i called him 10 mins later and he kept asking me the same thing, why did u try and run me over and i kept saying wtf are u talking about. he first told me he called the cops,. then said he didnt...later that evening he told me he did and that the cop was there the whole time on speaker, but he todl the cops he didnt want to press charges. he has no proof nor any witnesses. did they have to fill out a police report if he isn't pressing charges or can the cops still come after me? any information would be great, thanks!
In a Domestic Violence situtation, witnesses are not needed to press a charge. If your ex claims you attempted to run him over with a car and he presses the charge, a warrent for your arrest will be issued. Basically, at this point, it turns into a He said, she said situation in court. Best advice and only thought here is to call the Police Department and find out if he has pressed the charge. Q: I am a little over 21 weeks pregnant and just recently felt the baby move on the outside of my belly pretty good...acutally starting on Friday we could feel the baby kick or move on the outside if I pressed in the area I felt the baby move. No, it's not dangerous for the baby at all! (If you do it gently) If you do it gently, the baby will feel you and react to the pressure... It is his little way to say hello? Is there somebody there? ^_^ Some babies also react to bright light... ;) My last one did. Yes, at 21 weeks it's perfectly normal to feel it move one day and not the other. Q: I heard that if you bench press alot without deadlifting your bench press will stop improving eventually. Is this true? I already do squats, is that good enough? I don't really like deadlifts.
I am glad to hear you are squatting because there are too many guys out there that just flat bench and that is the extent of their workout, I am not sure why that is, but it happens. Doing dead lifts not only conditions your back but it conditions your entire body including your core which you need to nail your bench. If you are not sure how to deadlift ask one of the guys that powerlifts or one of the trainers. at your gym. Deadlifts are compund moves and it takes a while to do it right good luck

How are you gripping and where on the bar are you gripping. When you come down with the bar, it should be on your nipple line and press up and slightly back, almost like an arch. You WILL almost always feel your shoulders being worked on BP, but the pain should not set it. I would lower the weight and work my way back up by getting more strength. Simply pyramid. For example 135lbs x 12 reps 145lbs x 10 reps 155lbs x 8 reps 165x 6 reps 145 x Failure This exact routine will help build strength and size and will give you a nice pump to engorge those muscles with blood and nutrients, meaning if you eat a meal or take a protein shake right after, it will easily be delivered into the muscle fibers. Q: Yesterday I got a travel mug from Starbucks that's a french press. Its my first time ever even seeing a french press so I'm a little confused I guess. So far I use it like an actual press and not a mug. Thus, I make the coffee and pour it on another cup when it's done. So far so good. Some people have complained about a plastic taste to their coffee if you leave the coffee in there too long (since the press has plastic parts). I've had no problems so far.
